I came here for vaccination but really poor management. After every jab the person providing vaccination is sitting idle for 10-15 mins. And there was crowd of 100 people atleast. The guard were rude and not helping even senior citizen waited for their number for half an hour. Very poorly managed vaccination drive it's suggested not to visit this hospital and prefer other centers for vaccination

Done my wife's laproscopic surgery here recently and here is our experience without prejudice. PRO: very qualified, attentive and soft spoken doctors who listen and explain all details carefully. Surgery was done excellent and patient could go home next day. Thank you Dr. Mriganka and his team. Nursing staff is simply superb! Caring, polite, helpful and smiling. Big thank you to the team on 1st floor - see image. CONTRA: Rude, uneducated, arguing and partly aggressive security personnel. Lack of communication between management desks. Management staff prefers to send patients from one desk to other than helping them. Final Billing takes 2 hours where surgery took just 40 min. Also posting pics of rusted bed and bathroom with fungus for which I was charged 9k - not justified. Whether this is a matter of shame or fame is best known to hospital management. I will choose Manipal for treatment but for management efficiency I would think 10 times!

Those who do not take care about their health, they suffered from diseases and have to admit in hospital. Once I went to meet my uncle there. He was admitted in the General ward. The surroundings of the hospital was attractive, neat and clean. There were different wards like-surgical wards, medical wards, etc. The patients were under the care of nurses and doctors. Nurses were dressed in white. They noted their temperature and give them necessary diet. They felt pulse. Patients were lying the whole day. They were often sad and gloomy. The head of the of the doctors visited in the morning. He made inquiries about patients and gave instructions. There was a fixed time for visitors also. A ward is generally silent place. But it was pity that some doctors and nurses were greedy and careless. They do not do much for the patients till they got money from them. The servant in the ward had to be tipped for their work.

COLUMBIA ASIA HOSPITAL IS A MULTIBED HOSPITAL WITH ALMOST ALL SPECIALIST DOCTORS AND STAFF. IT HAS A BIG OPD COMPOUND WHICH HAS GYNAECOLOGY SPECIALIST, SKIN SPECIALIST, ENT SPECIALIST AND MANY MORE. I WOULD LIKE TO ADD ONE MORE THING THOUGH IT IS A HOSPITAL SANITIZATION AND THERMAL SCANNING IS A MUST. BUT NO SOCIAL DISTANCING WAS FOLLOWED. I HAVE PUT IN SOME PHOTOS. SUPER CROWDED SO IT CONSUMES A LOT OF TIME. IN ADDITION IT IS VERY COSTLY. STAFF IS OF VERY ASSISSTIVE NATURE.

Some positive points of this hospital that it's near to residential area(Sector 23, Sector 23 A, Palam Vihar Extension, Carter puri Village) and secondly there's also a bus stop nearby the hospital.. House keeping services are very good, well mannered staff..

Worst hospital in area. Even small hospitals in nearby are providing better services. They flatly refuse for any explanation and put everything on terms and conditions. My went for my mother's knee replacement surgery but the experience was too worst. Every patient in hospital was juggling for any concern. Even at admissions counter a father of new born baby was having an argument as they suddenly increased the bill amount by just saying it is according to terms and conditions. They have their own way of giving the reports in the form of DVD's or cd's which is not normally accessible to everyone or you can go for second opinion anywhere. If you ask them for a film or video which they have already burned in CD. They will either demand for more money to give that or will flatly refuse that it is not under their terms and conditions. In short if you are coming to this hospital, they can do anything with you and your patient just applying terms and conditions. You come to hospital given them consultation charge of Rs. 950 then amount of text and other diagnosis along with that if you are parking your car inside the hospital you will be charged parking fees as well. Very disappointing experience, this is not expected from such a big brand hospital.

Pathetic waits at the hospital and they use so much paper for everything. Why can’t you make things app based on electronic - including payments. Despite prior appointments the doctors are late and you may have to wait for a hour. The the hospital staff isn’t polite. The billing before the appointment takes longer than the actual meeting with the doctor. Over the years, I have provided this feedback so many times to the management but they don’t seem to care about their customers. Update on Saturday 25. Still pathetic. Front desk is overcrowded and when I asked they said go talk to the manager. Manager (Nishi) no where to be found. Attaching a picture of the queue here. Only one person managing the queue.

