It's a good hospital, with 92+ beds as of now. Most of the times availability of bed is a shortage, so you must plan accordingly. Been here quite a few times now. I visit here quite often, for my father's routine check up, will add a detailed review once my father's treatment is complete. • WiFi is useless here, the WiFi named "MAX PATIENT WIFI" is only for administration purposes, while asking for password they said, WiFi is chargeable around ₹200+ per day. Ridiculous! 🤐 • Chaayos is located backward of the reception. ₹₹₹ • Cafeteria is located on ground floor. Vegetable coleslaw sandwich is a must try when in cafeteria. • Zomato/Swiggy is avbl.

Mr. ZAINUL during treatment was wonderful and took thorough care of my daughter. Also - Mom got admitted in CCU due to PE. Very prompt response for life saving and staff and emergency and CCU was wonderful. Hats-off

Around 20k That much costly? Let me talk to doc Doc. Said it's 12k not 20k Then I google searched it's mrp is 5.5k I asked mrp is 5.5 k how it is of 12k ? Should I buy from outside? We visited this hospital for our infants eye checkup this week. However, we were quite surprised as there was no feeding room. We were directed to 3rd floor for the same by staff however when we reached there n asked nursing staff named Anu for the same, they misguided us to paediatric station where she told to go to some service room. And paediatric station lady told no such room is available. In between this mess our child was literally exhausted due to hunger n crying but these nurses n hospital staff were hardly bothered to help us out. Ultimately we had to go back to car for feeding him. We are still surprised that this big hospital which has so many specialised doctors for almost everything has no place for feeding or nursing. They are so professional n least concerned on basic facility like this. Truly DISSATISFIED!!

Max hospital runs life supporting equipment on loose extension cords - that should tell one about what to expect there. My mom had the unfortunate experience of undergoing a traechstormy there and attached footage is of "engineering" addressing the issue of BiPap power supply coming loose of those extension cords. I wish this was the only issue though. She was discharged with 0 instructions on how to care for the traechstormy on a routine basis - not even the fact that the tube has to be replaced every month. For all the ENT specialists whose visits were charged to the "max", they don't have one that could have thought may be put some notes on the discharge plan of care. However, the problem is not the Doctors, the nurses, attendants or the staff at the hospital who are clearly overwhelmed with the constant need of care for bulging population but behind the scene profiteers of this business. First of all, how does the NAB certify Max with an accreditation when core issues such as above exist? I suspect the power circle of MAX owners, NAB and the related runs small and the only criteria is the scale of mutual benefits. Unfortunately, the people of Delhi have to live with this sort of facility but for medical tourists, a word of advice - MAX in the name of this enterprise stands for variance between reality and proclamation. To the owners, I suspect you already have MAXed the profit out of your investment- may be hire some experts in healthcare that can really review and update the services at this mediocre facility that has potential? Or if it's only the money that matters, I am sure there are other investments that don't openly endanger a human life and be equally profitable.

Location - 5/5 Parking - 1/5 ( Worst ) Staff - 4/5 ( Was helpful ) Covid precaution - 3/5 ( temperature check ) Ease of appointment - 4/5 Interior - 4/5 ( it was clean ) Doctor - 5/5 ( he was highly knowledgeable and took time in understanding the problem ) - doctor Nikhil Agarwal gi was extremely humble and knowledgeable. - doctor didn’t just believe in medicines but understood the main cause and recommended diet change. - the waiting for doctor can take upto 50mins to one hour which I think can be taken care of. - the department was super busy planning with PR team which I thought was unnecessary during operational hours. - waiting time and be reduced and other doctors can use their time with patient instead of discussing marketing strategies.

Based upon Dr. Himanshu's instinct, our 4 month old baby was admitted to Max Healthcare, Gurugram with a week old cough and chest congestion in Pediatric ICU. Last 9 days have been a roller coaster with baby on continuous oxygen supply, we celebrated his 1st Diwali here itself. Kudos to THE team of doctors - Dr. Babita Jain, Dr. Himanshu Agarwal (ofcourse), Dr. Ajay Karkra, Dr. Vipul Sharma, Dr. Deepti Chopra, Dr. Navin Bhatia, Dr. Deepti Chopra, Dr. Abhishek Sachdeva and Dr. Megha (Duty SR)! I never witnessed a full size team of senior doctors visiting each child personally. I mean you don't need to take a second opinion elsewhere. They are just perfect with the knowledge, experience and the very instinct that they utilise to decide the course of action. And, the nursing staff - TL Neetu, Kapil bhai, Murshida and Nancy, you all have been a family for last 9 days. Now we know the efforts of being a Pediatric Nurse, you 4 have being wonderful. The ground staff and security team is so well behaved that they play a vital role in emotionally handling you yet ensuring that others aren't troubled at all. They know exactly when to restrict someone and when to agree to those small requests. Lastly, the dietician - Himani Yadav, it was such a beautiful moment when you guys came with a plate decorated with flowers, a diya and a sweet dish to wish us diwali.Though we missed being home this time but you certainly made us feel special. I am proud to be associated as a customer/consumer with Max, Gurugram from last few years. You don't need to think twice. Keep giving the best of your services.

We just delivered a baby girl at Max hospital and had a good experience. Dr. Manisha Arora was our doctor and she took good care of us without a doubt. There was no delay in any service and every service provided their is upto the mark. Nurse staff was very cordial and there was timely visit of each doctors without any laps. There was some delay in discharge formalities from admin side otherwise we are very happy with Max hospital service.

