I went with my wife for her Covid vaccination. I found it very poorly managed. Didn’t expect this from a private hospital. We went around 3:30 PM & there were around 50+ people standing to get vaccinated. I heard someone from crowd saying his slot was 2-3 PM, but still not vaccinated. They gave token to all of us, they said slots given by Co-win platform are bogus & they are not following it. Even I heard hospital management saying β€œGET LOST” to a man because he raised concerns about this mismanagement. They are asking to fill 2 paper forms. And then wait for hours before your turn comes up.

Worst staff and service. One of my relative got admitted in the morning for heart surgery. After the surgery, she was shifted to ICU of some other department and no one gave her water or food till the next morning (water and food were allowed though). No one attended her on calling and even we were not allowed to visit her. In the morning she had bad cough, on calling several times a doctor visited and said we can't do anything please ask your department doctor to visit. Like seriously, a department in a reputed hospital has lack of doctors who can check a simple cough issue. The heart surgeon is good but the services and staff are pathetic.

Pretty cool management for vaccination. Unlike Max and Columbia Asia these guys had the vaccination drive inside the hospital so there was waiting area with seating and of course if you are waiting in AC it’s a lot much easier. I went there for the vaccination of my wife. Even the observation area is right outside the vaccination office, so not so much of a hassle. Overall I was pretty satisfied with the services and arrangement. Pro tip : Inside the vaccination center they don’t allow anyone else other than the patient (if the vaccination is for 18 to 45 years). So if you are going with a dependent make sure you hand them over the money/card, ID card etc. if you are someone really afraid of needles (like my wife was) then this time you gotta get it done alone!

Our dr was good, very patient with all our inquires. The international co ordinator was also very helpful. He helped us in every step of taking treatment. But their cabin was not much good, you might need to ask for everything. And few nurses were pretty helpful while some of them were awful. A nurse in picu was very rude toward us just because we came from Bangladesh. In overall staying in the hospital was not much pleasant. I would thinking twice if I ever have to get admitted into the hospital again.

Worst treatment, money making hospital & staff, I went for intestinal obstruction and the behavior of doctor was like "Gali ka Gunda".Doctors don't know how to talk to a patient and his family member. If you deny anything just because of money, doctor says "Teri aukat nahi hai to Fortis me kyo aaya".How could we say that "Doctor is next to God"? I was admitted for 12hrs in Fortis and Fortis doctors have billed me 27,113/- Rps but doing nothing. I was admitted on 25th Oct 2020.I would like to thanks Dr. Avinash kumar Seth & Dr. N. Choudhary Team Gastro Liver for their abusive words and behavior.

One of the best medical center in this area. During lockdown, I have visited the facility and observed that, services were as per COVID guidelines and standard. Lots of international patients were also there and seems it is very famous globally because lots of outside India families are using this for the treatment of their loved one. All doctors and nursing staff are very professional and experienced. One can find it expensive but the way they deliver service or treatment counter those things.

Very bad experience, commercial hub. Security 10 out of 10 Health Care 0 out of 10 Security is also for their own benifit to protect them for what they do but charges on us. Anyways feeling lucky to takeaway our patient back home safely after hefty bill. Won't recommend

It was a good experience. A Huge thank you to Medsurge India who made the whole experience from Nigeria to India a smooth and memorable one. Mr. Dushant, Mrs. Shweta and Allen. Thank you so much. Fortis Memorial Research Institute is neat, the cleaners are constantly cleaning. The environment is serene, not noisy and uncomfortable at all. Even though there was construction ongoing, there was minimal dust and noise. The food for patients on admission is usually suited to your taste which is highly commendable. The doctors are professional and focused on their functions. A big shout out to Dr. Amitabh Singh and Dr. Niranjan Naik who performed the surgery so excellently. God bless you. Thank you to Dr. Gustave and Dr. Vivek in ICU 4 for the immediate after surgery care. The nurses in the wards are swift, dedicated and skilled at their jobs too. A special thank you to Nurse Aman on 3rd Floor, Nurse Anu, Nurse Amantika and Nurse Sheila. Thank you all so much for the care you rendered through out our stay at Fortis Hospital. I would recommend this hospital for your treatment and care in India. The are focused on you.

