Good hospital , I cutted my hand from saw blade , Dr gosh did operation in sheetla hospital in operation theater. Very good cooperative staff , even I talked a lot they were polite. I spent one day at hospital next day I was discharged. I think I will recover from my wounds and learn from my mistakes.v

I was admit in this hospital one day only like as a fever patients, My one day medical bill become normally 8 to 10 thousands maximum, but they add extra reports like ultrasounds, MRI, Covid 19 test etc., while I already told to everyone I take the covid vaccine so, covid test is not mandatory, I already told to Doctors there is no any pain , stone in my stomach but they add extra ultrasounds, & MRI from your side and add the doctors visits charge's without any information, after all when I see the bill , I was shocked the bill amount was 20 thousands one night only, After that all the treatment, they take half day in billing and charge extra amount of room bcoz room rent was for 24 hours 2500rs and delay was from your billing team they charge 1370rs extra for 3hours only , Before visit in this hospital u need to read the views of all people, According to my experience very bad hospital, Never, I will visit in this hospital.

Came here for a corporate medical check and it was a bit of a disorganized experience. The parking is messy. The staff makes you go from here to there for simple things. The canteen is smelly and just seems unhygienic. Edit: 4 days later, there is no sign of the reports and no one seems to know what to do next. CLUELESS CLOWNS.

I had a very bad experience with the Ultrasound Diagnostic unit. The waiting period was over an hour. Even without any patients in line, they kept us waiting. When enquired, they mentioned it will only be 10 minutes. However, in truth, the person in charge was simply playing with phone. Moreover, we were asked to fast for 12 hours before the other tests and my friend was having fever. After raising our voice, they began the diagnosis, completing making us a fool to wait all along. Its a pity that there is no proper system within this hospital and there is no respect given to the patients.

The behaviour of Dr. Sreedhara S Naik (eye doctor) was very very unethical and unprofessional. He misbehaved to me and my mother. We just ask a simple question that how this eye infection caught my mother so that we can take more precautions in future to which he replied." Merko nhi pta aur na hi main dhundhne jaunga ki kaise hua ..(I don't know how it happened I am not gonna find out this). Then he just bragged about infection and asked again and again "samajh aa gya aapko yaa aur smjhau ?(did you understand or should I explain more?). Since EYE Q is a reputed brand all over the country We do not expect this kind of unprofessional and rude behaviour bcz he is not doing it for charity .. we have paid him.

First bad experience with Dr. Saurabh before surgery I had jaundice visited to consult charged with 700 rs. Jst for 3 mins of meeting no consultation no advice nojst fr. Asked to get some test done which I was already aware ant after few days Dr. Milind ask to get noc for surgery again hospital charged for 600 for no reason n another physician told me that who said u have jaundice 😲😲😲😲 on the day if surgery all supporting staff was in too hurry din even wait for attendant n forced to sign consent papers was Unscious after surgery second day was little conscious n aftrr making multiple request got the bedsheets changed. In all 4 days no one was thr to help to freshen up no one was thr to help with addional health issues but in these 4 days they din forget to come n collect money for ppe kit n other stuff even the rendering physician din even use ppe kit. On the day of discharge again harassment long wait to get the paper work done. After discharge got severe pain because of additionadditional health issues n hospital denied to to get admitted. N said if u want to come u have to pay consultation fee doctor will decide weather u can get admission or not. Completely unprofessional n non coperating doctor n unprofessional staff. Wasted my moneymoney. Pathetic services.

I had a surgery at sheetla hospital I was not even interested to opt it but still as per my insurance it was suggested since the day I viated I din get positive vibes thr very first day before surgery I was diagnosed with jaundice doctor suggested me somw tests that it nothing else no counselling nothing n I was charged for 700 the day I gt admitted for surgery the trouble began. First then din have room available for pt then they told me to upgrade it on my risk n cost. Ater surgery when I was shifted to normal room I was having no one apart from my attendendant. Nurse started coming n injecting that's it no other communication I was not able to release urine after surgery no one took this on serious note even after I gt released no one is ready to take responsibility of it. N if I talk abt the bills they have even charged for covered charges like ambulance gloves n much more even for ppe kit although I din see my doctor wearing ppe kit. So I would never ever recommend this hospital to anyone no one will be thr to take care to u yes they r available to inject n provide medicine thats it. Apart from that u won't get human behavior from their side. They will start yelling at you even if u ask them to help you to brush ur teeth.

