I share my very bad experience with this hospital 🏥. You can learn a lot from this. These people are basically here to make money's at any cost. If you are admitted in a normal fever or by any normal disease. They do unwanted tests on you and make high amounts of bills as much as possible. In this process your real disease is left behind and finally you are discharged with the same problem as you have before admission. After coming home you feel like a victim of this hospital. If you post any real review of this process then these people come and say why you are spreading false information. All these positive reviews posted by their staff when you are in hospital at bed and then they ask you sir pls give 5star. If you have enough money and time to go through all this process then go to this hospital.

We went to the hospital today for consultation with pediatrics department. The experience was below par, my daughter 2years 8 months old was crying from morning holding her hand behind right ear, despite telling this the doctor did not examine her and wrote the diagnosis as body pain. The moment I was out of the hospital, i consulted my regular pediatrician DR Ajay Biswas and he diagnosed right ear infection and prescribed the treatment accordingly

This is one of the best hospital in Gurgaon. All the staff members and Doctors treats every patient with care and give their time. Dr. VK Gupta and Dr. Naveen chawla treated my uncle's brain hemorrhage and he now has no problem. They give the best environment and best treatment to all the patients. This is nit caseless hospital. Fund debited from my bank account. After there claim rejection. They not give the treatment for diseases which you have They conduct un-necessary test to make a High bill amount on your medical card. And due to this un necessary treatment and high bill when there claim reject They debited amount from your bank. Overall very bad experience. All 5star reviews are paid. Never goes to this hospital. Very bad 👎.

I was going to this hospital for my cervical problems and after taking physiotherapy sessions I am feeling much better now. The pain from 10 has come down to 1. The team of doctors are experienced and friendly.

For 25 days the hospital kept on making treatment and one day they told us to deposit 5 lakhs. Some how we managed to deposit the funds and after that we decided to take our patient to other hospital for better treatment. When shifting our patient to other hospital there was a refund which was supposed to be made by the hospital to us. Now almost two months have passed and the hospital is saying that it will take another one month to get the refund. The hospital staff is using abusive language when we try to contact. They are sharing different statement and number but actually we did not receive the refund in our account. Whenever we are calling they take minimum half an hour and then cut the phone. They just want to play with the life of people. I have tried to call the concerned doctor but they refuse to face as they are themselves involved. I have not seen such kind of inhumanity and carelessness. We have lot more things to share but at present we are more concerned about our refund and nothing else.

Front desk people are not trained. Most of the time the Doctors are not available/ or come late and the concerned staff are least bothered to inform the patients who make prior appointments. I made an appointment 2 days prior and on the day of appointment when I made a call to reconfirm then only I was given a silly reason about the cancellation.

Its a newly build hospital in New Gurgaon area We have visited Dr Naveen chawla and Jaideep Singh both are good. But Receptionist Mony kumari behaviour is very bad. Dr VK Gupta should look in small issues also as we know he is looking personally in all matters of hospital.

Poor and delayed services. Even if the report were late due to technical issue the staff didn't call and inform. Patient came twice to collect report and the staff was not even sorry about it and arguing. Additionally the patients having cough were roaming without mask and there was compulsory wearing mask.

I have visited Dr Shobhita Gupta twice. Once for a skin problem and then for my wife's hair fall issue. Both time I had very pleasant experience with Doctor. She listens the problem very patiently and helps you to understand the possible reason for problem and explains the treatment. I had a very nice experience with her and am happy with the diagnostic. As of now consultation charges are pretty ok as compared to other dermatologists. I will definetly recommend her to my friends or family if they need any skin or hair related treatment. Our very first experience with this hospital was very bad. I have got OPG done for my mother from here. Firstly the amount mentioned on phone and on the spot was different. The OPG report was very bad and not visible. Our dentist said that it was useless. It was a total waste of time and money for us. They neither have any good equipment nor any trained staff.

We visited this hospital for my child treatment. Dr Jaideep is very humble and good doctor and he was keeping closed eye throughout the 5-7 days treatment and was also available any time to guide over the phone whenever required. Child also admitted for 2 days and during that experience with hospital was good. Just few things they should improve are - 1) toilet cleanness and 2) cafeteria staff. I hope they will take care that as they are very serious about the customer experience and feedback. Overall it was good.

worst hospital in each services. 1) Name saying multi specialiest but they didn't have good doctors. all the available doctors are fresher or retired and experienced doctor are leaving within two or three months due to various reasons except Dr V K Gupta who is the owner. 2)No proper staff, what ever they are not trained. 3)If your patient is hospitalised they will turn off the A/C or Blower after 10 PM with that reason that there is no electricity but they charge complete Amount. Actualy they didn't have Govt electricity supply. 4) Now the worst part, that they will do the fraud with you, if you taken the TPA services: a) That will make your bill double and will say to you what ever your insurance company reuimberse they will only take that amount. b) once you settled down the amount with NOC letter, couple of month later they will deduct additional amount from your account without notification. C) After that when you start follow up they will only disconnect your call and when you Visit hopital they will showoff careness and will only tell that will investigate this. All this happened with me and mulptiple patient who took this hospital services. Rest all your choise, thank you and all the best if you are planing to avail there services
