This is not a hospital, it is a slaughterhouse, doctors keep intimidating the patient's family all the time, have made a means of robbing money, not for the common people, only elders can get treatment in it, the bed rent of thousands of rupees is overall normal People can't afford. The condition of all the big hospitals of Gurgaon is bad, they rob people legally, keep postponing and get their treatment done in small hospitals only.

MUST READ FOR ECHS BENEFICIARIES. REVIEW OF DR. Paritosh S Gupta. This is my own experience and everything that is mentioned is just truth and facts believing it or not is upto you! So first of all giving 1 star because canโ€™t give negative rating. I HAD A VERY VERY VERY โ€ฆ..(did i say very?) โ€ฆ.. DISTASTEFUL EXPERIENCE. The case is of my maternal grandmother. She had stones in her gall bladder and only option left was to operate her. First she was attended by gastro Dr. Pawan Rawal and he gave a clear go ahead. Then i took an appointment with the Dr. Paritosh. After waiting for nearly an hour, he didnโ€™t show up and we were attended by his assistant and he sent us back to Dr. Pawan as MRCP test report was missing (machine in the hospital wasnโ€™t working); we got it done from Modern Diagnostics & Research Center and then consulted again with Dr. Rawat. He said why have you came to me when already i have given a go ahead. Then again i booked an appointment for Dr. Paritosh Gupta, got it for after 3-4 days ; meanwhile my grandmother got severe stone pain and i took her in the EMERGENCY ward of Artemis Hospital, there also a doctor from gastro team visited and she said there is no issue from our side and said OPERATE HER AT THE EARLIEST. And finally โ€ฆ.. I met with the doctor Paritosh Gupta. He was very rude and said itโ€™s easy for you to say operate the patient at the age of 81 but i have some RESERVATIONS. Just prescribed some meds and denied the operation as it was risky. I could clearly see other things upon seeing the number of astrology rings he was wearing ๐Ÿคฃ. The only problem i had was that sir itโ€™s your duty to treat the patient, if she lives or dies thatโ€™s not in your hands. YOU ARE NOT GOD! In any case we have to take all of the guarantee whatsoever. Now, the actual thing was my grandmother is on ECHS panel and thus the hospital would earn a fix and just amount for the surgery, that too in white. They already have patients lined up who will pay in cash and thus wonโ€™t entertain people who are on government panel. Normal doctors whose job should be to treat you, ask questions like ARE YOU ON PANEL? I think people canโ€™t multitask, also there is a thing minding your own business!! SO DONโ€™T WASTE YOUR TIME HERE IF YOU ARE ON PANEL โ€ฆ THEY WILL TRY TO GIVE EVERY EXCUSE POSSIBLE TO GET RID OF YOU! Now to Mr. Reservations, got my grandmother operated at Pushpanjali and she has never been better ๐Ÿ™ƒ!

Zero star to the Hospital Only AC works here not even staff & doctors are worthless. All staff is very irresponsible. Doctor do not visit after surgery. Keep on chasing for every thing . Only cleaning & AC works here, third class treatment. Dont recommended go for another option.

Beware! Scam artists, criminals disguised as Nursing Staff and incompetent doctors (especially in ICU) are three major pillars of this hospital. Their Security staff people are goons and dacoits. If you are dying then your chances of survival via natural healing will always be greater than the chances of survival if you will treat yourself at Artemis hospital. Superbly money minded & rude people. We have seen at least 100+ people who haven't survived in the last week & got themselves huge bill of tens of lakhs to pay. Only C/DGHS people are making this hospital run by getting tests which aren't being paid for by them. For other people this is a bottomless pit where you keep on spending your money and you will always be scared with the concept of death of your patient. NEVER let your patient be in ICU in this hospital. I repeat RUN IF THEY WILL SAY THAT YOUR PATIENT WILL BE ADMITTED TO ICU/NEURO ICU OR CCU. You will see police coming here everyday & people fighting for their patients & billables. NEVER DONATE BLOOD IN BLOOD BANK HERE. ITS ANOTHER SCAM! Doctors do scare you consistently. Nursing staff mistreat ICU patients where they will do obscene acts in front of them during night & talk about how it is good for them to die rather than live. Their government connections are saving them and of course giving bribes to local authorities. Save your family members' lives by avoiding Artemis!

