The worst product given by the company. They charged high amount for a patch almost 40K but providing duplicate hair patch and very low quality of patch, when we showed about the patch they said there is no replace and refund policy is there also said we have to bring a new amount with paying extra amount of 40K. So this organisation is not at all trust worthy, staffs are playing with customer also the owner is also playing doing wrong commitment, I can say Berkowits is a fraud company. So I will never ever recommend for anything and any service to deal with this organisation. Attached pics just look at the patch very ridiculous. Not value for money. So don't buy anything from them. This patch I bought for my wife Jayashree on month of Sep21 ..it was now and then with them everytime they say they shall fix but unable to do so.Neither they return nor thy replace..top of that they harass us to purchase a new patch..Arpit & Suman bully the customers. Do take a second opinion before investing. They just play with customers money..

We paid 40K for this patch, but they provided a duplicate and worst quality of patch, when I raised this issue with the staff and owner they said we have to extra then only they will provide another new one, but not sure whether the quality of patch would be good or bad, so Bercowits is not a trust worthy organisation. No one is ready to listen and ready to solve the issue, there is no refund and replace policy they said. Staffs are very unprofessional, not value for money, hence request everyone please dont waste your money look for any other clinic who can really value ti their customer. This is completely feaud organisation.

I am visiting Berkowits since 2011. Staffs are very helpful and supportive. They understand your emotions and works in your way. They always try to provide best service. Thank you Berkowits for everything that you did.

Pathetic experience with the Gurgaon centre. No respect for customers time. 2nd prp appointment canceled just 35 min before the scheduled time ( was already on my way...had to return midway). Doctor came 30 min late for the next scheduled appointment. Its too early to comment about the success of the treatment. However based on my experience would NEVER recommend this centre to anyone. Take their services only you have ample of time and patience to waste.

I had opted for an online standard consultation which was supposed to be SUPERVISED by Dr. Anupriya Goel and my concern was pregnancy skin care. Let me start with the first concern of lack of proper communication and guidance from their team. I felt the consultation was more about promoting their Berkowits range. Being a medical professional, I can say that few of them suggested to me are even harmful in pregnancy !! I was even more disappointed with the lack of knowledge, experience and confidence displayed by the treating doc. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND !!

Amazing service and great results. My technician Shiana has a lot of knowledge about her work. She ensures that i don’t get any laser burns and continuously ice my body to prevent pain. Within two sessions only 70% of my body is hairless. I highly recommend Berkowits.

I take hair laser sessions for hair reduction at the Berkowits Gurgaon branch. Technician- Shaina is assigned to me and I am very happy with her service. She knows her job very well and is very accommodating to any requests and makes you feel very comfortable during the laser session. I highly appreciate Shaina & recommend her at this branch.

Great consultation with very nice staff I have an amazing experience with two staffs - Mrs Shaina and Miss Mahak. Both have very polite and cooperative attitude, have good expertise in their work, works with dedication and positive vibe. I prefer to get your service done with them.

Pathetic experience. Suggest visit any other branch other that this one at Sikanderpur Metro Station. The Staff here is absolutely not supportive and a wall to talk to.

Berkowits I found two years back and I am today utterly satisfied with everything they bring on the table from services to products. It’s not like other high end clinics which burns a whole in your pocket and try to take out more and more every time. The staff is specific to your concerns and doesn’t confuse you in any way. I didn’t find any fakeness either in staff or doctor itself. Dr Anupriya is very good and I read her book too which is like skin bible for me to refer it whenever I want. I used to think that dermatology is for emergency concerns or for biggies but no instead going to a salon going to a Derma is a better choice as they are expert. I do not go to salon now and give skin what it deserves without spending much.

Good technician especially Mrs. Laxmi. I have been taking laser hair removal treatment on my upper cheeks since 2012 from her at Berkowits Laser clinic. Since then her modus operandi has been so tremendous during laser treatment. Those who come to this clinic for taking laser hair removal they suppose to take treatment from Mrs. Laxmi. According to me, she is the best technician for laser treatment. Today i have also got laser treatment. So magnificent.

Laser treatment Suman and Natasha quoted more price than Berkowits price menu at the counter when I was paying the price they added other product to match with price they quoted. I was not informed and was not given face wash and tape.
