We have had a wonderful experience right from gynaecologist consultation, to post delivery. Both the pre and postnatal services here are excellent. Special thanks to Dr. Nitika Sobti, who not only guided us medically but also helped us stay centred, emotionally. They also have various informative online sessions right from when you are thinking of becoming parents to taking care of your baby (which I think each parent couple should give a listen to). Their complimentary services (maternity & baby photo, feetcast, etc.) are like icing on the cake. To summarise, we've had the best experience and all this was possible because of Ms. Priyanka. She not just shared with us all the details and procedures, but helped us every step of the way, making this the most memorable experience it was.

We availed obstetrical services from Cloud 9, where my daughter delivered a baby.....we found the front office and admin staff very nice, helpful and quite understanding. The nursing staff very quick to our demands, always smiling, helping and decently behaved. Chief attending doctors were polite, clear in communication and empathetic to our special requests. We had a good experience, comfortable stay, we were well taken care of. We had an occasion to visit emergency clinic at 5 am with 20 days old baby...must appreciate the conduct of the nurse on duty. She calmed our anxieties, attended to the baby, explained matters to us, resolved our problem....and no questions asked or no fees demanded. God bless the young nurse.

Our delivery partners in cloud nine hospital were so good that we as parents was totally satisfied by their services and processes. Would like to mention some of nurses who were better understanding and had provided much comfort during our stay, Rajani, Neelam, Ritika, Nitu, Pompa, Gypsi. Food service was also very good, delivery guys were understanding and cooperative. Car decoration was also very nice. Guards or securities gave good service to decorate the car and overall helpful. Only con was the connecting road and inner passage area for parking. It creates difficulty to park the car in case of emergency situations. Although security guards help the visitors but it may sometimes lag in case of emergencies of pregnant women.

Too good experience. Kudos to Dr. Meenakshi Sauhta and her team. She took care of me like a child. Her team is so cooperative, the sisters, nurse, housekeeping staff all are well mannered. Overall great experience. Lots of love....

When first i visit here, i just love the staff behaviour and Specially Dr Menakshi Sauhta mam. Everything here is neat and clean. Best staff you can see here special when my wife admitted here they support us in every way. Recommend everyone.

It was wonderful experience with the Hospital, every day was so organized and managed. No Hustle and butle we faced during our stay. Nursing staff were very caring for both Baby and Mom. Administration staff are soft spoken and helping. Room services and room amenities are no less than of a premium hotel.

Cloudnine team of doctors and nurses complete the pregnancy journeys ended early by nature. Amazing experience, very skilled people on board. A special call out for Dr Preety Aggarwal, Dr Sanjay Wazir, Dr Richa, Dr Shelly Gupta( sweetest pediatrician),Dr Bhawna ,Shubhda Bhanot and nursing officers Mariama,,Sheeja and all the NICU staff. Worst management in this hospital, seriously they are not able to manage the vaccination drive. Not recommend for vaccination they will charge you Rs. 1410/- for tis worst services Also there is no parking facility in th8s hospital and staff is very rude, even security gards don't know how to treat visitors, they are worst.

Dr. Witty Raina is an excellent doctor and very patiently hears and explains. she made me extremely comfortable during my treatment. Nursing staff were very caring for both baby and mom Administration staff are soft spoken and helping

Without a doubt, it's a good hospital that will make you feel like you're on cloud 9, and you'll get all the services of a hotel, but our experience with the doctors or with the staff there wasn't great, and there's no good support or advice you can anticipate here, it’s all about the money and services you pay for. It is really difficult to receive 1:1 counselling or have your question answered because they have a very small team in comparison to other cities. Instead of selecting this only on basis of services they’re vouching for, I would sincerely suggest finding for a hospital where doctors can give you the support and mental sanity that you need more than services on your big day rather than feel they have done you a favour by performing your c section.