#PLEASE DONโ€™T ADMIT YOUR PATIENT HERE. #WORST HOSPITAL FACILITY IN GURUGRAM. Giving this 2 starts only because of doctors. Hospital management is totally commercial as they donโ€™t provide proper services and have huge issue of manpower. They donโ€™t provide timely medicine to the customer, you have to follow up for checkups, only one steam machine and one nebuliser is available on whole floor having more than 50 rooms. Either you are into executive single room you are supposed to get your water yourself. For check up they will take lot of time and when they will take you up to the lab they will leave patients alone for hours. Worst part is dietician. There are no coordination between doctors prescriptions and diet plan. They will serve you arrowroot powder custard without any fruit which is very unhealthy, Vegitable full of oil, daal with oil and only chapati you can have with the cucumber salad even the patient have cold. Everything else additional means chargeable either your patient require milk to have medicine, you are supposed to buy it. Even after paying 15-20k for room and 10-12k additional charges you will be the fool at the end. Better to get consultancy from doctors here as doctors are so good here but treatment with admission is worst. Never going to recommend anyone for treatment from Artemis neither going to come here again in future.

Not recommend this hospital overall. Lots of co ordination problem Artimis Hospital Grey Area: they alway mention sorry for inconvenience but no improvement same can be observed in other people review also. They have not posted even single proof photo with date for improvement done by them to avoid future similar issue. Lack of transparency in discharge program too. Unwanted forced over stay of patient to raise funds. Fully unprofessional doctors. If you ask for discharge Doctor start showing enger to stop patient assistance to ask any questions and discharge related things. Doctor alway verbally say for discharge but when check at nursing they said doctor has not given any thing in writing. Your half day gone then nursing station take too much time 2-3 hours to intimate billing desk then TPA will take 2-3 hours almost 1 day extra for poor coordination and poor intentions for charging extra. Audit needed - Lack of transparency in meditation Doctor team talk internally and then one more new lab test advice and perform test. Here doctor always shows confussion and dought and force patient for unwanted internal doctor referal visit for clearance and unwanted lab radiography test to raise funds. XRAY, CT SCAN, ECG, Blood test are most common one perform before and after surgery. So many concent taken during admission, surgery but no digital copy available for patient for building patient doctor hospital trust building. Audit needs for fees and charges Need deep audit : from national health authority & Income tax department for any financial and unethical tread and unethical practices adopted by these big hospitals. overall fully commercialized, Medical treatment code and process charges transparency missing it may charges different from different patient. Charges for patient file charges, TPA Process charges, COVID disinfection charges and dietician charges also area of audit due to lack of transparency. Patients always in surprise what need to do. No proper digital display for waiting, Digital token and rush only for billing but For doctors OPD no digital display , Patient needs to wait for long 1 hour to 1.5 hours. Major Issue - Again and again need to do followup with coordinators for Patient turn. Extremely high doctors conssulting charges really not realistic 1500/- - 1800/- , In the name of clearance so many internal doctors consultation and every time patient need to pay 1500/- to 1800/- with each doctor and each doctor also advice some new lab test in the name of moderate risk.... TPA, Estimation desk is also fully commercialized. Unwanted heads no transparency, using the general term , Surgery - without exact detail - big amount, Consumable --big amount , drugs big amount , Room charges is like more that any 5 start hotel room charge - 13000/- Single room. charges under other - which do not have any clarity Hospital always talk in Package In package if less amount will consume they will not reduce the money but if amount raised they force patient to pay this amount Billing counters are totally - Fish market too much crowd , rush , totally unorganized hospital. Few reference: concern raised with MCI, PMO Office and President Secretariat regarding Issue and concern in Medical Professional , Hospital and unethical Trends practices. NOT RECOMMENDED TO COME HERE AT ALL. If you want to save your patient, go anywhere but here. We brought our patient here in a normal condition but they performed so many brutal tests on her, didn't give her proper treatment, kept her admitted for 17 days in which the condition worsened so much that she passed away. I would never wish for such a condition to come on anyone even the worst of my enemies and it was all because of the carelessness of this hospital.