Just a pathetic hospital. They just need money everything is about money and registration. I consulted the doctor and he gave me the medicine which has nothing to do with my pain. Today the condition worsened and he is suggesting to get admit. But for what ?? Bad stomach… can’t that be treated through medicines and why didn’t you prescribe any medicine related to that on the first day. Emergency department talks about that there is a registration cost of ₹1100 and rest all are other charges. No one is concerned about the problem. It is pathetic it is all business. Not expect this from such a big brand and if this big brand is only about money. Hospitals should be about patients and money

Great hospitality and great service. Dr Dixit garg did the treatment of my father and diagnosed in a great manner. In HDU, HOD Dr Romi, Incharge Mr Jojo & staff members Neetu, Muskan, Shubhra, Manish & Mahima took great care of my father and helped hom recover fast and get back home. In cath lab Mr Jaidev and Arvind also helped with angiography and explained the issues very well while also treating my father. Full five starts to manipal hospital and its great staff.

Overall the place is fine for getting a paid vaccination. It is hygienic. But the staff is very careless. Both of them on the billing counter are not wearing masks. If they are not wearing their masks how will they tell someone else who has come for vaccination to wear it

Providing covid-19 vaccines but not following any covid rules. Also, we are paying 1200/per dose but treating like they provide it as free.. No discipline, no rules totally fail. Not recommend to anyone

Amazing experience with the Doctor. Nice nursing care. Water kettles have now been replaced and set aside so they are not dirty with tea or milk particles. No discount was provided which was disappointing. Housekeeping staff is amazing and they kept asking if we need anything or if anything is not clean. Worst experience ever from a hospital. Lags a lot in terms of service for the amount they are charging. Very costly and not upto the mark at all. Poor service from reception and administration. Bed sheets were not changed daily, canteens not cleaned properly, leaking washrooms, doctor visits are not for more than 10 seconds, just for namesake. The nurse and doctors are good but the administration is worse. Just money diggers.

My mom was admitted to the hospital under the supervision of Dr Amit Gupta. He is a very good and understanding doctor. Nurse -Muskan was very helpful. she is very polite and help is a lot. I would definitely recommend her for any patient.

So far so good. I have been admitted for surgery on 29/07/22. The services so far are very good, the investigations before the surgery are highly commendable. The food from the cafe is rich and tasty I hope Bhupendra and his colleagues will continue to keep up with the good services.

I had really a wonderful experience with Mr Prince Pandey who is the house keeping supervisor and took care of all the services. He is really a gentleman with such a nice behaviour. I appreciate all his efforts done during my stay in the hospital.

When I repoted to Emergency department I was very well taken care by Naveen Naroliya he carried out cannulation which Wes painless and proficiently performed. His service was commendable. I earlier had a very good review about this hospital and that’s the reason why I came here again but this which is the post COVID period the services are pathetic. Only thing satisfying is the food services and the housekeeping. The surgery went fine but the post surgery services were not even touching the satisfaction. Totally unaware service staff where the nurses don’t even know their responsibilities. Even for the smallest things like making the patient walk we had to wait for hours with the patient sitting. Since the patients hand got swelled and we wanted the vain flow to be removed but the answer was that it can’t be removed and as per the protocol it would be done only at the time of check out which was hours later. Had to shout to get that done. The medicine to lessen the swelling had to be begged from them. The nursing staff is pathetic . They need more training to relieve the patient. Overall a very dissatisfied experience.

Doctors should communicate more often. This is the only thing which I noticed which needs an improvement. Rest, good behaviour of staffs, nurses. House keeping and cafe is also good.

Dr are excellent and treat well,👍.... Administrative department is very worse specially discharge section and admission section. They don't behave like humans being nd respond after receiving payments from patients and keep patients and attended waiting unwanted till they finish thier gossip and mobile chat. Worse experience. Also request to check discharge summary of bill carefully,they add extra items into bill and take loots if u don't go through carefully. I went to treat my mom -290679and had bad experience.

