Have been working out for over 6 months now and have not faced any challenge.. Trainers at the gym are great. They guide you in such a way so that you perform the exercise in best possible way. Gym is very well designed and has an enormous space inside and has several workout spaces for Cardio and Yoga. Also, all the machines are well maintained. Gym is cleaned regularly, and good Hygiene is maintained by staff. On daily basis various group classes are scheduled from Yoga, Spinning, Power Yoga which are very well conducted by professional trainers. I would rate this as a best gym in Sushant Lok area.

Edit: I am a former member. I joined here before CoViD-19 (August 2017), and left within 6 months. Mr. Owner, please check your records properly. Your team called me multiple times in March/April 2018 to request renewal, but I couldn't do so because of my negative experience. My experience: The gym fee is ok, but the trainer fee is what surprised me the most - you choose the level of experience, and a moderately experienced trainer costed 18600 for three months. However, once I purchased the PT membership, trainer became casual. He was casual at best and I observed that he was spending more time during my PT to interact and impress female members. Turns out, they had not even purchased the membership. Most of the instructors are flirtatious, so please have a basic idea of your workout schedule and focus on your own. Left after 6 months, since a lot of gyms nearby are pocket friendly.

An excellent gym located at the heart of Gurgaon close to Huda city center. Loaded with all sorts of machines and equipment, the grp activities are the USP of the gym.

By far the best facility around. Golds Gym is mint from the staff, to the equipment, to the facility itself. From the ownership, to management, to the trainers, by far the nicest and most knowledgeable staff in the business today. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the Gym to anyone. Worst gym in gurgaon without doubt . The owner is a clueless nutjob . He got scammed by his receptionist who sold membership plans that were not approved to earn extra commissions. Then he expects the customer to bear the loss for that . All the trainers ask members to pay them directly instead of paying via gym n offer reduced prices . All this goes on while the owner sits like a idiot and brand has no idea what is going on. Not professional at all , more like a locally run gym . Should be avoided

Closing time on sunday is 4pm but the staff switches off the AIR CONDITIONING at 3 so as to make people leave early Very poor customer experience
