Amazing gym, great for workout. Awesome trainers. Helped me loose weight. I lost 2kgs in 2 weeks because of the vigorous training. Must go for weight loss.

The mentor nature is a lot of friendly, motivating. Along with the helpful guidance for body building. One more special thing I would like to tell that it has a friendly environment for both boys and girls and each kind of person either lean body boys, fatty girls, body builder or any other body types is treated equally. There fore it best for the people who are suffering from body shaming or ragging in life.

I am enjoying workouts in this gym due to the wide variety of equipment and proper training. Gym trainers have a good knowledge of weight loss and body training. They are very supportive and of cherishing nature. Overall, this gym is excellent.

Just wanted to share the review for the gym I am using; I would definitely sugget to join the gym because: 1. All the required machines and the weights are available. 2. Woman friendly, humble owner(Mr. Parvinder) is very much concerned about it. 3. Well ventilated 4. A gym where you can acquaint all sort of enthusiasts, beginners to pro and all of them are helpful 5. Plenty of time to use the machines 6. You will get the guidance there are predfined set of exercises chart available for the beginners, very helpful. 7. Economical. Very well recommended.

Its a best place to come exercise and grow up your body. Many gym trainer is not train people and people complained trainer is not good teach but, when i join Energy Gym He Teach me good & i also see changes in my body.

The main thing in this gym is trainers are very helpful and give proper guidance, machines are imported and in good condition, suggest you to join energy zone gym

All the basic equipments are there. Not a luxury gym. The trainer is good.

It's been two month here and I am really like this gym.The trainers are very polite and humble. I really like how they give me tips and tricks to get the most out of every workout. I’ve been going for a little bit and am already seeing a big change in my energy levels and body