Worst service I ever have experienced. The hospital is only concerned about money making by surgery. The post surgery treatment is worst. No one cares about patient. Also the surgery is not done by the Doctors as mentioned and charged in bills but his subordinates only. I would not recommend anyone to visit this hospital. Even the nursing staffs are not trained. Doctors hardly bother to visit since they have already earned good money by surgery.

Artemis Hospital offers Covid testing just outside the main building, near gate number 2 and the pharmacy. Cost : Rs. 500(all inclusive) SPECIMEN TYPE: Nasopharyngeal & Oropharyngeal swabs. Meaning nose and mouth swabs Report: within 24 hours. But if you get your test before 10, then you might get report on the same day; within 12 hours. Quick test is also available but that test is not reliable. Step 1: Fill up the Covid19 form - Govt. Mandate. Form is available just outside the pharmacy. Note: you will find pen to fill up the form but please carry your personal pen Step 2: Download the Artemis PHR app and complete the registration by doing mobile verification. Step 3: In the app, go to My Account-->Family-->Register a new patient. Step 4: Take the form on the back of the pharmacy to complete the registration process and make the payment. You will get a receipt. Step 5: Take the reciept near a small room close to gate number 2 where a nose and mouth swabs will be taken. Once done, you will get a message from MyGovt confirming your sample submission and it will contain SRF ID. You will be advised to isolate yourself till you get the result. Report will be updated on the app itself, so you don't have to visit the hospital again. Hope this info helps. Please maintain social distancing while you are there, remember people are getting tested because they fear they have the virus or they have symptoms or they need to travel. Consider yourself lucky if they are there because of travel requirement but don't play with your luck. Stay Alert Stay Safe.

One of the better hospitals in Gurgram, albeit with enough fleecing of patients. Parking is a nightmare. Donโ€™t know why authorities have allowed it without any parking? Hand in glove. Also, the police is ready to pick cars parked outside. Poor patients at receiving end.

****-*Never never visit this hospital******** Really disappointed with the way they deal with patient and with their family. They do not allow to see their patients despite of requesting multiple time seems like they are just earning money even if your patient is healthy. One of the corrupt hospital in Gurgaon. They are totally money minded people. If you want to get loot then definitely go for it. Heartless staff and heartless management present in this hospital. Never never come to this hospital.

The most unprofessional staff I have ever seen, they simply want to extract money from patients.I had taken my mother on 13th sep 2021 @4 pm to to see a neurologist (Dr Ishu Goyal)with a prior appointment and I was told to enter from emergency gate because according to the guard v could find a wheelchair there only for .The hospital staff instead of taking us to the doctor's chambers, took her to emergency saying that this is the only way to her chamber. In a flash dr and nurses there started working on my mother by giving glucose ,put her on oxygen , gave her some injection even after stopping them. we insisted that we only want to see Dr Ishu as v have a prior appoinent but they didn't listen to us.They asked us why have u come from emergency gate then? After we made huge roar over the issue, they told is to clear the bill and take out our mother from there. The staff there only want to to make money ,they are trained in such a way that patients are only seen as money minting machines. They charged us for the services v never asked for.Never take ur loved ones to this hospital.

Worst services ever experienced . Super rude doctors in neurology department. I hv never ever seen such unprofessional approach in any hospital. Dr. Saurabh Anand wants padamshree as he is working in corona time . Super frustrated neurologist . Dr sumit singh is busy in hospitals admin work. He can go to any extent to achieve his targets.

