I had joined the Gym 2 months ago. The first week was very motivating for me. But during the second week, when i needed help with an exercise, the assigned trainer told me that he was busy with Personal Training. This really ticked me off. Despite talking to the management about this, the same thing happened again. My membership is still valid. But I have started going else where. Equipment and all is fine. But for someone who can't take personal training, this gym doesn't give any value.

Will not recommend this gym. Trainers are unprofessional they either poke you, stare you and pass unnecessary comments or do body shaming. Recently me and my friend confronted a body shaming incident with the trainers, it turned into heated argument and later the trainers assaulted us. They all gang up on us and attacked us in the gym and outside. Footage’s are available in CCTV camera- if not deleted. Had made a FIR of the incident as soon as it happened. I do not feel safe working out in this gym among such people. It’s a pity that we are paying so much money for nothing. @teamcore - take this issue seriously.

It's actually over priced. If they put discounts ,they will give you coupons to buy something from their own website which is awful. Machines are nice and well maintained 1-2 trainers are good rest all behave like mad unless you don't buy suppliments or injectables from them. There are many gym available in sec 23 market with good prices and helpful trainers!!

I joined this gym because of good equipments and infrastructure but I wasn't knowing the trainers, the management and public is worst here. This gym is overcrowded with local goons and trainers are also involved with them. I was being assaulted by one of the goon and management is worst in taking decisions. Mr Arup Pegu, the owner of the gym was present when this incident occurred and he took no decision against that guy and instead told me to be bold and when I asked for refund, the staff refused and told me there's no such policies and management doesn't even expelled that guy just because of his goon trainers working in the gym. This gym is a complete torture, stay away from this gym. The whole incident is captured in CCTV and I have also filed an FIR for the same.

I am regular to this place since it was started. No doubt it was the appealing gym in comparison to other gyms for a little extra price. Ambience is good , but after covid, I just started again, 15 days back and nothing is same. Trademills are just show pieces, ACs not working, group classes are just two instead of 7 to 8 earlier. Trainers are not there. Just join to waste your money. Not recommended at all.

No proper gym instructor, the gym is not at all maintained and is very dirty. Talking about fees, it is 6000 for 1 month. 8000 for 3 months. But I would not recommend you to join this. I took trial for 2 days in July 2022.

The receptionist doesn't know how to treat a customer/Visitor. Certainly, he needs training in etiquette. When I visit he didn't even care to respond to my queries. I had a pathetic experience. I'll suggest avoiding this place.

Very good place for workout.. And trainer Sandeep is amazing..

Nothing special. Trainers are not available in the workout area have to chase the trainer now and then. Gym infrastructure is good though.

Best gym within sec 21, 22 and 23. Have nice machines by Jarai. Membership is quite on a higher side but if one goes with annual membership then the deal is worth. Crew is humble and cooperative.

Nice variety of machines for strength training, group class schedule is fantastic, almost 4 group classes daily- Monday to Saturday! Gym is nicely located in sec 22 market. Would highly recommend to residents of palam vihar, sec 21/22/23. I've recently taken up their membership as i was highly disappointed with AF palam vihar and thankfully this gym is worth every penny spent!

This is a nice well equipped gym, with all the amenities, it is in sector 22 market near seven eleven, it has coaches also, they don't have Zumba, dance, bhangra etc. Sessions.

Great gym. A bit expensive but has loads of options to fill in for. Has a dedicated shower and steam area.