I have consulted Dr Meenakshi since the beginning of my pregnancy and my experience so far has been extremely positive. In duration, I also contracted Covid but it was because of the knowledge of Dr Meenakshi that I safely recovered and had a safe and healthy pregnancy. She is extremely calm and patient and I strongly recommend her for her knowledge, experience and the way she motivates you throughout.

Didn't like their services.. Their app and websites gives wrong information and upon reaching the center charges are different. On top of that billing takes hell lot of times.. Charges are on higher side and the staff couldn't even spell the name right. Staff didn't have the courtesy to apologize. Wanted to speak to the management to raise the issue.. On face we were rejected.. Will not visit and recommend to anyone.

Radiology department staff is exceptional. They demonstrate high levels of professionalism, teamwork, and technical competence. Dr shweta of ultrasound department is very helpful. Her Communication is clear, and the team excels in patient care. Overall staff is very good 💯😊👍

Cloudnine is the best hospital for maternity and obstetrics and Sector 47 branch is taking it's reputation to new heights. They offer exceptional maternity and child care services and all the doctors are exceptionally talented and knowledgeable. i would like to give special mention to Dr. Parvinder Kaur Arora. Due to her care, our maternity period is going very smooth.

I visited Dr Shalu Gupta for fertility treatment.We are very fortunate to meet her.She is a very good doctor with a positive outlook. She along with Dr Surbhi helped me in my fertility journey. Shalu mam is very empathetic and supported me emotionally also throughout my treatment. The support staff at Cloudnine hospital is also very supportive. Special mention to Garima at reception and Sunita Nurse. The coordinator Shalveena is also very meticulous. Overall a very good experience.

Had a wonderful experience, as always, consulting Dr Sanjay Wazir for my little one. Very satisfied with the interactions we had with him. Despite his latest appointment available for 2 days later, paediatric coordinator Kafil Khan made all the efforts to make the consultation possible the same day after assessing the situation. Overall experience was really nice. There is only one thing I would like to point out was that my gynaecologist whom I was seeing was not involved in my delivery and was nowhere around during my stay at the hospital however, other doctor also took good care of me. Doctors' support staff and nursing staff was very helpful throughout.

Cloudnine has some of the best doctors in the city. The nursing care is pretty good too. What needs improvement is the infrastructure and food. The rooms are old and the appliances, washroom etc are not maintained. Food is very average with even coconut water not available for the patient. Secondly, the approach and access road to the hospital is a major deterrent. Overall, medical care is top notch, which matters the most. Recommended.

One of the best maternity hospital in Gurgaon. Expecting mother should definitely consider going to c9 especially first time mothers. I was under guidance of Meenakshi ma'am . She is always motivating and has a cheerful persona which keeps the patient positive. It was my first pregnancy and I'm happy I chose c9 .

I was blessed with a baby girl seven months back. The way Dr. Preety Aggarwal along with Dr. Richa Bajpai and Dr. Humaira handled my entire pregnancy and delivery was commendable. She never asked for unnecessary tests/scans. Dr Preety with her so enriched experience always advised the right treatment. She was always available for all my queries...even for small doubts. She was always positive in her approach and helped me steer through my pregnancy in the most convenient manner. Her coordinators including Qamrul Nisha, Pushpa, Shraddha and Simmi coordinated my appointments very well and also ensured quick response from doctor in case of queries which was very helpful in Covid times. I would really recommend Dr Preety to everyone to refer to her. Kudos to the entire team!!

Dr. Witty is one of the best doctors there is. It was a very smooth process and a very different but good experience as compared to my first delivery. Dr Witty is very concerned about her patients and wont leave nay stone unturned to provide you the best care. Highly recommended for pregnant ladies.

The nursing staff was very helpful and polite at all times. The interactions with main doctor Dr Preety were very limited and should more to reassure on the processes and procedures. More in person interactions with leading doctor help in good morale and better understanding of things. Hoping this would be encouraged more.