Being a doctor I will not recommend this hospital for anyone. Apollo spectra hospital will be like this never expected. I went for my mother's eye (cataract) operation. Ophthalmology dept is kind of ok type but other dept is doubtful. I was told that general physician will come with in half n hour but he has come after 1hr 40 min. I have never seen to get the fitness from the same hospital you have to pay again n agai. I have never seen after eye ( cataract) operation hospital is not providing post op kit ( which includes dark glasse, cotton etc. But they did not give.. this is 100% business nothing else. And operation price also so high then other hospital. So I will recommend everyone with the same cost you can go to Chennai, you will get wonderful service and care. Though I usually go to Chennai but due to some reason I had to go there after seeing Apollo spectra logo.

After treatment, very bad experience. I came through HexaHealth and I utilised my medical card issued from the company. Befor treatment it was already informed me that I have to bear only 500-700 or max upto 1000/- and rest amount through my medical card but they was charging 6000/- from my pocket and also total amount billed a huge amount of Rs 60,000+.….... Worst services. I have not received my son birth certificate who was born in oct-19 till date as this hospital did not sent required document in time. Their In-charge Surrender, Anoop (store in-charge and Surrender's Supervisor), Neeraj Gogia and their PRO Pooja is just to make fool of others. Hospital is gr8, doctors are gr8, but here people are not professional. I have experience with Aryan hospital as well, here for even a gloves they will make you run to the medicience shop and the same glove pair which I got here at 60 , I got outside at 20. And then I have to argue to get outside item adjusted. Instead of this they should charge a certain amout 2000 for consumables items and don't make us run for even a niddle.

A place where everything is totally mismanaged. First they delay the admission process for upto 6 hours and then they won't do tests as promised on the admission date. Pathetic service of staff and doctors. I got different information by their staff ,they were supposed to help the people but they are not helping at all. They compel patients by telling some medical terms to get admitted in the hospital and do not provide proper treatment and charges for unnecessary tests and things. I got admitted twice within a month but didn't get solution. This hospital is not co-operative at all And now they are pretending that hey are helping but actually they are trying to defend their staff right now. I was admitted on 30/08/2021. Although the surgery was planned on 31st, 9 AM it was delayed to 12PM. In that case same day morning admission was sufficient.So my one day was wasted. Had to paid extra from my insurance coverage. There was no panrty facility was available. Attendant is must here, but no food arrangements for attendant . Some of the nursing staff behaviors was so rude. Also response was very bad. They provide lunch and dinner to patients, no snacks in afternoon. After surgery Dr prescribed for liquid diet after 4hrs. And they provided Frooti as liquid diet to me who was fasting without water for 20 hrs. Billing and discharge process took long 8hrs... Worst experience I ever had. I will never recommend to anyone... Even though the name has been changed to Apollo Spectra..the DNA is Sheetala.....

First of all they want only and only money .. That's why they will make sure you to admit in hospital for minimum 3 days and appoint a doctor for you ..They do not have any ultrasound facility and CT scan facility at their end ..One day they will take you to do CT scan outside and then report will not came on same day ..then next day you have to take Follow up 10 times after taking follow up .. report will came and then that Appointed Dr will visit and say that this report have to review by other Dr..Then wait for another 1 day to that Dr to visit and till then you have to sit idle to Dr to visit and review.. Horrible experience..Never want to visit again.

I visited Sheetla Hospital for Ankle fracture treatment of my mother. we consulted to Dr. Chirag, he advised us very politely and suggested for the precautions. then he suggested for physiotherapy session from Dr. Monika. Before some days I admitted my family members. I have got very bad worst experience from Sheetla Apollo hospital. They are forcing for purchasing medicine from own pharmacy and rates are so high. Outside same medicine with same brand and same name on 20 to 30% discount. But they are giving on high rate. I have tried to talk on reception but they did not give any positive reply and after asking again and again he advised to meet with BH I have not remember his name. He is very rude person and not answering my any query. I have to share my bad experience with all my social links. And not recommended for others. They want only make money.

