My Mother who got moved to MCIU yesterday after 7 days of CCU and Room is very critical and Doctors advised us to be prepared of everything . Not understanding the mental status of the family these people behaved rudely with me and my family. The Senior then apologised and today morning the same arrogance by Ajay khatana another bouncer . Please be Vary of paras hospital as they have deployed Gundas/ Goons to handle critical care patient attendants. STAY AWAY FROM PARAS HOSPITAL. May peace prevail.

Paras is one of the best hospitals in NCR, they have very supportive and cooperative staff. Very neat and clean premises. I have visited and found they follow all the COVID protocols. Housekeeping staff also very good, they have world class facilities. Cafeteria also found very neat and cleaned and hygiene.... It is always an awesome experience with Guest Relations staff here. A few years ago, this hospital was known for its commendable services. However, my recent experiences have painted a different picture. It now feels more like a commercial establishment rather than a caregiving institution. Despite having prior appointments, patients, including myself, have faced prolonged wait times during the last three visits. The absence of free parking, with only paid options available, adds to the inconvenience. Furthermore, the policy regarding OPD charges seems unreasonable. If a test is prescribed and its result is expected after a few days, how can one avail the 3-day free follow-up? This especially becomes a challenge when tests and results span across multiple days. I've been consulting Dr. Manish Manan for my daughter, and while his expertise is not in question, the attitude of some of the older staff members is concerning. Being told that prior appointments offer no benefit and facing their curt behavior doesn't speak well for a reputed hospital. Even no space to sit and wait for opd. I hope my feedback helps in revisiting certain policies and improving patient care.

Came to hospital in 2018 as faced numbness in body. Was kept under observation for over 10hrs with brain MRI done. Doctor could not identify any abnormalities with either report, physical test, issue stated or symptoms. While in the hospital under observation got a brain stroke. It's been over 4 yrs and I've not yet fully recovered. Look out for other options as they will not take any responsibility.

Extremely unprofessional behaviour by doctor and staff. First of all what is the point of booking an appointment and coming if the doctor is going to make you wait for hours. If you don’t have a slot then don’t ask patients to visit especially working professionals who are visiting on a weekday. And why is refund process so difficult. I want refund cause doctor is not there and I have to return to work. Why do I need to get his signature for getting my money back. I’M LEAVING IN THE FIRST PLACE CAUSE HE IS NOT THERE. How does it make any sense to again wait for him to get his signature. Also please ask your doctors NOT TO TELL THEIR PATIENTS to visit after 5-6 days if there is no relief from consultation/pain. Hospital has a policy of only 4 days so ask your doctors to not feed lies to their patients. Even on my first visit I had to wait for the doctor to turn up and he took only 3-4 mins to check my problem and write random medicines. He did not listen to my concerns or answer my questions properly. I really don’t know why I even bothered to return to this hospital. This is a money making hospital. Recently visited health check up department of Paras hospital for a whole body check up. The entire process from check in to the end was seamless. I lost my father in November 2019 as Dr Mehta operated my father for benign brain tumor. After surgery he was paralysed completely as he went fine for the surgery. Mr Mehta assured that it will be a light surgery and everything will be fine. I lost my father and my whole family is traumatized. I could see bunch of inexperienced doctors who are not worried of one's suffering.

Really bad experience. Some Dr name Rimi in emergency, god, she doesnt have any empathy towards patient. These kind of unempathetic doctors will understand when they face such situations in their families. God knows what she is eductated in this pious profession who lacks empathy towards her patient. She was so arrogantly told that patient was not co-operative even knowing my father is suffering from depression. Shame on you and Paras hospital who has such unempathetic doctor. Paras hospital open your eyes and see how your doctor treat and feel about the patient.

Highly uncomfortable for patients to be admitted with zero facilities and care. And there is zilch information about when and which room you’ll be admitted. Really needs improvement. Also the RTPCR test at the gate. One has to walk there all the way in rain or heat and come back. Very bad idea. Admission managers need a complete overhaul if the slack procedures. Staff there is minimal. Otherwise Paras Hospital is much much better than many big hospitals as far as service and quality of service is concerned. Highly recommended.

