Staff and management is very third class. take more than 4 hours in an ultrasound and dr varun behave very frustrating and rudely when doing ultrasound. They give appointment 11 am and not doing ultrasound till 2 pm. I take treatment 3 months then after very frustrated of their staff and management. I dont have extra money and time for this nonsens clinic. They need to be professional. I recommend not go there

I am literally crying at this time while posting this review just because of the experience I had today at saksham Healthcare. I am a 33 year old cancer patient and visited there for full abdomen ultrasound and requested the person on reception counter that I have severe health issue so pls make it possible to do on priority and that person was very polite. While waiting there after 30 mints I requested him again as my bladder was full and it was not possible for me to wait. Then one person standing outside the doctor cabin (who is saying himself a doctor)speak in very disrespectful manner that Bahar wait kro or apka pressure lga Hua h to yahan affat mat machao. And he said these words in front of 20 people available there and then I said I am just asking for time so that jyada time lgega to I'll come later. Then he again said in same tone ki apne pese wapis lo or jao fir. I mean is this the way to talk to a patient who is already suffering and come to your place for some test. This was totally inhuman behavior which hurt me alot.if you are not capable enough to feel a sense of empathy then you are in a wrong profession because a doctor is like a life saver for a person like me not like a person who disrespect without understanding the patients issue or emergency. Being a female I felt very bad.worst experience ever. Please work on it because people are coming to your place because they are already suffering .

6 minutes ago Good for normal pregnancy. But not that experienced for complex cases, lacks experience and at times courtesy and will not answer to all your questions and will leave you guessing and more of a commercial kind. One will be routed for back to back ultrasounds. As Dr Sharma is a Radiologist. Will not be very open with your case and one will not have a clear picture what's the real problem is. Wasted a year and a half with no results and then had to change and look out for a better option. Not recommended.

Pathetic! Horrible! Please dont visit if you really care about your self or your loved ones.. I visited the doctor for medical abortion.. she prescribed the course of medicines.. that too she gave from her own.. and charged a huge amount than the Mmarket rate.. however that is not much of a concern.. The concern is.. after the procedure.. my wifes period cycle has extended to around 10 days.. and we also informed the doc about this.. she said it is fine.. however, even without the periods she experience some red spots ever now and then... It seemed the doc did not have proper knowledge of prescribing such procedure correctly. Not recommended at all!

Horrible experience. Dirty/ stinky bedsheets, use of dirty towel to wipe rather than a tissue. I got allergies after that. Would not recommend anyone to go in that clinic.

I visited saksham healthcare for my ante natal checkups. Dr. Shikha is the best. She clears all the doubts.. explains evrythng so politely..i was hypertensive n my baby's growth was restricted. i was so stressed but dr shikha helped me a lot throughout my pregnancy.Dr varun is also a very qualified doctor.. he did my ultrasonography..very professional n humble doctor. I highly recommend saksham healthcare..

Visited many times in pregnency. My primary Doctor was different as I was consulting some other doctor . Dr shikha is a good gyna. Her advice always helped me. Never had a problem that I am consulting another doctor. Her medicines are also effective.

I missed to see the reviews before coming here and paid the price. Staff made us wait for more than a hour when prior appointment was fixed. But Dr Varun was friendly and ensured that we get our scan done at earliest.

I recently had the pleasure of receiving care at Saksham healthcare and I cannot say enough good things about my experience. From start to finish, every staff member I encountered was knowledgeable, professional and genuinely caring. The facilities itself was clean and well maintained and the amenities provided for patients were thoughtful and appreciated.Must visit Saksham healthcare .

1. They give appt to patient flrst and then wait for the patient to arrive. Then they will inform doc and Dr. will take 30 mins to come. 2. Prices are way to high than any other bigger branded hospital. Simple bandage charges where u will get all the stuff frm chemist @ rs.650 and they will charge rs.500. The simple.palm xray costs rs.1000 here. 3. Staff is too slow weather it's billing or other services. So this shall be my last visit.

I had to visit the clinic just because of Dr. Raktima whom I was visiting when she was working with Apollo Cradle in sector 82. Apart from the doctor everything in the clinic is haywire. The billing counter personnel lacks basic knowledge and the clinic itself doesn't have basic facilities. Doctor's assistant Ms. Aashi is another attitude based person who doesn't have any empathy for patients that too small kids. She lacks basic knowledge and shows unnecessary attitude

We have a very good experience at saksham Healthcare the new hospital at sector 83, we recommend it to all very good treatment at affordable price, doctors are super Dr Raktima for pediatric ND Dr Sikha for gynecology.

She is one of the best doctor in new gurugram. I have very good experience with Dr.Ratikma.

Need to train their staff first.. the nurse there don't know how to put cathedral causing bleeding and discomfort... Not recommended at all ... Pathetic experience
