Worst experience, Specially CMO Neena is very arrogant , rude and I would simply say does not know how to talk . Such Govt officials should be getting behavioral training , as they become arrogant of their power . She was looking for the patient , we mentioned please look at all the reports and consultations . Patient is not in condition to visit dispensaries , he is stage 4 lung cancer patient and has become very weak after certain chemo therapies . Else provide us the facility of wheel chair or stretchers if you really wanna see the patient. She denied all the facts and treating us very bad. I request govt to please take some action for such arrogant doctors for their behavior.

Most of the Doctor including the new CMO Dr.Shalini, don't listen n they except us to listen. They behave as if we are untouchables during this corona time..even it is more than the one hand distance..they don't listen first n they get so confused n thrawt on patient or there relatives who comes to get medicine on their behalf...This panel is for seniors citizen and other members of govt sectors...if they can't take the job diligently better to resign and sit at home ....getting a Dr degree is not sufficient ..you need to have empathy madam...b more polite n try to understand the matter by cooling urself first ....the medicine counter should be streamlined under your supervision..if cannot disburse responsibility in a more tactful way, please leave your CMO position..it carries more weightage to handle this position with little bit softness, empathy, accountability, and assertiveness.... A lot to be streamlined in cghs sec 5 n moreover a thorough education on how to deal with people..don't show ur madness on us ..we work n earn ....we want to help seniors by helping them in getting their medicines....you need to appreciate our time n our job in order to respect yours...we get earning per days..losing a day or two is a loss for us too ...

Very bad experience, doctor's behaviour was also rude. When govt. is giving facilities to their serving people and pensioners then what wrong with doctors why they shows ego of their post.. specially lady doctors.This should not happen what had happened. People queue up for appointments when there is a simple online process to take it! Also, indented medicines are available only till 12 noon - why is this ? Do the staff work from 8 to 12 only ?!

Dispensary is well managed and cleaned, doctors are amazing and kind hearted talk very patiently , . Dispensary has proper water system, registration process and medicine distribution process and both are working very smoothly helping all patients without any misunderstanding. Hoping for the same in future ⚕️⚕️❤️

Medical officers/Doctos and all the supporting staff at the CGHS dispensary number 73 are very capable and courteous. In spite of heavy rush, they are always satisfying the beneficiaries. Particularly the behaviour of Dr Saroj Yadav is commendable and praiseworthy . I have watched her many times while standing in the queue waiting for my turn. She listens to the patients and their attendants very patiently and acts as a devoted medical professional.

Some doctors are good but Dr salini room 3 do very bad behave with old patients.she should be change from wellness centre

We can get free medicines for government servants who are on cghs pannel, its near sheetla mata mandir in sector 5, good thing is its spacious and clean, bad thing is not well managed, u have to wait a lot sometimes to get medicine, no proper queue management

Doctors and staff inboth the wellnesscentre in Gurugram are quite helpful and supportive. In particular Dr Saroj Yadav is very quick and particularly takes care of senior citizens. Other staff like Prithvi Singh and Ishvar singh also very helpful.Dr.Saroj Yadavis remembered by beneficiaries for her kind behavior in Sector 55 wellness center.

A bad thing about cgs dispensery is only central government employees can get treatment here, what about other people who are working in private company on very low payscale, if your answer is Gurgaon district hospital then I would say you have to go there and take treatment yourself you will get to know how hard or complected there to get treatment, even they do not care about patients problem, they will frequently write medicine and that is it.......... kindly do something for normal and poor people like us.

The centre has scarcity of specialist doctors. And mostly doctors are overloaded due to long queue of patients. Probably this may be the lone wellness centre in Gurugram (Haryana) .

Staff was very unsupportive and rude. Specially DR. Sarayu Sharma and Dr. Saroj Yadav are at their worst behaviour. Both of them , are very rude and continue to scream in front of elderly senior citizens,many of whom may be heart patients and are not able to bear their behaviour. They donot have any human empathy in their behavior. It's so disheartening to see them speak so bad to the patients. This is clearly a case of misuse of power.

The chemist for intended medicine always tries to give substitute medicines or skip some medicines for the reason obvious. The.phone of dispensary nobody picks up.we pensioner have to suffer a lot.

The clinic is good. Once I was given less medicine then prescription. So always check at counter what they give you. Later they will deny they have given less or made mistake. Social distance and sanitizer is not followed . It’s avarage experience .

Cetral government job after retirement, senior citizen patients take care of their health and get benefits without any expense.
