Trainer is very rude if you are a beginner. He is fascinating towards girls and follows them. Pls ask guys doing workout along with you in case of any help. But I guess it is the best choice in sector 21,22

Trainner does not know much..ok ok gym. fake attitude... You cannot come twice a day however if you dont come at all any day..know one care... Just money making business

My wife and I are members of this gym and have been for the last 2 months.The gym has a positive and motivating vibe that pushes me to give my best effort every time I step inside. The members are friendly and supportive, creating a sense of community that motivates me to keep going. The trainers and staff are approachable and always ready to offer advice or lend a helping hand, making me feel like I'm part of a fitness family.

You want to workout, they have all the required machines and equipments. You want to pass time, please try some big gym and cardio for hours 🙂✅