Overall good experience. I visited here for Pre-Employment Medical Checkup. Ms Neha Health Checkup Couunter Receptionist completed the formalities & aligned for the test. Most of the tests are available except hearing & sound tests. But Hearing test is being facilitated by SFL Hearing test Lab, out side at no extra cost. Hygiene maintained strictly. Car Parking is also available behind the hospital.

Horrible experience. Had booked a full heath check up corporate package with them. I choose it only because I had good experiences with Apollo hospitals in the past; however, this one doesn't even close in terms of professionalism and functionality. I had to wait for an hour since there was no one at the reception; the receptionist was extremely rude and arrogant. She refused to accept my appointment even though I showed her the confirmation email and also forwarded her all the supporting documents. They made me wait for another hour even though my corporate and insurance team confirmed everything with her and told her to proceed with the test as I was already fasting for more than 12 hours. The hospital staff did not even try to check if the error was at their end rather they were smug and arrogant about it. After waiting for more than 2 hours, I just left the hospital and would never visit it again and nor recommend it to anyone.

Good treatment, but little expensive for middle class family. Doctors are very qualified and experienced. Housekeeping service is on demand and excellent. But sanitizers have been removed from all rooms and available only in common areas, that could be fixed. Few issues from canteen on food variety and no tuck shop, but overall good only veg food. Introduction of fruits, salad and tuck shop could be very appreciated.

One of the worst hospital in sense of service doctors are experienced ,but the service like paediatric icu hell lots of noise over there whole staff yell like fish market even during late night because of that icu baby whoever is admited over there start crying atleast there should be silence in ICU atleast , staff behave very well no doubt just the noise that irritates us

Please never visit to this hospital they just loot your money in my case my mother is admit for fever and cough they admit her for 3days and do some test and reports of all test are just normal and they charged my 48729rs after discharge next day my mother had same issue of fever and cough. My baby admitted in 21/9/22 in Sheetla NICU ...in serious condition ...now patient condition is better after 23 days ...i would like to give experience about all NICU team..... All NICU staff are fully trained and experience.... All staff are motivating........ And having good nature... I would like to appreciate all NICU team (Rahil Ahmed.... Started at 9:15 and completed the basic tests and check-up timely by 11am. It was a nice experience.

Need improvement in House keeping (toilet non availability of tissues paper etc) In Cafe area no tissues offer or serve by attendant. Nursing staff is excellent in service and behavior Dr Visit time need to review (1st Visit time schedule between 9 to 10 am

Front Desh is good. Nursing is good. Just need to improve availability of Doctors alot, mostly Doctors are not available other than Duty Doctor or Jr. Doctors. Rest all is fine...

One of the best doctor's(pediatrician) available at Sheetla hospital. I would recommend Dr. Abhijit to everyone. Staffs especially at reception(Mr. Vikas and Mrs. Manju) are very cooperative and helping. Hospital clealiness & Hygenie is good.

From the security guards to reception and especially the professional staff Manning the Help Desk, it was a wonderful seamless process, unlike any other medical centres. Went for a thorough medical checkup and was out of the centre within 35 minutes. Great going. Keep up the good work

No counselling from Doctor at the time of discharge regarding problem of my child, any precautions to be taken, what was the disease. Delayed Discharge formalities. No communication from Reception regarding receipt of approval from TPA which was received one hour before. Inflated invoice, gloves of 900 ( don't know if they were ever used, no doctor used them while examining my daughter, and 900is too high a price) multi parameter of 2000 ( highly inflated price), PMO line of 1020 ( again a very high price). overall a unsatisfied experience. Will not recommed this hospital to anyone.

Hello Everyone THIRD CLASS HOSPITAL IN GURUGRAM NEVER RECOMMENDED I have visited on 5 Dec. In the hospital. Experience was very horrible and very third class. There is a staff in pharmacy Amin is very cheep. He looked my family member number from hospital record. And He is continually dropping unwanted msgs on whatsapp, insta, facebook. After giving instructions. Still he is creating it. I have logged a police complaint against him. I have not recommended to anyone for here. Very Bad and third class hospital in gurugram. No doctor in OPD. Waiting time is too long. Admitted the patient but not a single doctor visit in patient rooms. Rooms smell. After giving he is again threatening from other numbers. Now I have to take help from somewhere else. I think Hospital don't want any support and help. After talking in hospital they are supporting him. Not recommended for this hospital Specially for female.

