I went to Hazoori laal for some articles to purchase. We went to purchase only ring and chain for my fiancé but ended up taking few more just because of their hospitality and professional guidance and assistance. They were so polite and amazing in interaction. Special thanks to Reena Singh and Sunita Sharma. They both gave us time and handled with all patience. I ended up being a happy customer. Not to forget about their skills to show me selected items as per my taste they were able to get in no time. Thank you.

I visited on 01/01/2022 for diamond set. The staff attitude was very rude. We were finalising a set and wanted to share the details over call with my family. The staff rudely asked us to stop. They didn’t let me click a picture of a handwritten paper in which the calculations were made. I clearly told them that to finalise I need to share the details to which they refused. There is no point of these useless rules. They know nothing about customer experience and I will never recommend this store to anyone.

One of the worst jewellery shop I have ever been to. Jewellery business is built on trust but never sensed that when I have bought diamond ring for my wife. Firstly they have charged unrealistic price for diamond. Secondly when I have asked for authenticity certificate they said bill is enough. Later on when I stressed upon certificate they gave me their shop card on which clarity and cost of diamond was mentioned. I had no face to show to my wife when all this happened and I couldn't return the ring also as they don't accept returns. Untrustworthy jeweller. When you are gifting something Please don't visit this shop if you don't want to get insulted in front of ur near and dear ones.

Workmanship is horrible. My diamond fell off after just 6 months of usage. When I gave the ring for repair, the blame is put on me that the usage might be rough. And when the ring came after repair, they changed the design and finish was changed from matte finish to glossy. And again quality of workmanship is put to question. Store manager is rude and highly unprofessional. Never buying anything again.

I had a great experience with Hazoorilal Legacy Gurugram. I’ve purchased from them twice now in a span of two years and both the times I had an excellent experience overall. The staff there is really polite and helpful, especially Sunita who assisted me throughout. The wide range of designs and excellent workmanship really compelled me to visit and buy from them again and I’ll definitely continue to do so in the future.

This is probably the best Jeweler in this mall. After visiting likes of Tanishq and other stores around here, we entered Hazoorilal and we felt the difference instantly. We received a warm welcome from Mr, Deepak who was really kind and friendly. He understood our requirements and gave us exactly what we wanted. We had enough time to choose and make decisions, didn’t feel any rush at all. By the way, they have really nice coffee as well! My fiancé had back pain. They noticed it and got a back pillow for her which was really sweet. Our products were ready in a couple of hours with utmost quality and craftsmanship. I would highly recommend Hazoorilal for their variety and great customer service!

Good collection. Good staff. The negotiation on Making charges happened from 32% to 22%. I was not able to build a trust factor hence decided not to go with their product.

Had a very bad experience shopping with Hazoorilal Legacy Gurgaon. Manager is very rude while talking to his customers. One of the throat cutting jeweller I have come across. Making charges are so high and we received the product which got ruined in a couple of days.

I have visited many stores but they have the best collection.Even the manager n staff is very polite n warm people.

Pathetic place to Shop from. Staff members are ill mannered and don’t have the patience to show all the designs and if you don’t like anything than they will say “Time Waste”.. I would urge the owner of HazooriLal to please hire some well mannered staff so that customers feel like buying things from your so called Gold Shop.. Please don’t waste your time on this shop and instead look for other better options in Gold Sounk Mall like Tanishq or Bholasons ( Staff in these shops are well mannered and treat you like human beings + they have better designs and collection as compared to Hazoorilal).. Hope this review reach out the owner of Hazoorilal and he take some action.

The manager at the store is very rude. He needs to be sent to a good management school to learn as how to deal with consumers. The owners are losing customes on daily basis as the attitude of the manager sahab is all time high. Hazoorilal jewellers will lose its legacy by keeping such staff

It was a splendid experience, they attended us almost at closing time which is 8pm btw… and gave us almost 1.5hrs to decide and finalise upon…and we got our dream rings, marvellous design in their kitty, best experience ever with any jewellers till date….everyone around were superb…go for it guys…and ignore the negative reviews on google all are bull***

I bought a diamond product couple of days back.. It was such a nice ,wonderful and overwhelming experience at this store. They make us feel comfortable irrespective of whether we buy or not. The staffs are so courteous that we start feeling as if we are talking to a family member outside our home. Needless to say that Sunita is fantastic at customer service and her PR is so strong that I personally feel that people once leaving from showroom would definitely inclined towards purchase in future.
