Had a great time from last 1 month at gym. This place is on top for working out. Thank Mr. Prashant (Mr. North India) for training ke out and giving me such important lessons.

This gym is equipped with great machine and strength training activities. And the Mr. Prashant is a great trainer who enroll is each activity properly.

Its kinda gym mostly suited for guys because there is no such personal trainer thing and trainers are not permanent. I would say its good if u live really close somewhere the gym.

Washroom in pathetic condition.... Entry gate is good.. Only stage and food area... No room for waiting and rest.... Huge space and It can accommodate around 1000 person.
