Worst Hospital ever. They just want to earn money no matter what the patient is going through. They don't even have permanent doctors to treat the patients.Ward boys are on another level, they just ask money from patients even for the things they are hired for.Patient have to walk himself/herself to the ICU and from ICU to OT for their operation, and the reason they give for this behaviour is that the ward boy don't listen. The most worst doctor is Dr. Yogesh Taneja,he has done my 2 operations within a month and still no benefit.Upon asking why there is pain in my head, he just told me to get admitted. He is so irresponsible that even after given time to me,he didn't come to the hospital. The reception lady ask the patients to get some test done, even when the doctor didn't say for it.Nobody knows where the patient documents are. I suggest everyone not to go to this hospital. One more thing I want to add,Please don't admit your elders in this hospital, some nurses behave very badly with elders in the ICU.

Kalyani hospital is very old hospital in gurgaon and ouner Dr khanna sir is very good and humble person as I come to know but other Doctors are not good. My mother got admitted under Dr ashish kalla for increase Blood pressure but unfortunately covid testing taken 2 days and no cardiologist visited for 3 days finally I have taken decision to move my mother to higher center. I felt hospital persons are seating for money making. My humble request to Ouner, sir plz look into the matter, other doctors are spoiling your name and hardworking. Plz consider this as positive response but improve your system otherwise many people might die because to this ignorance. For 3 days nobody gave me the clarity about mothers healths. I was referred by some other doctor for treatment in this hospital but final she was also not happy.

Treatment is very poor.Earlier it was good Hospital affordable for everyone but now they are money minded.Always try to make money from patient having health policy. This time our experience is very bad with Dr. Yogesh Taneja. They had billed more than Rs 2.0 lac for kidney stone treatment.Even not visited a single time after surgery.I will not suggest any of my friends to have treatment of stone in this hospital.

BAD EXPERIENCE Went to the hospital with my 68 year old mother who was having an asthma attack. We had gone there for the injection as we already had the prescription for that. But Dr. Shivam Upadhyay (R.M.O) charged for OPD as well and when I objected he argued and was very rude.

My experience with the front desk staff or whosoever picks the call has been worst. There is 'this lady' who picks the call and have not seen anyone so rude in my life. I politely requested if 'xyz' doctor is available today and she said 'NO' in the rudest tone possible and hung over the call even before I could further check on the availability of the doctor. I called again and she picked the call. When I questioned again to check the doctor's availability, she once again in her rude tone answered the details and hung over the phone. I am not sure what sort of ego this lady has. If you are running a hospital, we are not coming for free to listen to this nonsense, we are also paying our hard earned money to get these services. Please make your staff understands how to behave like humans and not treat others as if they are doing a favor. Further details- called at 9:29 am this morning and again at 9:31 am. A lady picked up the call- do not know her name. Enquired about Dr Rawat.

Wholeheartedly Recommend Kalyani Hospital and Dr. Anjali Bagga! I would highly recommend Kalyani Hospital and Dr. Anjali Bagga ma'am for baby delivery. Having lived in Delhi for the past 35 years, I have never experienced the level of care and expertise that I found at Kalyani Hospital. In 2021, when my wife was pregnant, someone recommended consulting with Dr. Anjali Bagga, and it turned out to be the best decision we made. Dr. Anjali Bagga Ma'am is an incredibly talented and calm doctor who listens attentively to her patients. Her expertise in normal deliveries is commendable, and we felt confident in her abilities throughout the entire pregnancy. What impressed us the most was her availability round the clock. She was always just a phone call away, ensuring that any health issues during the pregnancy were promptly addressed. Under Dr. Anjali Ma'am guidance, my wife successfully delivered a healthy baby through a normal delivery. Throughout the pregnancy, Dr. Bagga ma'am minimized the use of medications and instead focused on recommending a suitable diet and lifestyle. Her approach was holistic and personalized, making us feel like we were in the hands of a caring and knowledgeable professional. Although we had to travel from Delhi to Gurgaon for the appointments, it was undoubtedly worth it. The care and expertise we received at Kalyani Hospital surpassed anything we had experienced in Delhi. In the seventh month of pregnancy, my wife faced some health issues, and we consulted a nearby hospital. The doctor there recommended a C-section based on the reports and prescribed a 500mg injection to be administered weekly. Concerned, we reached out to Dr. Anjali Bagga, and she promptly gave us an emergency appointment. To our relief, Dr. Bagga diagnosed the problem herself and prescribed a 100mg injection instead. Thanks to her quick thinking and accurate diagnosis, my wife's health improved significantly. We were immensely grateful for her expertise and the personalized care she provided. In summary, Kalyani Hospital and Dr. Anjali Bagga ma'am are a remarkable team for baby delivery. Dr. Bagga's talent, calm demeanor, attentiveness, and availability make her an exceptional doctor. The care we received at Kalyani Hospital was unparalleled, and we are forever grateful for Dr. Anjali Bagga's smart and efficient approach to treating my wife. If you're looking for top-notch medical care during pregnancy and for your little one.

Best doctor in gurugram, I met him for my nasal blockage and sinus treatment 2month back , he advised me some nasal spray and antibiotic course after which now I am totally free from my disease. Many doctors advised me surgery without doing my ct scan and endoscopy. He did all and managed my condition with medicine only . Thanks dr

I had been to many doctors but was not getting cured. ENT specialist at Kalyani Hospital diagnosed my problem and acted quickly upon it. Also, his charges were reasonable, and he allocated adequate time to each patient.