Worst hospital in Delhi NCR. No processes, no Standard Operating Procedures, Doctors, compel you to do all tests from FMRI despite that all test reports are manual and patients have to run between Report Desk and Hospital Coordinators. Extremely callous in internal communication, processes. Patient Care Dept is powerless and superficial unlike many other hospitals (where such dept make, a. difference) . Worst of all managed dept is of Gastroenterology under Gourdas Choudhury who is alienated from patients' hospital led concerns and has most unprofessional ppl like coordinator Jyoti Prakash and team working for him. Further, 1st floor OPD of Gastroenterology has only one common Washroom for nearly 100 patients, visiting ward daily. No frequent sanitisation, no cleaning ever observed during patient hours, water and soap absence is also an issue. FMRI is a COVID HOTBED and poorly managed Institute!! Shame #FMRI #FORTISGURGAON #DDMA #MCI

My sister got admitted in Fortis Gurgaon. We had to stay for three days. The nursing staff ,the watchman and woman were very cooperative and helpful. They were impeccable in their duties and along with it , compassionate. Food , I must say, was awesome. It never felt like it was not homemade. I never thought I would ever love a hospital diet. Thanks to all involved in helping my sister during her stay at the hospital. Just one thing which can be improved is attitude of bed manager towards patients. He must be sensitive to patients and shouldn't behave like he owns the hospital and we as patients are at his mercy.

Doctors and nursing staff are good and very passionate. But all food served in room, room cleaning and house keeping is third party. All third party vendors don't work at all you give them cash then they work. My first night they forgot to give me dinner I had to drink only water n sleep. Nest three days I asked to change pillow cover they say will give in evening but it didn't came. After a recus they gave one day but same again after next day. They have a number called patient experience no 7070 no one answers when they do they do nothing. As a patient I would go for opd but never stay here all three patients which where in my room during my long stay had same experience. I Wish fortis all the best to beat customers expectations.

Excellent team of staff you can rely on, and most noticeable from the international desk, who will break every sweat for patients well being and comfort through the stay. Most notable is Aamir Mohammad, who has always been like a brother and calling everyday for the last three months just to know if he can assist in any way. Special thanks to Dr. Kabra surgical oncology, Dr. Suman medicine oncology and Dr.Amal Roy from the radiation department. Not forgetting Dr karun, Dr Noorpur from radiation and the excellent team, Rekha coordinator for radiation desk, and Naresh coordinator medicine oncology. A combination of eccellence brings out great team work and efficient execution of duties. May God bless your work and its such a blessing to have people like you all surrounding such a great institution.

Stayed One & Half month in hospital for my wife's BMT treatment. Nursing staff team was so supportive and careful. They all motivated and gave positive energy to patient. Thanks to below team - Team In charge Menakshi, Team Leader - Sumit, Deepak, Veerpal, Pooja Kumari and staff - Neelam, Sakshi, Sanchita, Anjali, Rajni, Pooja Kumari, Pooja Thapa, Vipul Special thanks to Sumit, Sakshi and Neelam on behalf of Jyoti. Dr. Rahul Bhargav, Dr. Meet, Dr. Neha and Samar was best with their treatment and coordination Security process & system could be better so I would suggest pls work on this part. Billing process also bit pathetic.

A bit overpriced but great service and amenities. Staff is very humble and cooperative. Location is prime, right in front of Huda city centre metro station, people have minimal convenience problem in this hospital. Infrastructure wise it is the top notch hospital of the country. Great variety of Medical staff, doctors are cooperative and professional. All the facilities will try to keep your mind in peace.

Scheduled corporate health Checkup. Arrived before time. Overbooking considering what they can handle. This is as usual like any other hospital. 2 girls handling the scheduling of tests for the crowd waiting for their turn. It is all random and they can't keep tab on priority and order depending on who arrived when. You can imagine if after 2 hours of waiting you don't get your number for ECG then what is the situation of hospital management. Goodluck for ultrasound if you are having pressure. Have appointment separately for Ultrasound as you can't go for breakfast unless it is done and after breakfast you need to have 2 hours break for blood tests. Breakfast reminds one of hospitals like Paras. During COVID times it is risky to have so many patients waiting in that gallery sitting close to each other and many standing. Medanta although has more rush but you will see things moving at a pace that you can't compare with the situation in Fortis. First and last health Checkup in Fortis Gurgaon. Left in mid as nothing is progressing.

The service quality at Fortis Hospital has been consistently declining each year. While the doctors are skilled, the support staff's efficiency resembles that of a government hospital ih wait they are doing better . Hygiene is satisfactory only in the reception area, and the rest of the hospital lacks the same standard. A significant portion of their systems is frequently offline. Obtaining reports, a process that takes minutes in a small clinic, requires an entire day here, with charges reaching exorbitant levels.

One of the only hospitals in Delhi NCR where I feel like I was treated as a human being. You can get service and treatment in other places at a cheaper price, but then you pay with your patience and time. The doctors, nurses and staff are thorough, helpful and kind in their roles.. always ready to go above and beyond to help you feel at ease.

