Very nice gym with a very supportive and helpful trainer. From aerobic dance classes to Tabata, there are variety of fitness options available. Weights and equipment are quite good. Overall gym provides a suitable ambiance to achieve your fitness goals.

Whenever i join any gym i look for the best trainer not the ambience. I found a very good trainer after a long time so i decided to join FBS. I met Sandy, shared my goals which i have to achieve for my body. It's been 4 months and i am already so proud of myself seeing my body transformation. I have got the results for sure.