Best doctor I have met so far. My elderly relatives needed to be consulted for knee pain, and the team at Kalyani was the one from whom we got the best treatment. The doctors were down to earth and listened to each issue properly. Strongly recommended!

The worst facilities I've ever experienced in the Hospital! Here, they charge for Everything like they said (the receptionist) you can re-consult a doctor within a week. However, after visiting again with the twisted leg, he again said that you will be charged again! This is not just Doctor fee but also for several other things. Personally, I feel, in the near future, the hospital will charge for breathing as well. Once again, worst experience witnessed.

Worst hospital ever, they took consultation fee of doctor and doctor was not available. High charges of everything and still patience wasn't treated well. Trainee were handling patient in absence of doctor in emergency ward. We thought they were doctor. The medicine prescribed by them was not effective.

Worst hospital I've ever visited and won't recommend this hospital to anyone ever in my life. They will charge you like anything even for small injuries. Charged 960Rs barely for half hour for operation theatre (which was not really a operation theatre at all just a regular bed with no proper medical instruments). Billed my prime cast plaster payment twice which I was unaware of at the beginning and later when I tried to contact in reception they were not very sure of the billing details. Pathetic experience. They just want to make money out of anything.

The best thing about the paediatrician was the environment she created with her little patients. Be it normal OPD consultation or growth related issues or routine vaccination. The doctor handles everything so patiently. Thank you!

Good care by hospital for a fracture my grandfather had in his leg. Immediate care and comfort was taken care of considering his age - something you rarely see in big hospitals. Very satisfied with treatment and results.

My father was recently admitted to the hospital and the hassles the hospital authorities made me face are uncountable. 1. Day 1 when we admitted him, payments were made in cash and on choosing a double seater room, we were alloted a very basic twin sharing room whose interior looked so unhygienic and pathetic 2. The next day I wasn’t informed that for every test they would perform and for medicines, I will have to make a payment on a real time basis. When asked if i can pay some amount in advance to avoid the hassle, I was told that we will now not b able to trace the expenses so please continue with the cash payments 3. The pharmacy staff coperated and askedme to inform the nursing staff to order medicines directly from them without bothering me. When asked to do so, the nurses arrogantly responded that we cannot arrange the medicines for you please do it on your own. 4. On asking the billing department again if I should be paying some advance cash, they took a min 8k from me and said that they would cover the tests expenses from this and take care of the final billing. Yet the next day they bothered the patient(my father) to pay for the tests immediately and wouldn’t proceed until the payment is made. I finally reached out to the higher authorities with all my grievances and i was told β€œapologies, inconvenience regretted’’. On d day of the discharge, when the patient after the final IV got over my father asked if they could remove the candula, the nurse refused as she feared he would run away without paying the bills. She kept the needle inserted until i reached the hospital to pay the bill and on final exit neither dis any of the doctors do a proper consultation or anything. All i can say is i will never recommend this hospital to anyone with such arrogant and misbehaving staff , providing incomplete information . The only good part about the hospital was the pharmacy staff and its manager

Kalyani hospital has no credibility for their patients(6th Nov 2021). One of my close relative was admitted to the hospital to cuase platlets count was 42k as per the suggestion by physician. After taking the whole day for check up and all they concluded that platlet count has decreased alot to 15k and we cant admit the patient. Then they referred us to other hospital get theire bills paid and showed no interest. They created panic around for 3-4 hrs till the patients was taken out and admitted to sufserjung hospital for urgent platlet. After admitting doctor observed and denied the requirement of platlet and took test again and platlet count was 38k. Now patiey was relased in 12 hrs with no issues. Moral of the story Kalyani hospital just want their bills . Don't trust their doctor. Thet just want their bills.

I'm sitting in the Kalyani Hospital as I'm writing this review and I hope no one else has to go through the same experience as mine. We reached the hospital at 1pm and my mother (patient) was immediately taken to the emergency room where the blood sample was supposed to be taken. Only after asking for the reports many times, the staff realised that the blood sample hasn't been taken yet and the collection happened around 4:30pm. After waiting for 7 hours, a doctor finally came at 8pm to see her, Dr. Shivam had the verbal information of the results and we got informed that the physical reports for us to see won't be available until 10pm tomorrow. So far, we have experienced very poor management, no clear diagnosis, delays in IV change and what not. Despite all the delays, I hope my mother would feel better tomorrow and the hospital would take necessary steps to serve the patients better.

Visited the hospital for checking my BP, the attendant at the emergency ward had a sarcastic smirk on his face while I told him about the symptoms I had been facing due to low BP from last two days, he was smiling continuously as if I was pretending. He was on his phone, did not even listen to me properly and had that pathetic smile. Also, he did not even bother to check my BP. This is how you treat people!? Great! πŸ‘πŸ» Will never visit again!

Worst experience ever, 1.I went for xray as my elbow was not working properly and it was swollen at 1:25 Pm they said said you have to pay β‚Ή600 for OPD proscription I said okay go ahead. After I made the payment they said system is not working now and I have to wait. They provided report at 1:45 pm it took 20 minutes to generated OPD proscription only. 2. After blood test at 2:21 they said you will get your report at 4:30 I said ok. Then I went home. And when I came back at hospital at 5 pm they said will provide report at 5:30 pm. 1 hour later given time. Then I got my blood test report and I went to Dr. for report checkup he was not there, receptionist said Dr will come after 6:30 pm. Again they asked me to wait for 1 hour. They are only charging Money and they will not value your time. There is no fix room where you can meet doctor you have to go and find him to meet to check your report which you paid for. Govt Hospital is better then kalyani hospital.
