Worst place I have ever visited. They just keep on saying “please wait for sometime” and do not attend customers, even when they are roaming free here and there. Do some work on customer hospitality.

They are even not good for a single start, I have given one star because it is required to submit the review. I bought a tikka from them and it got broken in single use only. When I went back to replace it they said it will be replaced on current gold rate. Looks like a made a mistake buying from them. Firstly Tanisq is a brand and I have a lot of trust but now it is broken, not because of tikka was broken but because of the their people behaviors. Looks like I was sitting in a local shop with unprofessional peoples. These people Tata ka name Duba rahe. Specially the guys on cashier chair was very unprofessional. He said it’s broken first first time and we will repair it but again if got broken we will repair it again. Looks like I have only time visit tanisq again and again. For those who have given a 5 star review. I was also having the same mind set for them but later on it was changed. Once you get a damaged jewelry from them they are not going to listen you at any cost. And I don’t how they are going to behave with you. Very very unprofessional way.

First experience was quite good but aftter that very poor experience with staff, they only want to sell the product and don't give you full price breakup details even after asking. Charging high making charges if you want any changes in the product and they don't tell these charges to you before billing.

I had bought a diamond ring in November, it went for sizing and I was informed that I will receive it after a month. Me and my husband were informed at the time of purchase that we have to pay the amount which might go less or above which is around 10 to 15 per cent, however at the time of collection we were asked to pay appx 32 per cent. Several excuses were laid on the table by the staff, some mentioned the diamonds being changed while the other spoke about the change in value of diamonds. Only one gentleman seemed to have understand the issue, yet one staff Ms Reena yadav (one to throw a lame excuse) seemed to have overconfidence and passed a statement to my husband during billing, “sir aap khush ho kar ghar jaiye, aapko discount de diya”. It seems that this woman thinks we were wrong about the pricing and she has shown us some mercy by giving us a discount which was by the way applicable and was in black and white as it was a Diwali sale purchase. It would have been better, if the staff have better communication amongst themselves and have communicated to us better.

This time I went to purchase engagement ring for me and my Fiancé and we were treated in this store very well and after they came to know that it’s gonna be engagement ceremony the staff made it extra special by sending us back with a pack of chocolates. Tanishq has a bad age old policy for exchange and refund. At least for defective products one should have the option to get a full refund including all the charges in the given time window. Who cuts making charges these days if you return the product in 2-3 days. Bad experience.