Iโ€™m a patient of Artemis from last 4/5 years today I had my dialysis at 7:30 I have to drive and come to the hospital I request to guards can I park my car cause it will be difficult to drive after dialysis and the guard said itโ€™s for only doctors like the whole parking is for doctors I want to know how many dr does come after 8? And where can I park my car??? Today I had to park my car outside of hospital at my own riskโ€ฆI donโ€™t know why Artemis is not focusing on parking they are just making new buildings and wards so that they can earn moreโ€ฆ.where is the parking and is it compulsory to give 100โ‚น 200โ‚น for parking if a same patient coming thrice a week???

Well there are many issues which other reviews have highlighted which may be related to infrastructure, billing, convenience and of other sorts..but one thing I can definitely say with my experience that this hospital is always busy and witness heavy rush...why so ?? Just because Doctors are good and the approach of the treatment is good..ultimately who goes to the hospital has one ambition that he gets well soon and the Doctors here can ensure you that..rest others things are not very different in other hospitals but definitely it can be improved here too..

To begin with, I truly wish I could give a rating lower than 1 which is what Artemis deserves. It's over crowded. COVID norms are NOT FOLLOWED, so careful. The service is poor and if you are availing ECHS, then it's worst for you. Once you're in ICU, your room will be given to someone else. They'll keep you in ICU until discharge to earn money by alloting your room to someone else and not alloting it back to you. Mid-level rooms are in worst condition, plugs are broken, few lights not working, one of the two O2 supply not working, patient beds are old, makes too much noise. The best thing about Artemis Gurgaon is that the parking is free. Thanks for showing up some humanity to needy ones. Very limited options of food in room service for attendant. There is a cafeteria downstairs which has good eatables. Nothing good about this hospital. Comparing it with Max, Fortis, Medanta, Paras, Park etc.. it falls in the worst case category.

This is the best private hospital in Gurgaon in my opinion. You can find almost every kind of facility here. The staffs are very supportive in nature and will guide you in the best manner possible. Doctors here are very well educated as well as experienced in their respective departments. Talking about the hygeine maintenance, I haven't seen any hospital this much clean and well maintained before. Even if it take some time for your treatment, you'll not feel tired just because of the environment they provide. Really appreciate every person working here!!! Very Well Done!!

Not good options here plus the patient attendant for icu patient had to face many problems bcz for the 24 x 7 they get steel chairs for resting and you have to w8 in opd after 10 pm where again there are only steel chairs available and what they are charging and the services provided by them are not justified

Had the most horrible experience today. Had to rush my mother to Emergency and despite pleading and waiting for more than half an hour no one bothered. All the requests to see my mom fell on deaf ears. All the requests to so many attendants were royally ignored as we weren't even present. While my mother was experiencing fainting spells, no one even asked her to sit or lie down. We decided to take my mom to another hospital which was far more responsive considering it was an Emergency case. I will never wish such an experience to even my worst enemy. Avoid thus hospital at any cost. Clearly the humanitarian aspect is lost on them.

Artemis is one of the best hospitals in NCR, they have very supportive and cooperative staff. Very neat and clean premises. I have visited and found they follow all the COVID protocols. Housekeeping staff also very good, they have world class facilities. Cafeteria also found very neat and cleaned and hygiene.... It is always an awesome experience with Guest Relations staff here. They are so cooperative and ready to serve in any condition. It is a place where your problem get resolved soon. Superb if i say in one word. Keep it up .....

One of the good hospitals in gurgaon. Treatment and facilities are good. Cleanliness is maintained. Doctors, paramedical staff and nursing staff provide due care to patients. Parking is a major issue all the time. Although valet parking is available, it is time consuming. Waiting time to consult is about half an hour but varies from doctor to doctor. It is preferable to book appointments and then go. Health check up packages are good.

It's one of the posh hospital in Gurgaon. You'll find some residence to stay near the hospital. You have to come here by Delhi Int' Airport if you want to come by Air. The service is good here. There are a lot of well recognised doctor here. The costing is definitely at the higher side. Please go through the help desk for your convenience and easy go.