What a sick Emergency department they have ! One goes to the emergency for immediate treatment. I came back without treatment from here that too crying ! The nurse said’ you are relatively stable than other patients so please wait’ !! Are we supposed to wait at a hospital ? At an emergency department?? I would never suggest anyone going to this hospital. The fees is too much and the treatment is not there even. The staff needs to improve or be replaced. I saw them walking around gossiping but they made me wait for the treatment when i was dying from ache.

Though we had to wait for more than an hour for the Doctor but we still praise Dr. Jhamb. The nursing staff was also very good. The receptionist was a little blunt. Perhaps you people never found the need to train them. My suggestion to the Hospital is not to stop training for any level. This should be a ever going process.

Housekeeping was good. Cafeteria people will give the alternate product without informing you (in case what i ordered was not available). Also, upon aksing the clarification on 18% GST being charged in the bill, they didn't have any answers. As per government norms, GST on F&B cannot be more than 5%. Top of all, when the hospital team revert on the reviee, we are not allowed to reply on that.

I had called regarding second dose of Covid 19 vaccination after receiving the first dose as HCW from this hospital 1 month back. But the customer care executive Ms. Chinmayee Samanta was extremely rude and disconnected the call even without hearing me out. She did not pick up my calls thereafter and I had to call from a different number to get the information. If this is how the customer facing employees of this hospital behave, I don't know what to expect from others. Considering that this was my first experience with this hospital, I am not definitely going to recommend this to anyone else.

The hospital staff is extremely laid back, they don't even fast-track things in emergency. They gave breakfast to the patient at 11 am, after 2.5 hours of asking for it. The doctors started suggesting unnecessary tests and consults and it came across like a money minting business. The staff on duty was supposed to check patient's vitals every 2 hours but they were doing it after 3-4 hours that too after multiple reminders. The doctors in emergency were fine but the staff was extremely laid back and slow. After admission to the hospital, they took more than an hour to shift to the room. The doctors who attended the patient after the admission were not very polite and only spoke negative about the situation. I would never recommend anyone to visit the hospital unless its an emergency.

Not a Hospital at all. This is worst than a grocery store. We went for COVID vaccination with appointment but were refused. They did not have any answer as to why they refused it. Administration staff of this hospital was a good for nothing historically. Please go to Rockland or Metro hospital instead.

Recently visited health check up department of Columbia Asia Hospital for a whole body check up from check in to the end was seamless. The staff at the health check department was courteous, helpful and very attentive. Guided me at every best way possible. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone looking for something similar services.

Doctore and other employees provide good care. It has an indoor cafeteria that serves delicious Indian food. The medicines are readily available next to the reception. The waiting room offers space to patients. However, the parking area and car entrance/exit may not prove appealing on weekends and holidays. It was formerly known as Columbia Asia Hospital.

It's a Wow n an amazing experience here. I appreciate the audiologist Mr Sanjeev who did the hearing checkup properly and counseling for hearing aids. Explained everything very nicely and gave an accurate solution to it.

Very good set of doctors / nursing staff ,and cleaning staff. Well equipped . The rooms are average but clean . What struck me was the cleaning staff also had a handing over and taking over protocol. They were patient , well trained , sensitive and responsible. The nursing staff was outstanding and last but not the least the Doctors - Dr Arun Bhanot and Dr Apurva Sharma . I think we got lucky.

I have recently gone through lap myomactomy converted into open surgery at Manipal Hospital.. I was diagnosed with a large fibroid on my outer wall of uterus. On my own brother’s recommendation I consulted Dr Jyoti Sharma and she recommended me to remove it... She and her team has performed surgery And succeded in removing it. It was very good experience with DrJyoti mam. She listens patiently and answers every single details about the whole process. I faced very little problem... And after almost 20 days I am doing fine now. She made whole process of surgery very easy. She is one of the best and experienced Gynecologist and Obstretics..
