Worst experience with Dr ravinder gera.Does't know how to interact with his patients if you've a doubt about diagnosis, he'll just shut your mouth by making derogatory remarks.

Gurgaon ENT Centre is a looting center having an ENT specialist with a mind-set of charging consultant fee alongwith other exorbitant charges which otherwise are provided free to use as a part of the consultancy. I visited the center on 23/03/2021 for my throat check up. Usually ENT check up is done using laryngoscope just as a General Physician checks up with a stethoscope without taking any charge of a stethoscope. But the doctor charged another Rs. 2500/- in addition to the consultancy fee for simply using laryngoscope which is the basic method for an ENT specialist and nothing extra is charged for that anywhere. I visited Artemis Gurugram on 24/01/2021 for having second opinion. They also charged only the consultancy fee without any extra charges for using their laryngoscope. Medanta Hospital also don't charge for that as enquired by me. I was shocked to see such a open looting of otherwise distress patients and so wanted to share my bitter experience to the people searching for a doctor online.

Dr. Ravinder Gera treats very well and also very friendly and understand the problem in depth before the treatment. I would recommend anybody who need ENT treatment to him .
