Worst hospital .... Charge a lot from a patient in name of treatment. They don't have proper staff and doctors. And no specialists available for treatment and the perform unnecessary tests for earning money Shame on Aarvy for making money in the name of treatment.👎👎👎

Dr RENU YADAV is mentally disturbed, she doesn't know how to talk with patient, she pretend soft spoken nature but in actual she is arrogant.. Many people warned me that she is a mad lady but I didnt believe it until I faced her arrogance and inhumanity towards the patient..please BEWARE OF RENU YADAV. She doesn't accept her fault and improve/correct it if anything goes wrong in her treatment..

I've visited a no of times since 20th July 22 Only the reception is very nice rest diagnosis and procedure are not good there is no well qualified doctors in Emergency. They are only do the thing to make bills. No doctor explained the real reason , why my wound is not curing. Strangely they ask me to visit next day and for that they again charged the CMO charges. Also on subsequent days on visit to dressing no doctor seen the recovery of wound. Even the medicine were advised to me at their reception desk also that is not entered in my prescription. I'm still not cured from 20 days.Also on last visit the compounder change my dressing advised me that I should replace my dressing on my own and no doctor was there in Emergency.Very disappointing experience.

They have great facilities but need to sort out their staff. Had a pretty bad experience. The lab staff was on leave and so some temps took up my case despite knowing they do not know how to operate the machines. These were critical tests of stress eco, ecg, holter. Eventually a senior doctor came and helped out otherwise it was harrowing and I was feeling absolutely unsafe. Then when it came to giving me the reports they kept me hanging for 3 days. People keep you on hold, then said they are just sending it to me and it never came. Eventually I had to visit the hospital to take them. If this was an emergency it would have been disastrous.

Worst doctor( Ravinder Kumar) from an internal medicine. I visited him today for my throat infection. he did not even check and heard what problems i have been facing and immediately prescribed different test and medicine.He was least bothered about patients concern and was just interested in prescribing what he would have known... not really sure that how much knowledge he would have been carrying. No offence.. but doctors should be kind enough to understand the patients concern and issues which was truly not there.. So, pls think before you invest your money and have faith on recovering. Worst experience truly!!!!

Worst experience. Worst service. They even don't k ow how to give tetanus injection. They give injection to my 7 year old daughter yesterday and don't know what they have done she got infection and full swelling on her back side.. don't go there... fake degree..

Consulted internal medicine doc and was totally disappointed with overall experience be it diagnosis or staff support. They are only interested in getting test done without even listening to patients issue.

They have great facilities specially the Doctor Arjita she is very good and caring for the patients. She treats them very well. All departments available very good staff and hospital.

Bakwasss No service Choor Dr. Yogesh Sharma And daku staff Dhenrendra Sharma I was admitted for a CT scan and they charge Rs 47000 for the unwanted test. I have chat with Dherendra Sharma he has just made a plan to grab the money from patients and just make money by taking dead people in the ICU; they just playing with human life and need to cancel the licence of the hospital

Dr Vikram is experienced Surgeon. He is best in the town. He himself helped me a lot to get comfortable in the hospital, personel attention. During my stay, Excellence department concerned about events patients and ask for any need. Helping staff is also very responsive and helpful all the time. Food quality also good.

Not punctual of time you have to wait for 4-5 hours to meet doctor. Staff tells you that doctor will be here in 30 minutes but doctor reached for more than 4-5 hours. Unnecessary test will conduct in absence of doctor

Its been 1 year and they are not returning my Deposit. My daughter was discharged in 24 hours but hospital staff kept me waiting for 7 hours to make 2 days room bill and other bills. Now it passed more then 1 year but they are not returning my Deposit. Aarvy Hospital's focus on how to make money from the patient and their family.

Hopeless management. My maids husband got expired in their hospital and now they are not providing her even the death certificate stating that it is their fault that they provided the documents late, but documents were provided by them as soon as they could arrange within 1 month. And now they are sending her to municipal corporation and MCG is sending her to hospital and no death certificate is being provided or any action is being taken by the authorities. I will not recommend this hospital to anyone , go at your own risk.

A great hospital , I visited Dr. Himanshu Bansal for my knee problem. I was having issues in walking for past 2-3 years. consulted many orthopeadics but got good level of satisfaction after meeting Dr. himanshu at Aarvy Hospital - unit of medlix. Highly recommended for people in Gurugram, sector 10 Jail road. Good infrastructure and very well coordinating staff.

Dr.shilpi Sharma is a great and experienced doctor with great knowledge, she and her team performed my surgery.She Communities very well her patients. Other facilities of hospital are also great. Despite being a huge hospital I would personally like to appreciate the cleaning staff to keep hospital clean keeping the hygiene factor in mind, I'm glad they follow all COVID-19 guidelines to ensure the safety of patients and others.
