This is a new gym, slowly opening up to a new location. I like the positive vibes, spacious, clean and the staff is very good. Rahul the manager is very friendly and supportive. The trainer/coach is very good too. More new equipments are coming soon

After horrific experience in some of local gyms, as i keep travelling and enrol for week i discovered Golds Gym palam. Quite impressive set up in this part of Gurgaon. The best part, descent and class crowd comes here. The owner of gym himself is on the floor. May not be fancy as few things are going on. But the sole purpose of workout with good ambience and equipment is solved. Good machines.

The gym has absolutely no maintenance whatsoever. The machine are not maintained and are in poor condition. The staff is rude and unfriendly. The ventilation is bad. AC doesn't work 90% percent of the time which makes it very difficult to workout during summers. Washrooms are in terrible condition. It is just gold's gym for namesake and nothing more. Lift don't work and I don't think it ever will be operational.

Best gym in Gurgaon, period. Some of the personal trainers are not upto the mark and a bit expensive to afford. However Gold’s is a big brand name and the Palam Vihar branch do lives up to the reputation. Apart from the usual facilities that any top notch gym will have, the bonus classes, massage facility, food counter, full body check-up, etc adds up to the goodwill. The best thing I like about Gold’s is the frequent outdoor sessions which really takes the adrenaline rush a notch further and keeps you engaged to the Gold’s family all the time. You can achieve your dream body with Gold’s Palam Vihar (well, every dream comes with a cost though!).

Not up to the mark for Gold’s Gym. This gym is situated within very old and almost empty building which gives very ghostly feeling. The gym has very old looking basic reception like any ordinary gym and the interior itself is absolutely basic and old. I am not sure how Golds Gym have given then the license to operate under their name because It’s not like any Gold’s gym at all. Although the fees are very premium as per Gold’s standard which odd. Remains almost empty. If you are expecting a luxury and active gym where you can meet people like yourself then this place is not for you.

Gym is the only place where we have time for us only & Gold's Gym is one of my favourite gym with 1.) Large numbers of Equipments 2.) Quality machines 3.) Large area 4.) Good trainers 5.) If there would have be an option of giving less than 1 star, then for sure I would do that. (Zero rating) It’s been more than a year that they are working on construction. However, they says they are unable to complete it due to COVID(which is a massive lie). Good gym with all equipment

Probably one of the worst gold gym's in India. Broken machines, no proper air conditioning, and on top of that the management which turns a deaf ear after you have paid the fees. I would suggest to get a few days trial period before actually joining it to know and experience for yourself. ****** UPDATE after few months ****** The Gold Gym underwent massive renovation and upgradation in terms of infrastructure, equipments, group classes and availability of trainers. This is now the Gold gym, as we used to know it. worth giving it a shot if you are looking for a good gym in this area.

-Decent place to workout. Its best suited for people seeking fitness instead of bodybuilding. -Cardio options are decent. -Dumbbells go from 5lbs to 100lbs. -Few machines are new and decent and some are old. There is a scope of improvement in the machine section of the gym. -If you're a early morning workout person, you'll find yourself outside the gym waiting for it to get open, because the staff is not punctual.

I felt awesome to join at palam Vihar Location. Currently they are having awesome pakage for 3 year membership. Everyone should join at this Location. This is not a gold gym franchise. These guys are rubbish, staff is very rude and the machines are old. I don't know how this is still ongoing. Don't fall in their trap of Sona or steam bath, etc. They just fool you with big offers, but there is zero maintenance done for the gym and equipment. Even the escalator has not worked for the last 1 year. This is my review after I lost 12000 for their 12 month plan. This was my life's biggest mistake to choose this mess.

This is the most horrible gym ever. Machines are broken, no washroom, lift doesn’t work, AC doesn’t work. When I paid 2 years back, I was told it is going be a 2 storey gym - till now it is just 1 floor where everything is cramped. There is no BMI machine. I was also told there will be yoga, Pilates, box fit classes etc but none of this ever started. I was cheated and duped into joining this gym. Do no trust them. Clearly the management doesn’t have anymore money to upgrade. Don’t trust the positive reviews - pretty sure they were given by the management themselves.

I have worked out here for around an year and faced the following issues: 1. Most of the machines don't work. In case they do the movement is improper. 2. Trainers don't even help or suggest workout if you have not hired a personal trainer. 3. They do not turn on their AC's most of the time. 4. The water filter on the first floor is not working from an year and even after complaining on reception nothing was done. 5. I made a complaint to Gold's gym as well but nothing was done. 6. Gym goodies promised will not be provided. They kept on saying that the vendor has been changed and the order is delayed but even after paying for yearly membership nothing was provided. 7. The people sitting on reception keep on offering discounts for extending the membership but unable to resolve the above issues. Please go for another gym and don't pay them at all.

