One of worst hospital I have seen in my life. First they will check with you is whether you have insurance or not. In case you say “Yes”. They will make you admitted to hospital for no reasons and will try to make money out of you. They will give on giving glucose and drip. When you enquire what has happened to patient they will never tell you. If you ask can I take my patient as I am not happy with the service. They will scare you by giving LAMA. My recommendation is based on my own experience and my friend experience. Worst Hospital. NEVER Go there if you care for your family

I have been visiting this dr from sometime now for treatment of frozen shoulder. I have recommended him to atleast 20 people but yesterday’s experience has completely changed me. I was to take an injection on shoulder for which I waited for more than 1 hr in afternoon. I had to go back after 1.5 hrs as I had come from office and injection was not available. I came in evening again at 7:30 and waited till 9 after dr finished all his patients. I asked dr if we can now go ahead as I have been waiting from long. To my surprise the dr started snapping at me that he had patients etc. I tried to maintain my calm as I was in extreme pain and in need of these injections. The dr just kept on yelling despite I tried my best to avoid this conversation. Eventually I had to say that I don’t want the injections from him in so much anger. I would now recommend not to visit the orthopaedic because as a dr he behaved in completely insensitive manner to a patient in need and in pain. I also paid OPD in afternoon which got wasted. Pls do not write your defensive argument rather hope you improve your behaviour to treat people better. Thanks

My friend was admitted in this hospital at an emergency situation. The doctors handled the situation very calmly in the middle of the night and helped him in the first aid. We got a spacious room with all facilities over there. The doctors and the nurses were there always to help us out whenever we needed. The nursing team of Shama took care of the patient with more care and with multiple visit of them with the patient, gave us a feeling of good gesture from the hospital as well.

Approached Genesis Hospital last night for my mother who had a severe stomach pain at 2 AM. I was pleasantly surprised by the reception we got. The resident doctor handled it efficiently and she was attended to in a jiffy. The investigations ordered were explained as to why were they relevant for the presentation and were reasonably priced keeping in view the runaway costs in most of the corporate hospitals. The place is neat, very clean and approachable. She was advised admission for monitoring which they converted to a Day care case and sent us back in a couple of hours with my mom smiling. Very happy and satisfied with the hospital and strongly recommend for everybody in vicinity

Worst Experience ever. They are just running a Fraud Hospital in which they charge 1700 for normal dressing of wounds which other hospitals are charging Max 600. The Staff is totally unprofessional and they don't know how to handle a patient. Never suggest anyone to visit this hell. Go to any civil hospital better than this. Genesis = WORST.

I was diagnosed with pilonidal sinus and was recommended surgery by Doctor Jha. He explained everything in detail with respect to the treatment options and recovery time. He's a very knowledgeable and practical man with a very positive mindset. So my surgery went smoothly and throughout the process I didn't face absolutely any problem as the staff was well trained and extremely polite. The hospital premises are clean and equipped with all the necessities. I would highly recommend this hospital.

Dr Manish Jha is a great human being, listen to your health issues properly and after listening he cure your illness with fewer medicines unlike others, and good thing about him is he is always polite and positive. He treated my wife for neck pain related issue post pregnancy and she got relief post his treatment, before his treatment we saw many doctors and physiotherapist and wasted a lot money but he cured her pain with just few medicines. Got my husband treated for hypertensive crisis situation. All staff and doctors are good and supportive. They handled the situation very well. Special mention for nursing staff for proactivily taking care of patiants. Special thanks to Shama from the nursing staff and Vipul Ji from the front desk who supported us throughout the process.

For single query to doctor they are asking for consultation fees which i already paid in my first visit which is not reasonable, and management team is rude and not supportive.

Dr Manish Jha orthopaedic..Pathetic doctor..only theoritical talks practically we didn't find any good result. i was having left knee pain for 1 month he was not able to find the problem and then suggested mri..one day while explaining the problem of left leg he touched my right leg and now i am having same problems in my both leg...then we contacted him he even didn't bother to respond...he misleads the patent with his goody talks...as he owns this hospital so there is no point to go ...i wouldn't recommend him

They charged fee twice in three days. I came for the first time, they gave 3days medicine. On third day I was not fully recovered, visited the hospital, the charges fee again. This is very unfair. Very unprofessional staff. I will never recommend this hospital to my dear ones.

I was applied a Plaster cast , and at a cost which is hard to believe at such times.
