I would like to highlight this review regarding Doctor SP Yadav, the urologist at Pushpanjali hospit. To begin with, I think it is a crime to call him a doctor. One of the most rude and ill mannered doctor I have ever come across in my life. I urge everyone to avoid this urologist. Gurgaon and Delhi/NCR is filled with nice and highly qualified urologist and this doctor is a blot on the face of medical profession. He misbehaves with elderly people, is very very rude and considers himself to be a God. I beg everyone with folded hands to avoid this doctor at all costs. He is nothing but a monster in garb of doctor

My mother was having COVID and this hospital made her case worse by diagnosing various other problems which were not actually there. They admitted her (she was admitted for 6 days) and tried to manipulate us in believing she will get better but her sickness elevated. When the second time we asked for discharge the head of the hospital (Dr. SP Yadav) himself said that people are dying from covid in such a harsh manner . If you cannot cure your patient atleast don't say such words. The nurses here are very rude and don't know how to talk to the patient. We took her to different hospital and she got better on the first day of treatment. At least we took her out from this hospital on time otherwise these doctors were just experimenting on her. How on earth can they do this....No humanity left. Hospitals like these just want to make money they have nothing to do with the patient's health!!!

One of the worst hospital, worst staff and worst doctors i have ever seen. They have no value for life. They will not give you genuine advice instead they try to manipulate you every single day. If you want well being of your patient , please do not take any kind of advice from them. They do not follow any rules and regulations while doing surgery. I GENUINELY DONT RECOMMEND IT FOR ANY KIND OF MEDICAL SERVICES. THEY PLAY WITH PATIENT LIFE HERE.

Went to show my wife today to Dr (claim to be) Suman Yadav. She behaved like a Rowdy not like a doctor to her. Electricity was not there even in ICU still her approach towards the patients is really ridiculous and awful Her arrogance is really unacceptable and don't even have manners while speaking to patients. Never ever experienced such a worst service like this

If there was an option, I would rate this thing in negative. This man SP Yadav, who considers himself a doctor, is the most rude man in the entire world. Nor does he provide right prescriptions. He doesn’t even know how to talk to senior citizens. Also Suman Yadav is same too.

Vaccination Process Not Being Followed Properly!! My Mother & Father both 60+ Years, got 1st dose of Vaccination done here. They observed that medicine used was not kept in fridge. For the vaccine to be effective it should maintain the temperature between -2 to 8 degree centrigrade but the medicine vile was kept outside in drawer in advance. When my mother confronted them regarding the same - they lied to her and said that for Indian vaccine it is not necessary to keep in fridge. Why are they playing with people life?!

I wanted to give a negative, so consider this * a negative one. This is the most pathetic hospital and worst doctors they have special that Mr. MD Tiwar. He doesn't even have any respect for patients neither do he knows what he's doing. Please stop Playing with other's life. Its a terrible place. If possible, dont' get your loved ones admitted here. The head doctor doesnt care about the patients, to the extent, that she is willing to remove them even from the ICU. Any other hospital is a better hospital. Save yourself and take care

Very frustrating experience on covid vaccination. CoWin portal does provide vaccination appointments for age 45+ At Pushpanjali hospitals. For other available hospitals on CoWin portal for gurgaon, we didn’t get any slot as they were showing full. That’s okay! Problem starts when we visited hospital and we were told that they don’t have vaccine. Doctor was very rude and clearly put it on government. A private hospital which can’t maintain/manage appointments/slots, wouldn’t provide good services. We don’t expect them to provide vaccination if they don’t have stock; but they shouldn’t provide fake appointments and have people come out of their houses in this pandemic. How can a private hospital blame government for mismanaged appointments?

I was impressed with Dr yadav he was very polite and did not recommend any surgery for my case and was very helpful in all respects and moreover staff was very courteous at all times I would definitely recommend dr yadav at all times to everyone having any problem of prostate / stone to anyone facing such ailments in coming future god bless him

Hospital is good but need to work on cleaning. Toilet need to be more neat and clean. Doctor are good have lot of experience.

Doctor talking way is very Bad, Its not a Hospital, its totally thug Shops. All Staff and Doctors Motive to make a Higher bill only nothing serious about patient. Test , test, test is policy, poor staff, food is unhealthy, room rent taking Higher. For example if you suffer from fever then expected Bill for you 25k-35k for 2 days.

The most unprofessional hospital and staff, They will disconnect the call on your face and talk rudely. If I’m a patient of Dr S P Yadav and he is on leave for two days they will not attend you on case of emergency. The patient is left to die in pain, no calls answered, no way to connect to the doctor or any substitute of the doctor is available. Pathetic experience!

Consultanting is good here from the Dr. but I ever notice in all the Private hospital too much testing .

Dr Suman is very arrogant, she ask to get all the tests from this hospital only. They refuses to see the reports after 3 days.

This worsen the condition for her, so we shifted to Fortis. They didn't even admitted their mistakes. Please, never ever visit this hospital of you love your family.

One of the oldest hospital in Gurgaon. Mostly famous for Dr S P Yadav. He is very good surgeon and doesn’t recommend unnecessary treatment. Hospital doesn’t charge unnecessary like other hospitals do. Hospital should increase its facility .