Everything in this gym from Dumbbells to machines is 2nd hand and some basic machines are not even their in gym, washrooms doesn't work , the ac's are leaking all the time and wont work , there is no windows in the gym for air circulation , there is only one trainer in the gym at the time of joining they promised that the gym will have proper numbers of trainers and lot equipment's are of very poor quality and one of the things is that there is not electricity almost every time. I am a one year old member in this gym and the owner promised me a lot of things at the time of joining the gym but none of the things that he promised are their in the gym such as lockers , machines and dumbbells. i would not recommend you to join this gym at all i had the worst possible experience.

It is one of the best gyms in Palam vihar area. It has all required branded Startrek & Cybex equipments for getting fit and ripped. Gym fees is reasonable and all trainers are well qualified by gold. I suggest everyone to join this gym if you are residing near palam vihar. Fitness is the main source of energy. We hardly get good fitness centers with all modern amenities. Golds gym has been fulfilling its promise of providing well fitness training to the fitness lovers. This gym has sufficient fitness trainers to provide proper guidance to the clients. All fitness trainers are certified and having extra ordinary skills related to their work. You feel great while exercising there. The atmosphere is so lovely. i have come from jodhpur and using a travel pass for gold's gym , i did workout in this particular branch and it was awesome experience , the moment i entered i felt amazing the positive aura the music in the lobby and the gallery area was blossming with nice fragrance , as i proceed towards the locker room which was nicely maintained with hygiene and extra emphasis was on sanitization the floor and premises .the floor was energetic with the live dj and i enjoyed a refreshing workout , machines were good and trainers were always helping and active in guiding .it was something i was missing in my earlier gym. The reception was very helpful specially for a visitor like me ..i felt totally at ease and it was relaxing ... kudos to you all for this hospitality ...thanks gold's gym palam vihar. 👌👌

There is highly poor management. The quality is poor as per gold’s gym standards. I wanted to avail the free trial option but they charged me Rs. 500 for the 1 day trial which should have been free as per rules. No group session area was there. There are hardly any trainers and group sessions. THERE IS NOTHING GOLD IN THIS GYM

Management is very bad in this Gym, When you go for admission they treat as very good and co-operative, but when told to transfer membership to another branch, they did not respond your call or message. They told me that within 14 days, ur membership will transfer, Still not transfer. approx 45 days went.I dont know whom to report this. If you have any idea or suggestion, let me inform.

in this gym we came here for the first time and we got surprising result my brother shed 4kg weight with in a month . Gym is good with great machines and coaching staff trainers are very knowledgeable specially they take care of you personally is amazing. I took the reviews from my various friends about the nearby gyms-mostly over crowded, small packed space and unprofessional environment etc. This is for the first time I am doing gym and here I spent continuously without any break almost 90 days. Not only, I see a drastic change/transformation in my body/physique including my poster but also I have strengthen my mind and soul by means of balanced diet, exercises and Yoga. I lost approx 11 kgs in these days while maintaining my work profile optimally and feel energetic too. This all credit goes to my gym trainers/instructors :who constantly pushes me and motivate to cross my previous levels and mentor me in each and every exercises. They correct me whenever I do any exercise in a wrong position. Personal attention has been given to each and every member. The ambience is excellent and all the members of the gym are elite and decent and I have developed a beautiful relationship with them. This gym is extra spacious and no over crowded. The machines and the exercises we do are more than sufficient to achieve our body fitness goals. Our Yoga instructor teaches various yoga forms focussing on various vital parts of our body and does twice a week. This has made me more robust and I lost my belly fat doing exercises with an amalgamation of machines, functional exercises and Yoga. The gym maintains high level of cleanliness and hygiene. The cleaning and support staff is very cordial and punctual in her duty. The local gyms may have more machines and more no of members but the smell of sweat ….oh unbearable. In this gym, we all are like friends and enjoy doing exercises daily. The diet chart prescribed by Mr Rahul suited me a lot and helped me to lower my carb intake and thus fat loss in these days. Last thing that I must say “Be what You want to be!” It’s all in you, just motivate yourself and join a team of good people and you will feel a change in you.

Commercial Plaza where it is situated is not in good shape. It’s on 3rd floor and the lifts are in non working condition and the staircase was not well lit up(be careful as I was about to fall cause of dark spots). I found gym area to be sufficient but not up golds standards I.e no lockers,no changing rooms provided with the steep higher membership fee then competition.