Worst experience of my life earlier the hospital was good but this time it was the worst service I have ever received in my life. The receptionist is so rude and does not take any query of the guest seriously. Also the staff is very casual over here.

This is very pthetic that i admitted my mother in apollo spectra hospital. Dr.rajneesh srivastav and Dr. Deepak Verma was the doctor who was taking care of my mother. On the nxt day Dr. Rajneesh told me that we shall shift your mother in general ward and mr deepak shall shift in the evening for which we are waiting for him since morning and enquired at reception when Mr. Deepak shall come in hospital then reception person told me Mr. Deepak phone is not reacahable and sir is busy in watching cricket. then finally in evening dr. Deepak arrived and Dr. Deepak Verma told me that it will take 3 more days to shift the patient in general ward although iVF Machine was off since morning and my mother didn't using the IVF machine. On next day we finally decide to take discharge from hospital then Dr. Deepak verma told me we shall shift the patient in general ward by tomorrow then we refuse and ask for the discharge then he start tentrum that it will take 3 hour already we were told to Dr. Rajneesh to prepare the discharge paper but Dr rajneesh told that Mr. Deepak shall comen only then paper work will start. After that we wait for the paper and approval.

I went for full body health checkup, overall good experience. Process was very smooth. Special thanks to Neha ji who take care of all the things.

Neha, the corporate check up consultant was extremely organized, very prompt, and helpful. While i think Spectra hospitals can do better in terms of arrangements and ensuring privacy of patients during some of the tests, some staff like Neha make you feel better for sure. The rating is for her!

Poor reception stalf behaviour, of their own mistake they blame the patient. Also, their pharmacy selling medicines at MRP rates too whereas from outside shop we can get medicines at discounted price.

One of the Best hospital in Gurgaon with proper facilities available for all medical parameters. Receptionist Staff attitude towards patients are commendable, cleanness of the hospital is good, all together one of the best hospitals.

Visited there for annual Health check up & well assisted there by front desk team 'Neha Ma’am' 👍, tests were managed well, recommended for health checkups.

I had very bad experience. Doctors in this hospital are practicing to admit patients instant of treating them even if the disease is mild fever cold or cough ,this people are sitting here just to make money no matter how helpless others are .This hospital will be the last option for me in entire Gurgaon.

They are not good with keeping their commitments. Plus, 4W parking was really tricky with an extremely narrow lane leading to the parking space. Even though I saw a valet parking board at the entrance, there was no one to assist.

Very bad experience, i have appointment for health check up thru my TPA, I took the appointment 4 days ago, when I reached at Apollo center at given time 10am they denied for this appointment then I connected to my manipal Cigna team they said, Apollo team already accepted this appointment 4 days before, stupid staff sitting there totally time waste I will not recommend any one for the service 😡😡😡😡

On 5th September I admitted my mother in a very painful and distressing condition. After being refused by a nearby nursing home and hospital , we brought her to Sheetla Apollo. Dr Deepak Verma immediately took over and started giving her treatment looking at her condition.Since her condition needed critical care,she was admitted in ICU. A round the clock monitoring and best possible care brought her parameters to normal in 9 days ! The nursing staff was very cooperative,caring and followed the instructions of the doctors who gave impeccable treatment. Thank God I brought my mother to this hospital,she returned home with a smile and good health. Special mention to Dr. Vandita Sharma who took out time from her really busy schedule and gave much needed counseling to patient and family.

The services provided by Ashish ji n devindra ji from hexa health is superb. The doctors and support staff of the hospitals are superb... the treatment and the stay at the hospital is at par at what was told by Ashish from hexa health. Overall superb experience and recommended to all.

I wouldn't like to visit here, Ms Rinki she has very rude behavior with patients, she really don't know how to talk with patient. These people are playing with customer. Don't visit

today I'd visited to apollo spectra for annual health check up. thanks to Rinki Srivastava for the coordination and also staff is nice 👍and hospital is very neat and clean. but just I would like to add about the opthal department .not treated well manner expert not leave the chair. totally depand on the supporting staff.
