I came here for my mothers stone removal operation few days back. I found the hospital very well maintained and staff is so attentive. They are talking to the patients like their own family members. I went in an emergency to remove a glass piece which accidentally pricked my finger. The in-charge in Emergency ward, without even examining directly told me to register for OPD and take X-Ray. I can clearly see the glass piece in sunlight and showed it to him. He tried to cover up and remove the piece, but instead of removing the piece he was deliberately trying to push the piece inside so that I could take an X-ray. I stopped them right there and went to Anand Hospital nearby, they immediately treated the blood first, cleaned the area and removed it with care. NEVER ever go to KRITI HOSPITAL, better go to Anand Hospital which is 100 meters from this scam hospital.

Please find better hospitals near by. This one is not good. They are fraud. In my case, I needed 4 vaccination doses at regular interval. First 2 doses were given to me on prescribed days already by them. When I went for the 3rd dose. The person who was appointed to give me vaccination did not put medicine in the syringe and It was empty. When He was doing this I thought he is there to take some blood from my arm. but Instead he pricked my skin and said that That Ok now this dose is complete and you can go home. I said it was empty but he said no he has given it in front of my eyes. I understood that there is no point in talking to them. and I will get my self treated some where else. I did not want to fight as I was away from my home and there were lot of things going through my mind for e.g. whether they have given me doses first 2 times or not. Can I start my course again or not etc. Therefore I did not take up case to the management as It would be waste of my time and money. I just lost my near about 2000 rupees which was manageable for me. If management is reading this they should make sure that vaccinations should be given in presence of doctors and do check your CCTV cameras regularly. As somebody also said here that he had left them to God to punish. I also did the same.

Rest, food is good, doctors excellent, place neat. They need to train there men staff a little more. Rest, you can say it as a home away from home.

Hlo my mother khairan is admitted here for dangue treatment. All over my experience is good and satisfied the treatment given by the doctors. This hospital is top hospital in Gurgaon wazirabad. Good services Experienced nurses and polite We are admitted for normal delivery. Mother and her baby is Happy with team.

We got our son delivered so sharing the feedback in delivery prospective. It is same like any other hospital in Gurgaon. Maximum deliveries are cesarean (Operation) cases. If no complication, Normal delivery may cost approx 40-50k (If you are lucky for having normal delivery) and cesarean may go upto 80-90k (50k straight cost of operation + bed/room + baby and other costs). Your doctor's may help you with some discount (4-5k). Suggest to go for a hospital where you have a really close or known doctor. Even the doctor treating you may want to benefit as everyone has their targets to achieve and pressure to make more money out of patients. Yes staff is cooperative in general. No canteen of food available in hospital. Only patient get tea in morning and evening and khichdi/Daliya. There are multiple doctors sit in morning shift and female doctor and staff in night. It is a network hospital for many insurance companies. Administration staff is way much cooperative. Their room/bed/ICU/NICU charges are still okay (Okay for average income class) and will be increased soon as they are in renovation of the hospital. Have shared and seperate rooms available. Overall you need to be little active (As usual anywhere in hospitals), else your pocket is going to be empty. Hope this helps.

Not recommended. Please avoid. The hospital staff is after money only. Whenever you ask anything to anyone, they will say “Please talk to management , we don’t have any information.” They won’t even tell you what medicine you’re being given or injections are being injected. Doctors are also not good.

I recommend Kirti Hospital Sec-56 Gurgaon to everybody as my husband is got treated here. My husband Nitesh Tamang was admitted here two days back due to Dengue and his platelets was so low, the value decreased till 33000/- because of which we needed to admit him here…. After two days of full observation by doctors and nurses his platelets has increased to 55000/- which is a good sign of relief…. THANK YOU to all the staffs for their dedication.
