We
have
put
what
we
have
faced.
Instead
of
being
apologetic
with
the
bad
behavior
and
mismanagement
we
went
through
with
you
and
the
staff
you
are
accusing
us
on
the
platform.
We
are
simply
writing
what
we
faced,
you
are
spreading
hatred
after
writing
such
things.
Request
you
to
focus
on
the
appointment
management
and
the
hygiene
of
the
clinic.
All
reviews
will
change
to
positive
automatically.
My
experience
wasnot
great
at
the
clinic.
When
i
reached
the
clinic,
the
girl
asked
me
to
shave
my
body
part.
I
continously
told
her
that
i
need
to
talk
to
the
doctor
first
but
she
insisted
and
took
me
to
the
procedure
room
and
asked
me
to
lie
on
the
bed
which
already
had
alot
of
hair..i
requested
them
to
change
the
sheet..then
i
went
to
the
washroom
to
change,
the
washroom
had
hair
too...it
was
all
unhygienic...
After
the
shave
i
was
asked
to
wear
the
tshirt
and
wait
at
the
reception
as
per
the
attendant,
she
got
confused
and
shaved
my
hair.
Later
she
said
doc
might
take
some
time
so
u
wait
at
the
reception.
Till
then
i
wasnt
sure
if
i
will
go
ahead
with
the
procedure
as
i
was
visiting
them
for
the
first
time
and
wanted
to
have
a
talk
first.
Since
i
was
already
shaved
so
i
went
ahead
with
the
procedure.
Doctor
came
and
we
did
the
procedure.
As
per
the
service,
i
cant
comment
as
it
has
been
only
few
days
and
you
dont
understand
the
result
in
such
a
short
span
of
time
But
my
overall
experience
with
the
staff
and
the
doctor
wasnt
good.
Mismanagement
happens
everywhere
but
unapologetic
behavior
makes
it
worse.
When
i
told
the
attendant
why
you
shaved
me
when
you
weren't
sure
about
the
doctor
arrival
she
said
theek
haina
mam
in
a
bit
loud
voice.
All
the
staff
is
very
unprofessional.
