I wish I can rate 0 rating for this hospital. I got admitted in hospital on 9th of December because of severe pain in my left body head to toe. All the emergency staff and hospital done all the test but didn't diagnose on Sunday suddenly one of the senior staff came and asked me you are getting discharged. I got a bill of 61000 without any diagnosis for 2 days. It's better i will admit in Fortis. Pathetic staff pathetic doctors.

This is third class, poor and rubbish hospital, No proper arrangement anywhere. Maximum staff is arrogant and rude here, Either than this, they don't have attentive whatever thing you asked they will take too much time or you need to remind them again and again in every 30mins. You can come here when you don't get bed in a good hospital or don't have any option otherwise my suggestion is that please ignore this.. its advice if you can't ignore it then welcome to hell. All postive reviews provided by hospital IVth class or IIIrd class employees. And most fun part is, now they are going to reply for this post, We will consider it as an anonymous review and no further action shall be taken. Second fun part All staff came at last when you are going to discharge then came for pictures and well wisher but when required all were not here.

Worst service, Pathetic staff. They said no to vaccination of my wife bcoz vaccination was not recommended by their hospital doctor but recommended by another hospital doctor

Went to hospital today to visit my relative, I was sitting in reception area and there was so many mosquitoes, front door glass was broken, so many spider webs are there near chandlier, I went to front desk and asked who is the incharge of cleaning in this area, they just replied me by saying that they can’t do anything just put a review on google, there is no use to complaint here no one will do anything in this hospital. This is the reason I am writing this review here. Not expected this type of service in world class hospitals. Kindly fix these issues.

I would like to share my experience at The Signature Hospital , Gurgaon. First Impression: The building is really nicely laid out and reception area is very welcoming with great staff. It feels like they genuinely care about their customers. The lobby has lots of seating for waiting and feels Spacious. At the TPA counter Mr. Pushpender was always smiling and had a helpful nature. He really helped to arrange all the paperwork for my wife admission quickly. Kudos to him!! The Rooms: My wife had stayed in private room for baby delivery for 2 nights. The experience was very smooth and made this critical time very easy for us. All the staff were very warm and welcoming. Ms. Sweety has excellent attitude and helped my wife at every step of our stay in room 323. She made us feel like family and deserves a promotion.  People can learn from her simple things such as smiling and asking "how are you" goes a long way in making the patient comfortable who might be here for life changing surgery and feeling nervous. The Doctors: All the doctors we came in contact with  were professional and knew what they were doing. We felt a sense of security and trust in dealing with them. Dr. Manisha was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Food: The food served was also fresh and felt home made. It was served in a timely manner.  The best way to recovery is proper nutrition and rest. Staff: All the staff are just amazing and give their best. From the doctors to the housekeeping staff , they all are professional and ready to lend a helping hand. Overall it was a great experience! They follow strict standards for everything and mantain the same. That shows in all areas of the hospital. There was also cake cutting and photo with the team which is a great personal touch !  I feel privileged to have selected this hospital for my wife's baby delivery ! Keep up the good work ! Highly recommend if your looking to book a hospital for your baby delivery.

Good services and good management

Very rude staff in Emergency ward (ER). Specially the tall guy with specs. And the ladies sitting did not seem to listen and bother. Using phone instead of attending the only patient and that was me. I went there on 18th feb around 11 pm. The guy with specs asked me 5000rs and spoke very rudely. Said claim h to kya hua, phle appointment liya h to bi kya hua 5000 k bina no admission in ER.

Doctors and entire staff is very corporative ,price were good for treatment here waiting area is very clean

The Signature hospital is well connected and easy to access, making it a great option for those seeking quality healthcare. Overall treatment is good. The services were good and the staff and doctors were excellent in all ways. Everything was good. Very good treatment and the doctors are very friendly. Highly impressed with the behavior of the doctors and staffs in this hospital. The treatment is also very good at reasonable prices. Dr. S S Mahapatra who is an orthopedic surgeon is very Excellent in the treatment along with his humble and nice behavior.

We had lovely experience with signature hospital, the doctors and the nursing staff everyone was so supportive.

Sister kirti and sister Divya took good care. The staff was well managed by floor manager. Timely check by Dr Indu. Well trained staff and good food.

I have consult with doctor Suresh in OPD of Signature hospital related to my 6 years old Kid and fount the treatment satisfactory and Great. His behaviour is bit positive and polite.

Great experience as a first timer, had a wonderful and warm experience from start to finish. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr. Piyush were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Doctor really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. I had a great visit, I was referred over by my general doctor and can see the doctor’s demeanor has really put me at ease so I highly recommend this hospital.

Hospital facilities are good and well managed by Monika sharma. Duty doctors are well attentive around the clock. Slight improvement required on availability of basic items like Utility kid, mug etc... rather on demand

My first visit experience has been really good, specially the professional and helping behaviour at the reception ( Miss Ekta) , she quickly tried to understand the problem and talked to one of neuro specialist over call and asked us to meet him directly for quick verbal opinion. Basis on the opinion we then decided to get the check up done from necessary specialist OPD (ophthalmology). Treated and guided well by Dr. Himani.

Our experience with Manisha mam at Signature hospital was good.She was knowledge,kind and gentle and she listened all our issues carefully. Environment of hospital was good, all staff were cooperative here.

I was admitted with chest pain, most doctors were suspecting TB, whereas Dr. Ajay Dua caught hold of the root cause, did angioplasty & now I am recovering well. Interacting with Dr. Dua is fun & his approach & diagnosis is perfect. Thanks Doc for taking care of my heart! 💖

Worst Hospital they just want to make money

My daughter was admitted in the hospital for treatment of high fever, cough and cold. She was treated under the guidance of Dr. Yatin and Dr. Saurabh. We are fully satisfied with the treatment we have received.

Really appreciate how resident Medical officers behave homely to their patients. Especially Dr Yash. Many patients would like to consult again to this hospital because of his behaviour. Truly happy and healthy.

Worst experience of my life ...there are not able to diagnose the patient after 2 days of hospitalization in icu...signature hospital is a chain of park hospital in which senior doctors do not diagnose directly they hire interns to diagnose the patient & patient can be in critical conditions after the medicine they give without the correct diagnose after that if you discharge your patients for another hospital then they will not provide full summary ...they will always shows the symptoms but they don't tell the disease name on the summary....they will write the symptoms in the summary which were not present in patient for wrapping up the scene.......lala shop .

Please don't buy medicines from their internal medical store they are doing fraudulent selling and staff is behaviour is very unethical and rude while talking to the patients. When I asked them about their hierarchy their voice is you can speak to anyone's. Cheap service in market there are multiple options for medicine purchase. Even they don't give you a bill and asking payment to own personal UPI instead of taking card or cash.

Its a very lower standard hospital. You can say 3rd grade. Ambieance is totally Nil. Staffs are unprofessional. Frontend is looking like 5 stars hotel but whe you enter in to the rroom it is like goverment hospital. Very bad experience.