My wife underwent total knee replacement both knees at Paras hospital. The complete experience from initial visit to operation and follow up was extremely satisfying. Dr Logani is a great surgeon and a wonderful human being. His conversation to the patient, his patient hearing and compassion makes the patient undergo surgery without any fear. The worst hospital ever. They are only bothered about making money and nothing else. They treat patient like animals and there is no humanity in any staff of the hospital. My mother was being treated there and was admitted atleast 5 times. I discharged her on 15th Dec and her condition deteriorated again on 16th after a blood transfusion at Paras hospital. When I took her back to the hospital on 16th Dec after waiting in the emergency for 2-3 hours we were refused a bed in the ICU saying there were no beds available. In that condition I had to take her to another hospital because Paras refused to admit her after being treated there for 6 months with multiple admissions and I lost my mother on 17th Dec. My review will make no difference to the hospital because for them it was only revenue loss but I lost my mother.

Had a very bad experience with Dr Alka Kriplani. Issue was not addressed properly . It was over-crowded and she hardly took 3-4 min to examine . Medicine didnt work at all. Too much fees makes difficult for patients to visit the hospital multiple times.

The hospital has a few good doctors, but the real problem is the administrative staff. They have hired bouncers who obviously haven’t gone through any kind of medical training nor are equipped to handle the sensitive issues related to patients. My family member has been in ICU for a week now and all hospital’s bouncers have been able to do is harass the attendants and not being able to share anything concrete about patients health. It has taken me more than 2 hours to find out what is exactly wrong with my family member and I am still waiting for the doctor to arrive.

I had to admit that Paras Hospital Gurgaon, is indeed the best hospital where we were given the best treatment. In terms of nephrology, it is bit difficult to find the right expert but they have the best team of doctors and nursing staff. I highly recommend their services.

The services are fine but not up to the mark. The hospital need to monitor the working of their staff.

Initially the doctor was at a very good behaviour. And we had boooked a room for my post delivery in advance. But after my delivery they didn't have a room available for me. Kept my baby in NICU for more than 10 hours for increasing their money. Kept me in Labour room for more than a Day and charged for like normal room. Didn't compensate for that. Also the doctor changed her words in the end and denied for the room and said they gave us best room. Some lacto consultant Minakshi saxena came by herself just for advertising but we were charged for her visit of about 1300 per visit. Please beware of such doctors or consultants who visit without your permission.

I had got admitted to the hospital on 20th October due to Dengue and now leaving after recovering. Huge thanks to Dr Dutta of Internal Medicine, his team and all the staff who took care of me. 5Star to Dietician Drishya Ale. She was extremely helpful and guided us very well thoughout our treatment. She ensured that we get the food as per health and as per our liking. While getting discharged she made a diet chart for us based on what we can cook easily in our home kitchen. 5 Star to the nursing staff who looked after us. Names worth mentioning are Pooja, Dimple, Sakshi and their nursing supervisor. The housekeeping staff, was very polite and always forthcoming to clean up whenever we asked for apart from normal schedule. The catering staff and the food quality was very good. The positivity, soft spoken staff and never say no attitude was very evident. Overall experience has been very nice.

One of my relative was treated in Room no. 431 in Paras Hospital. The nurses were very helpful and quick response. Suchaita Pal (Security Guard) was also very helpful and guiding us for the specific location.

This is the best hospital for any problems related to neurology. The doctors here are very kind, supportive and understanding. My case was under Dr. V. S. Mehta, India level doctor for neurology. Best equipments are used. The nursing staffs are also very kind and professional at there work. I had a great experience.

Went for my full body health checkup at Paras, Gurgaon. was little bit concerned about the amount of time and running around which normally happens. But this lady at the health checkup counter was so active and proactive that she just took over the whole stress. He name is Ms Renu and her level of responsibility is to the next level. I recently took my wife to Paras for just mild fever on sunday. They took her to emergency ward for check up. Initially they asked me to pay registration first 2k emergency charges and till that time they took her blood samples, put her on saline without even explaining. Finally after 2 hrs they discharged saying it is a viral fever. I was shocked to when I saw the bill. They charged me 14k for normal viral fever check up. They are just here to loot people. Business minded people doing unnecessary tests, treatment. Fraudsters looting peoples hard earned money. I highly recommend everyone to please avoid going to this hospital.

The services have been great at Paras. Got my dad's colo-rectal surgical and medical oncology treatment done here. The staff is promt and kind and always helpful. The ward as well as the day care for patients is comfortable and the experience with the doctors and nurses have been great.