We had a wonderful pregnancy journey and delivery experience in Max hospital under Dr. Manisha Arora last week. She was recommended to us by a relative who also had a very smooth pregnancy under her guidance, and are grateful to Dr. Manisha for the same. She is very approachable and answers all questions in a calm and composed manner., never hurries you up! Treats all patients like family/friend and puts your mind at ease. She immediately came to the hospital for normal delivery when called and was ready and available at 4 am in the morning ! Special mention of her assistant nandita who has been great at coordinating and communicating with the Dr and helping with other hospital formalities as well. She is soft spoken and very amicable! The max experience was great as well with supportive and attentive staff and good service. 👍

Review based on personal experience in hospitalisation and treatment What's Good - Location (also enough space for car parking) - Doctor quality is good (better than the one on the other side of the road) - Rates are reasonable. Not over the top money minded - Nursing staff is friendly and beds per sister is less, hence care is better - TPA and Admision desk is friendly and cooperative - food is good for patient (attendent also have lots of option at reasonable rates) - As soon as u enter, u r greeted warmly by the guard :) What can be better - Small hospital, hence looks crammed. Getting a bed is also difficult. - Emergency beds are less and situated in a narrow path with cars blocking the way - Not all departments are good

Hospital and Related Services are fine, but be aware of Very High Prices!!! I have undergone for Kidney Stone removal, and after all the documentation including insurance card submission, the hospital have given me estimate of around 1.7 lac for the procedure for twin sharing room, however at discharged they have charged me 2.7 lac, and when I asked why you charged me extra 1 lac then they have no answer as the procedure was performed according to the mentioned estimate and in twin sharing room, even accounts department is smiling (like they have looted me) and said they already informed doctor that they will charge more...So from here I don't recommend this hospital since they have given me false estimate on the charges!!! (Note: I had to pay all bills cos I am a patient). If someone still decide to visit this hospital then ask them to write in advance that you will not pay more than provided estimates until if there is a shift in procedure in last hour which was not in my case.

My 91 year old mother underwent hip surgery at Max Hospital Gurgaon 3 days ago. We had an excellent experience at the hospital. The chief surgeon Dr. Sanjiv Marya provided excellent care that resulted in her being up standing the very next day. His surgical expertise and bedside manners are par excellence. The entire team, including his associate doctor Dr. Sameer and nurses, Karma, Neha Hitesh Rajkumar Rekha and Deeksha provided great care to my mother. The nursing staff was polite, humble, and ready to help as soon as called. I highly recommend Dr. Sanjiv Marya, and his team to all patients who require joint replacement surgery.

I was admitted in Max for 3 days for my delivery and I am writing this review to thank the hospital and their staff for making my experience smooth and easy. My gynaecologist was Dr. Suman Lal who took utmost care throughout my pregnancy journey. During my admission the nurses and other associated staff were very helpful and supportive and they take care of you like their own. Dr. Gautam was my anesthetist who was quite encouraging in the OT and very precise in his work. Thank you Max for the good service.

The hospital is amazing and so are the doctors, for the overall mutual benefit-I could not resist myself from sharing this review about my mother’s experience at the CCU, the nurse during the night shift on dates-6/7th Nov were so ruthless that they didn’t give her anything to eat after she vomitted during the night after her angioplasty procedure. She kept suffering throughout the night but the ruthless nurse didn’t pay any attention Thanks to the morning staff that they made her feel comfortable after this horrible experience. The doctor who treated her is excellent and we are thankful to him for the great treatment. Max Admin, please do take the required action and train your night staff please.I am not disclosing the names here, but I can share 1:1 if required.

ok for basic healthcare but not so good for multidisciplinary or critical care cases. The hospital is more profit oriented now and more interested in filling up ICU. We lost our relative due to sepsis and nephrologist didn't consult infectious disease expert and kept doing experiment. Eventually CKD patient went into septic shock and passed away while undergoing dialysis of sudden cardiac arrest. Any hospital that is world class would follow sepsis protocol for handling sepsis cases but here nephrologists kept doing dialysis and giving antibiotics while surgeon was of the opinion that the patient bladder needed surgery as it was retaining urine. Strangely nephrologist and urologist didn't agree on what was right path and patient lost his life . When we consulted urologist in another hospital he said patient needed to be operated immediately and it may be too late to save him.. but because nephrologist and urologist in Max didn't talk to each other directly it was difficult for family to decide on what to do. eventually the situation went out of control.

In Max Hospital Gurugram Dr SKS Marya team with specialized and professionally technique anaesthetized and operated my ailment. Attending Doctors, Physiotherapist are well versed about the attending patient. All kind of attention and guidance is provided by the doctor's Coordinator. Ward Boys/Sisters/Nursing staffs/GDA/Sweepers kept the patient and the room in neat and pleasing way always having concerned/amusing/ courteous behavior such that patient get relived of his pain and becomes lively. Guards are perfect in their tight duty. Canteen service and dietician are up to mark. Administration and accounting is very genuine and reasonable.

Good care and less waiting time. Consulted Dr Asish Taneja in Ortho for shoulder pain and he did good analysis and guided well. Underwent physiotherapy by Dr Priyanka and her team members Arun, Dr Somya and Dr Brinda. They have guided and given right treatment and now I feel better. Advised to continue the exercises. Hope will get complete cure in due course of time. Appreciate the Physiotherapy team for their sincere efforts and guidance.