The hospital is good, but there are some notes that some departments, such as a neurologist, are not committed. And his staff did not respect the auditors, which leads to a defect in the hospital's hearing. Thank you

Lot of chaos every where which started at entry only, required wheel chair for my mother but there was no wheel chair at entry gate. No staff was responsive. After searching for 10 mins, finally got a wheelchair. Then came 2nd issue on billing counter which took another 15-20 mins. After reaching there, they asked me to download app and do registration which took further 20 mins. Further, even after taking an appointment, they said there are 10 more patients before you. Just amazed that a patient with some neuro problem, who is a senior citizen, was made to sit in an OPD for such a long time. For going into neuro OPD, there are stairs. It was so difficult for a patient with neuro disease to walk on those, without any ramp or help to walk. Extremely poor management and lots of misbehaviour from staff.

Utterly mismanaged. If it's not an emergency, you might wanna go somewhere else. Too long a waiting. have had three meetings. Have waited more than an hour for all of them. Once ai waited 2 hours. That too after taking appointments. The delay hurts more than just time lost, because it leads to hurried consultation. I should be able to clear all my doubts ask them after paying a hefty fees and traveling for 1 hour each way. I left the hospital unsatisfied.

If you have any health insurance and you have been referred here from there, then do not go here even by mistake, these people ask for money in emergency even after having health insurance, there is no hearing of insurance people, a counter They are run from one counter to another, treatment is not done, they are only in the process of looting money, please do not go here if you are serious, your patient will be left to die in front of the hospital but will not be treated. In the staff here There is no humanity at all, useless staff, useless hospital

My experience with this hospital had been really bad. I had to get my father to emergency late in the evening around 8.30pm after spending 5 hrs on emergency bed that covered 2 Xrays, we finally got a room allocated at 2 am. Doctor's visit scheduled between 9am to 10 am, happened at 11.40 am. Doctor asked to come and discuss details about treatment in his OPD room - after waiting for 1 hr outside the OPD room, I gave up as furthers tests were being conducted up in the room while I was waiting downstairs for the doctor to discuss. Rooms are so shabby and dirty...equipments are rusted, walls are coming out... No Covid guidelines are being observed - lifts are overloaded. Overall a very very bad experience as I stepped into a public place for the first time after March 2020. Listening media and news, biggest surprise is to see our Hosp are not following the Standard Operating Procedures laid down by the govt.

Take token once you reach donโ€™t delays 4. Parking your car inside else it toy way zone outside Inside Parking full before 10 am

I am totally satisfied with this hospital. I surely suggest to get treatment. In my known ones everyone has recovered from this hospital. Doctors are with best skills. Yes I would say if you don't have health card then it's a bit money problem because it's bit costly but worthy too. If you are looking for best treatment you should go here because money is all for your health isn't it. I think this will help you.

I recently took my mother to this Hospital for medical treatment and I must say, it was an exceptional experience. From the moment we stepped in, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained. The medical team was highly skilled and knowledgeable, and they took the time to explain everything clearly and answer all of our questions. The treatment we received was top-notch and our health improved greatly. We also appreciated the follow-up care and the kindness shown by the staff. Overall, I would highly recommend this Hospital to anyone in need of medical treatment. Thank you for the great care and for helping us on the road to recovery!

Have been visiting Artemis since it started since mid 2000s. Over the years the experience of visiting has gone down drastically. From a 'pleasure' to visit to 'dreading' to visit is the fall in experience Entry is bad. No parking available and its pricy if available. All parking space has been used for construction by the hospital. Huge lines for billing. Millions of people everywhere as they have roped in foreign patients. The OPD pricing is maximum in Gurgaon and the IPD too is amazingly costly. The guards on duty outside the lifts, ICU and wards are terrible. They shoo us away as if we are beggars or criminals. Quality of doctors is nothing out of the world. So why should anyway visit them is the question Hopefully don't need to visit again as there many options in gurugram.

