Bloody cheaters seating at the store.. For a repairing Charged me upfront at time of handling of product and then at time of pick up of product denied the receipt of charges uofront and again charged me.. Store manager is a crook and kept tht amount in his pocket.. Never deal with cheaters..

Expensive jewelleries only to show purpose, service is good and staff is ok.

Anyone can become a fan of their designs. They definitely know what their customers are looking for. The only thing that can deter u from buying from here is the price tag. Its not gold or diamond but still it is heavily priced.

It was a great experience visiting Swarovski yesterday. The store has wide variety to choose from .. all great designs . Staff interaction was good and a saler person tried the jewellery to help understand how would the look. I hope the service experience ( if the need arise) stays equally good .

The staffs at this store is highly unprofessional and unethical. They are only bothered about selling the product and taking money. Not recommend this store at all