Hi, I would like to acknowledge the outstanding support of Ms. Ritu Bahree from Radiology/Medical Admin Team of FMRI in facilitating covid vaccination for my SRL staff since last 4-5 months. She always handled our queries with so much patience and provided every possible slot to accommodate even during the peak time of pandemic & high volume of patients at FMRI. Big thanks to her on behalf of SRL HR Team and vaccinated staff for her professional approach towards serving Patients. Regards, Nitin Thapan, Sr. Manager - Human Resources, SRL Limited

Hospital and facilities are very good. Doctor Praveen Gupta is very good doctor having a vast experience in neurology. I find it expensive. Doctors and hospital have increased there fees after Corona. As a lot of road construction work is going around hospital by government authority i find it bit difficult to locate entry gate. Parking is also not available there.

Dr Deepti Khatuja is an excellent dietician and a phenomenal person. She works together with her patients with a cooperative attitude reassuring them that a diet isn't always meant to be a chore and can be interesting and rewarding. I am deeply grateful for the services and experience she readily offered which helped my father make a speedy recovery from COVID-19.

In my experience thjs place was a terribly unprofessional and a royal pain to get my mother's cancer treatment. The oncology department is lazy, rude and unprofessional. They act like they the second coming or something after charging like 20lacs or whatever we gave to this godforsaken place. If you have to deal with Dr Vinod Raina, run away asap. For the money I threw at them I expect perfection, not dealing with staff in need of some ego correction

Today was my 2nd appointment there...The fees is 1500 and the doctor gave barely 2 minutes and did not even listened to my problems and didn't even saw my blood test report. Highly disappointed by the time and service provided to me today considering the fees I paid. Even being fully vaccinated, I was asked to do RTPCR for Covid before Endoscopy exam. Then what's the point of being Vaccinated?

Hospital sent my bill to insurance company without my signature. When I asked why they send they said they had informed me. No appropriate information given in final bill. For discharge my father has to wait for 8 hours. Also they purchased two bags of medicines on the day of discharge. No use of those medicine. My insurance company first pre approved 1 lakh 50 thousands but after final bill they said only 80 thousand they will be approving. After my objection and my action they send revise bill and 1 lakh 30 thousand got approved. Also nursing staffs were below standard. My father was hospitalized under urologist. Dr Pradeep Bansal was very polite and informative. I think hospital and tpa medi assist do illegal work in this hospital. Nursing staffs are not exprianced. They don't hv experience. Highly dissatisfied.

Good hospital but for on line video consultation.I had an on line video appoitment with one of leading doctor on 8/12/20. At the schedule meeting time I was kept waiting for about 20mts to start meeting. However when meeting started doctors video did not work and I was asked to come on his watsapp video. However there too there was no face to face interaction with the doctor and it was like an ordinary audio call in his feeble voice. My ongoing treatment papers were not seen I could not even explain my case properly.and prescription sent later could not be understood . I could have discussed it better in personal meeting. They charge additionally Rs 200 for video consultation with worst experience. Must discontinue this rubbish system of video consultation Video consultation fee is Rs 1700 . In covid time to encourage video consultation concessio should be given on it.

This review is based upon 2 personal hospitalisation experience Fortis Gurgaon is undoubtedly less of a hospital and more a slaughter house. It's undoubtedly the most expensive hospital in NCR, where you mainly pay for the hospital ambience, and less towards treatment. What's bad -High expense, low quality treatment - money minded. Each doctor have a target 🎯 to fill the balance sheet - nurses per bed is less, hence less personal care - food is pathetic Please go to Max on the other side of the road or Medanta. Avoid Fortis.

My mother in law was admitted in fortis hospital on18 nov 23. In ICU. On 23 nov Dr told to shift to room. Icu dept informed us that they will shift within three hours. So we waited out side ICU. But they shifted him on 24 evening. In these 36 hours we were only listening they will shift with two hours like this. In the room they were serving lunch at 3 pm. The patient was diabitic and old but they were serving not before 3 pm. Thinking fortis should improve the services.

Best doctors, worst nursing staff and billing dept. Admission process took nearly 2 hours. The doctors were quite good and their behaviour was as expected from doctors of a well renowned hospital. Then after surgery, the nightmare began when nursing staff would make you wait about an hour even after repeated bells. Then before discharge, the billing dept would make you wait. The stars are only for the best doctors.

Hospital infrastructure is creaking old and management does not want to invest in upgrading. Flooring is coming off and one can see concrete underneath, bedside safety railings are defective, ice packs are not specific to the body part that needs it. Nursing staff is very good and clinicians are great. That's a saving grace. Admission process was harrowing...they made my 76 yr old dad wait for 3.5 hrs before allocating a room even though this was for a pre-planned surgery and we reported at the time we were asked to report

Although they have the great doctors, but the patient experience is too far then expected. Shortage of nursing staff , no regular mopping in the room , facilities are pretty much delayed , my mother had to wait till 12 PM being on fasting for an ultrasound. The most painful part while getting treatment in this hospital is to get a bed. It took almost 4 hours to get a bed allotted to the patient.