Spend 2.6 lakh for a operation but the services provided by them is poor. No one even asked for water for 5 hours from the time my father was admitted. The glucose or Nacl they used to give through a syringe when it gets finished they still don't care we have to search a nurse and tell them to replace it as it is finished. They are making ways to take money from a patient we already got an xray but they still took another one and charged for it.Looks like that the hospital is majorly a showoff and the funniest part about their tag line our speciality is you

They get access to quality healthcare with extra personal care, minimal formalities during admission and a variety of corporate offers. In order to ensure better health for employees & their families, Artemis Hospitals actively partners with various corporates by getting empanelled as their favored healthcare service provider.

If you want to feel like government hospital. Must visit this hospital. You take appointment online at a specific time but it depends on doctor when he'll see. You'll have to wait for hours. Pathetic services. Even government hospitals would be providing better services than this hospital. They told us tht you will be operated tomorrow so you have to fast from midnight. The next day the nurse came and said the operation will be tomorrow so now u can eat. Then in evening they again asked for fasting. Even after 18hours of fasting the patient is still waiting to be operated. On being insisted for the status of operation now they said, you need to make more payment. No coordination between the staff and doctors. Of you ask then for towels the nurse will call housekeeping staff. Housekeeping staff says this has to be done by hospital staff and so on. Regretting the decision to come here big time!

The Hospital staff is involved in fradulence. Being on CGHS panel I on 27th of Nov 2023 telephonically got an appointment with Dr Kapil kochar senior surgeon for consultation with him on 5th Dec 2023. On reaching hospital half an hour prior to meeting .The Hospital issued me slip after payment of Rs.350 for meeting with Dr..Kochar I was asked to wait at nursing station 2 and right at 2.50 was asked to reach the chamber where a Doctor in mask later identified as Dr Manu Chaudhary by his signature and photograph prescribed a series of test before surgery without giving any satisfactory response to query further refered me to anesthesia department for further necessary test as per their requirement. The hospital charged me another 350/- for slip with anesthesia department without referal to any Doctor to be told verbally that i just need only the test prescribed earlier by the doctor. I went to this hospital for my burn treatment in the emergency department 2-3 days back and I must tell you that they offer the poor service of all. First of all they kept me waited outside that the bed is not vacant and after that when they took me inside they told me to lie down as someone will come to check. For the next 15-20 minutes, no one came and when I shouted on them, they have sent some untrained nurse who injected me two injections and because of one of that I got a big bump on my hand which so painful that I cannot even sleep on that side. And after my dressing was done, all they were worried about was the bill. And on top of that not even a single doctor came to see my burn. Such a pathetic service.

My mom had an ovarian cyst of 14cm. After some consultation we brought her to Artemis Hospital. Dr. Nidhi Rajotia did some tests and decided that surgery has to be done. She quickly arranged everything and a date was decided for the surgery. Dr. Nidhi Rajotia along with doctors (appologies for not remembering all of their names) of other departments conducted this surgery and it went all good. Thenafter she stayed in the hospital for 4-5 days and everyone was too professional in doing their job. Kudos to the whole team. Dr. Rupinder Sekhon and Dr. Amita Naithani are top-notch Gynecology-oncology surgeons. They do not need any introduction. Their reputation precedes them. I have now had them treat my mother thrice and perform major operations each time (in 2020, 2022 and 2023). Their team is well trained. Drs. Sekhon and Naithani have a wealth of experience in their field. They are masters of their craft. As a surgeon myself, it wouldโ€™ve been difficult to relinquish control of my motherโ€™s care to another surgeon but they made it easy for me. They have my highest recommendation and professional respect. On a personal level, both of them, along with the rest of their team, are very kind and caring towards their patients. Artemis hospital is lucky to have such talented yet humble surgeons with their team. Also of note, the ICU team is well trained at Artemis hospital with commendable round the clock care. Special thanks to Dr. Sekhon/Naithaniโ€™s patient coordinator, Nidhi, who works hard to help direct patients through the processes. The TPA/insurance team also works smoothly to help resolve any issues or concerns. My family and I are forever grateful to Dr. Rupinder Sekhon, Dr. Amita Naithani and their team. I trust them fully and would recommend them to others. This is an independent review. I do not have any conflicts of interest while writing this review.

