Since the time i have visited the clinic, i am in awe of Dr Neeti Ma’am, She is one empathetic woman and a doctor who follows a holistic approach to treat her patients . She struck a chord with me and guided me with raw, realistic approach to handle my personal loss. She fed my mind in a way which i was wanting to hear from someone from the time i had seen the reality of life. I highly recommend this doctor because she works with compassion. It is rare to find someone who has passion and compassion both for their work and for humans around. Please dont believe if anyone ever says otherwise. She is one gentle, caring soul who is doing her duty to perfection.

I'm visited Citrine clinic and my experience was wonderful. The staff the doctors and the therapist all were very cordial and understanding towards my concerns. Extremely disappointed with the treatment. I have face acne, they didnt give me medicines to cure it beside it they give me creams and facewash having worth in thousands and told me to go for facial treatments which also falls in thousands range. After 3 months of treatment I didnt feel any difference in my condition. Only care of their profits and not on mental/physical health of the patients. Regretting on trusting their doctors.

Hands down one of the best dermatologists' in Delhi/NCR. I have been visiting Dr. Niti since close to 3 years now and it has been a great journey. She really takes time to understand your skin issues and treats them from within rather than recommending random procedures. My skin is getting better day by day, and needless to say I always go back to her to get any of my skin issues treated. I recommend her to all my friends and family members. I can definitely trust her with my skin without any apprehensions.

All the reviews here are mostly Fake ! Marketing strategy and totally business minded. Products which they recommend are available only at their own pharmacy which costs alot, Dr recommends 3k worth of a single serum, 2k worth of lotion etc , been a month and seeing no results. Pathetic . only money minded . Wont recommend

Hi visited dr Niti for acne last year. On my very first visit she told me that it’s grade 2 acne and you need to be under treatment for 8 months.and yes after 8 months my skin has improved no acne at all She is very precise wd her treatment. She listen to us and guide us how the treatment will proceed. I hv also done online consultations wd her during covid times She was always there and happy to help. She treat core issues rather than superficial treatment Happy to find her and getting treated from her

Its been 2 years that I have been taking laser and skin treatments from here. Dr Niti is amazing at how she explains your problem and the solution to the same. Very informative. Also, Look for Anju there for your facial and laser services. She is the best and the most experienced among all. Love the way she listens to your pain points and deliver the services accordingly. Highly Recommend!

Went for acne issue. She is only interested in making money. Recommended lot of medicine and products and later procedures too. Worst part was that she looked at me and said you have acne and you are not yet married. It will be problematic to get married. After she said this, I simply came out of her clinic, tore her prescription and vowed never to see her again. Very demoralizing and greedy person. I wish i could give 0.

My partner went for the Laser treatment of Skin warts on the back of his palms. During the laser, some blood came out which is not good for warts as it helps them spread. On saying the same, the doctor did not pay heed and ignored and went on. Believe me when I say this, my partners Warts have INCREASED than before! Don't visit the clinic coz Dr. Niti Gaur only checks and then rest procedure is taken out by other doctors who are clearly under qualified, negligible and ignorant.

Fabulous doctor. Consultation fees is quite much but according to doctor's knowledge this is not much expensive. It's been 2 years I'm taking skin treatment from Dr Niti Gaur. The staff will misbehave and shout at you and you will be refused treatment by the doctor due to "disruption" which is caused by her own staff an if you try to speak to Dr niti she will simply refuse to treat you in the middle of your treatment (abandoning her patient) without verifying the facts. Patient suffers becuase of staff misbehaviour. She has no concern for time if you take an appointment always expect a wait of min 45 mins if not more, there is no point in reaching on time. Her treatment is exorbitanly expensive and if you ask her for some alternative medicine/ointment she will not help you with it at all.

Amazing work done by Krishna Rana who did my laser hair removal and must say she was a breather. The process is painful but her comforting attitude and efforts made it bearable!! My 5 star rating to her.

doc niti gaur is the best doctor I have met my life .she was so patient with all my questions and explained me everything in such great detail. She is so non commercial and genuine which is extremely rare these days. I booked a hydra facial for ourselves. The service, the clinic, the staff everything was par excellence and just perfect. I took an appointment for Dr. Niti and initially was told to come at 3.45 PM (on phone) but at the reception I was told the appointment is for 4 PM. Right from the time I was there they wanted me to switch doctors without any explanation but gradually stated Dr. Niti will be there shortly. I waited till 4.30 ( approx 1 hr) only to be told that they will reschedule appointment to Monday(after 2 days). So much for respecting people's time and now I need to find a doctor last minute as no one actually cared about my problem and experience.

Very professional staff. I have been taking treatment for my skin for last 4 years. My experience with the doctor, staff and the Clinic has been nice. Doctor suggests minimalistic medicines and only those procedures which are mandatory. I have found the procedures and services as Value for Money.

Very experienced and knowledgeable Dermatologist. Suggests very relevant procedures. The clinic has only Good machines and no Chinese ones. Reasonably priced products and services. I am very happy with the results.

Dr. Niti is good but Reception staff is the Worst to deal with the patients. They are too rude to talk and very arrogant. Dr. Niti must check her staff. More than 45 mins we waited after taking the prior appointment also, no importance of others time. The staff should be responsible and should be polite enough in dealing. We are not going free of cost.

They told me that 2 sittings are sufficient but I took 3 sittings but found no difference. Then they said you have to take further 3 sittings for proper treatment. I insisted them to give medicine instead of giving external treatment because it may be some internal issue but they said we don't give any medicine. We just give treatment by facial or laser. So I decided that I will no go again in this clinic because all are money minding. I think all ratings are fake. Regretting on trusting their doctors.

I am suffering from adult acne from long time and very happy to find Dr. Niti. 100% satisfied. She is very friendly, listens to our problems takes care very well and follows up on our improvement. my skin is free from all big painful acne, happy with the result. staff is very very friendly and supportive. All the doctors here (Dr Niti, Dr Akansha,Dr Navita, Kavita and others) are very detail oriented and applies structured and scientific approach to solving your skin problems. I have seen great improvement with my severe and resilient face and backacne problem. Staff is friendly (Krishna, Sameer among others) and puts you at ease. I took consultation from Dr Niti mam at Citrine clinic and I would like to share my experience with you all that I had some skin allergy issue which was really bad but with Dr Niti's consultation and medicines it's all gone now. My mom went to Citrine clinic for Laser hair treatment. In the clinic, there is a nurse, Anju Sharma, who is really unprofessional and she makes the treatment too painful, my mom is experiencing redness and puffiness on her face after the treatment. Before this, she had 5 sessions with Dr, vandana, and all went well, but today it was painful and felt like torture. Don't pay the clinic in advance, and be careful while choosing your doctor/nurse.

It's has been awsome experience at Citrine Clinic. Doctors and staff is really good. Special thanks to Dr Niti and Krishna ..I just started loving my skin. Amazing staff and amazing services.

Very disorganised and unreliable - after fixing an appointment with us, it was cancelled by the Doctor’s staff quoting that since a confirmation call was not made from Doctor’s end, hence that appointment has no validity and now it is allocated to a different patient, as if my time and punctuality had no meaning or value. This appointment was already paid for by us in advance. Also, the services as well as the prescribed ointments/creams/medicines are all imported and hence, too expensive, way too expensive. Really disappointed.

Feeling Glad that I connected with this place 6 years back. Dr. Niti gaur's procedures brought out amazing results to me. I hope others should also reach her for their best treatments.