Feedback - I am Rajni (sister of patient Manju Mehta under Dr. Rana Patir - UID - 10377780) We are here only because of Dr. Rana Patir ( Neurosurgeon) He is a excellent doctor and Nursing staff service is satisfactory . But realky dissatisfied with the staff in ICU .. ( boy) he was just before Anisha .. patient was in deep pain n complained a lot to him and he was ignoring !! We are paying for the care n services of the patient and at that time when family is not around staff should be more co-operative ..today only patient told when she Came out in her actual senses . Initially when shifted to medical room there was no remote n after informing since no response then took help from Sapna Neurosurgery coordinator. She is very helpful n she only get it arranged . Today also for just a spoon for the patient and after telling so many staff it took 1 hr n finally I had to shout for it .. these small small things also have to taken care of !! There is a lack of communication between depts from ICU to medical room.

Patient keep waiting and "few medical agent" kind of privilleged people kept entertained. Even paying 1700 rs for OPD consultation fee the patient wait time is more then 4 hours in neuroscience opd department and it is disaster. The OPD help desk EWS is very unprofessional behaviour and quite non cooperative. They behave like a security personnel in a pub. MY experience with FORTIS hospital is very bad and I would not recommend any one to go there specifically never go to NEUROSCIENCE OPD.

One of the premier hospitals at Gurgaon with absolutely pathetic administration staff. They are SLOW and clueless! No urgency of patients or anybody else's time. Super inefficient. The doctors are good, so one has to adjust to the inadequacies of the support and administration teams. P.S.: Parking is a mess as well.

This hospital has the worst preventive health checkup staff. The front office in preventive health checkup department β€œ health 4u β€œ never pick up the phone. Just try calling and you will realise. Sometime the doctor is not available sometime technician is not available. Even worse they won’t even call you and confirm when to come next in case the doctor is not available. Terrible experience. Other hospitals are way better for preventive health check up.

Dr Anand Sinha is the best surgeon and great human being we have ever met. V consulted him for pilonidal sinus surgery for my son. He not only performed the complicated surgery with great skill and precision but also solved all our queries even in odd hours. He even helped us in getting bed as there was crisis due to dengue. He gave consultations at odd hours if needed. He is very knowledgeable and really do justice to his Hippocratic Oath ( doctor's oath ). Thank you Dr Anand Sinha for really helping your patients. He really resembles GOD in solving d problems of his patients. Heartfelt Thanks Dr Anand

Cardio department and it's doctors specially Dr. Kler and Dr. Avinash are perhaps the best in class. However accounts department is weak and today is the 27th day since my wife got discharged from hospital but refund is still being awaited. Followed accounts department several times but never got a promising reply even though we made all cash/ credit card payment and no mediclaim was claimed. Patient ID: 11109252

"I can't thank the medical team and staff at the hospital enough for their incredible support during my liver transplant Dr. Vaibhav Dr Vigas and the surgical team's expertise and dedication were beyond words. The transplant coordinator vipin and lalita were amazingly good in explaining everything and keeping me stress free. The nurses, from ( icu nurse Rajani, Harish nursing incharge Amandeep Kaur ]( 5th floor all nurses are good special Swati, Komil nursing incharge Kritika ], provided exceptional care with compassion and kindness. Icu dietician Reena and floor dietician Harshita took extremely good care of my diet according to my requirement and body needs. The diet chart was also explained properly. Floor coordinator Ms. Purna has given me the best care during my entire stay. Entire staff, from the receptionists to the cleaning crew, Mr Wirsharbar. butlers made my stay comfortable and stress-free. The services and hospitality were top-notch. The cleanliness of the hospital was remarkable, and the meals provided were not only nutritious but also delicious. The communication and coordination among the staff were seamless, ensuring a smooth and worry-free experience. I am deeply grateful for the excellent care and support I received during this critical time in my life. Thank you for being such an important part of my journey to recovery. You've made a significant difference in my life, and I appreciate it more than words can express." Regards Sukhrob Tadjiev

The place is very well maintained. It does not give an impression of a hospital. The room was spacious, and they took care of heating in winter season even though it was not centrally heated. The nursing staff was polite and responded quickly to the call. The food provided was reasonably good. The most important point is that the doctors & medical staff are highly competent and their protocol of treatment showed rich experience.

I am immensely grateful to the entire medical team at Fortis Memorial Research institute for their exceptional care and expertise during my father's recent liver transplant. From the initial consultations to the post-operative care, their professionalism, compassion, and unwavering support were evident. I extend my deepest appreciation to DR. Vivek Vij for their remarkable surgical skill and to the nurses, technicians, and support staff whose kindness and expertise made my father's hospital stay as comfortable as possible. The holistic approach to patient care, coupled with the comprehensive support services provided, reflects the hospital's commitment to healing both the body and the mentality. My father's transplant journey has been made possible by their dedication, and I am forever grateful for the gift of life they have given my lovely Papa.
