I had been a regular customer of this shop since years now. We do a reasonable shopping from them every year. Recently I went to purchase a gift from this shop, the frame was a show piece of gold. Problem with that was the frame was cracked & this was the last piece they had. The sales associate called the decision maker, young man, i believe he was the owners son (Since I recognise who the owner is). I told him that this frame is cracked , if they can get it replaced or discount it with the frame cost to help me get the frame replaced. What put me off was this gentlemen tells me "This is not damaged for us, hamara to nikal jayega" Now this line kind of broke my trust on the shop that they can sell anything if customer doesn't notice. Disappointed I was and I left the shop, not to mention that was my last visit. I believe this is the only difference when compared to a branded store that they refrain from selling such items hence they gain trust. Also, I would like to mention that I had no problem prior this as I earlier mentioned I was a regular customer & the owner is a kind man.

Terrible experience. The owner is rude and arrogant. They sell white metal in the name of silver. I have sensitive skin and am currently in a lot of pain because of the imitation and cheap earrings they sold. They are complete frauds and should be reported to the police.