I appreciate that she didn't rush me into making any decision. I really felt that I was in the right hands. I highly recommend her as a doctor. Her assistant, Anushka was also very helpful and available at all times. Overall, I had a very good experience at Artemis. All the staff members are polite and responsive. The only thing is that OPD, investigations and billing can be quite time consuming. But I suppose that's inevitable in a large hospital with lots of patients. They do try to make the process as efficient as possible with proper lines, but some counters can get quite chaotic.

Patients have waited minimum two hours waiting, this is not good. I am also noticed staff of Echo testing room specially female staff mostly busy in talking and busy in their mobile chatting. As this result patients have waited for more time for their turn. I want request from the management of Artmis Hospital, please check about your services and staff.

I had a good experience. I went for consultation with Dr. Nidhi Rajotia around one month back. Dr. Nidhi Rajotia explained everything in detail. I had an emergency C-section which was managed by Dr.Nidhi Rajotia and it went very well. I stayed in the hospital for 3 days and everyone did their job with great dedication. Thank you Dr.Nidhi Rajotia, other Doctors, Nursing staff, and other helping staff.

Not a great hospital as a whole! Poorest customer service. Exorbitant charges for everything you can think of. No value for money. No communication amongst staff. Staff turn around on bell is very delayed. 25 mins wait to get water to drink, inspite of confirmation by 4 different staff. If this can happen to me being a Dr. and in a private single patient room, forget about other patients. No effective infection control in place. Even the nurses are operating with no gloves on and attending the infectious patients. They even show an attitude and ask you to get some of the nurses/house keeping jobs done by your attendant! You get asked to keep an eye on your drip yourself as they don't set the timer at their end or visit the patient in between to be ready to turn it off, so you got to be awake to call them and will be lucky if they turn up after 4 bells. Fortunately, I was able to turn the drip off myself on time. I don't know about other patients, but this can lead to Air Embolism. The whole aim seems to be to churn out more money from this 'Artemis PG'. Good luck guys! I'm sure you'd be better off with a few other hospitals, if you need to, God forbid. Stay healthy and take care, whilst I wait for a standard copy-paste response, requesting to share my concerns and patient ID to their email.

I'm rating this experience with two stars to reflect my concerns. While I want to acknowledge the high qualifications of the doctors and the professionalism of the staff, there's a significant "but" in my overall satisfaction. I hold deep respect for the surgeon who performed a critical surgery on my loved one. However, I am somewhat disappointed in the post-surgery care provided. The hospital emits a cold corporate aura, suggesting that its primary focus is profit rather than patient well-being. While I understand the financial needs of such establishments, it's disheartening when this seems to overshadow other crucial aspects of care. Additionally, communication with the original doctor became increasingly challenging, it felt like messages were ignored after the 3rd month. Ultimately, we were advised to consult a different hospital. My perception of all hospitals being alike was challenged when I experienced the warmth and excellence of another facility. Fortunately, our AAA grade insurance mitigated any financial concerns. In offering this two-star rating, I sincerely hope that the hospital administrators take these concerns seriously and implement necessary improvements to prioritize comprehensive patient care over corporate interests. EDIT: I removed something related to medical procedure. A friend in medical profession told me that someone with vast exp as the original doctor may have had reasons for it. But still it felt like they just forgot about it. I don't Know thb.

I have been going to Dr. Nidhi Rajotia from past 5years and she is the best for all my needs. I believe I am in safe hands when I consult her. She is the best advisor and doctor. I completely trust her advice in my health matters. She makes the pregnancy journey very smooth and happy. The coordinator Ms. Anushka was very supportive during my surgery at Artemis hospital. She helped in smooth planning of the surgery and took care of the minutest details till my discharge. I really appreciate the support of all the staff at Artemis hospital.
