    I have been going to the Track Gym for the past six months and I must say, it has been an amazing experience! The gym is clean, spacious, and well-equipped with workout machines and equipment. The trainers and the gym owner are knowledgeable and passionate about what they do, always ready to assist and answer any questions I have. The atmosphere in the gym is excellent with an immaculate crowd of people, bringing in a sense of community where everyone is really supportive of each other. It provides a positive and encouraging environment which really helps me stay motivated and committed to my fitness goals, especially after 2 long years of covid doubled down with my high school study pressures which led to me going out of shape and gaining a lot of weight. In the past six months, I've been able to lose more than 30kgs of weight and made it a habit of getting in a workout regularly. Overall, I highly recommend the Track Gym to anyone looking for a great workout experience. The atmosphere is positive, energetic, and motivating, making it the perfect place to achieve your fitness goals. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned athlete, there's something for everyone here. If you're looking for a place to get fit and have fun, this is definitely the gym for you!

    Hey Guys, If you want to know more about The Track, have a look at below comments and visit the gym once. and I'm sure you'll join the Track. About The Track: In most of the reviews you would have seen people are writing that this is the family, Yes, this is the family. I have joined The Track gym six months back and in good progress of getting my goals🎯 The Track is loaded with all the required cardio machine's, weight training equipments/machines, dumbbells (upto 40kg), all type of bars, it has good space for weight training, warm up, yoga and zumba. Yes, they do give yoga and zumba training. About the Trainer - Mohit: I'm working out in the morning and mostly interacted with Mohit. Guy's... he is the best trainer I've got in last 4 to 5 years of my gyming journey. He (Mohit) has got the great knowledge about body muscles and the phyic 👉 I was suffering from should injury from last one year, have gone through physio theropy but it wasn't useful. With the Mohit's guidance I'm 90% cured from it, want to know how? Pls contact to him😅 And lastly About the Owner - Pooja: In gym she's not the owner of the Track, she is the trainer or she is the workout partner or she is the motivator for you. She addresses all the clients as family members, guides you about the diet plan, advices for the diet/workout and she takes care about your progress. Thank you 😊 See you in The Track✌🏻

    If you are looking for a gym that only focuses on training and not selling protein and supplements,then this is where you should go. Have been going here for three months now. The gym is great in terms of machines, cleanliness, and all other aspects that you look forward to in a gym. Trainer Mohit and Pooja are well educated based on the kind of workout a person needs based on their body. If you really want to transform, look nowhere else

    Great place to start your fitness journey. The atmosphere is good and positive. The trainer (Mohit) is very helpful and has good knowledge about the correct form and technique. Its all about consistency, training, and nutrition and you will see the results 👍💪

    My Happy place-Track Gym!! The staff here is incredibly friendly and extremely qualified! They know how to push you to the limit in the best way possible with your workouts.I highly recommend this place to anyone who wants to get in shape. Mohit (Trainer) is very helpful and knows what he is doing.The training session goes super fast and you really enjoy doing it. Almost completed 2 months and i look forward to every day. Lovely Ambience, Properly maintained with high standards of cleanliness and Hygiene. Highly recommended.

    Great place to start your fitness journey, good ambience, spacious , trainer Mohit is experienced , humble, very professional knows correct technique and guides one time to time . Owner Pooja is also very helpful ,motivating regularly connects with individual to guide and help. Also one also gets personalized dite and water plan which is really amazing , it is just 2 months since I joined the Gym but I am already seeing many changes in me compared to day 1 . Really a good place , will strongly recommend it .

    will certainly recommend this place to everyone . Best place around sector 56. Track is well equipped, has a nice environment and have professional trainers. Apart from weight training, yoga classes also run around 3 times a week. Best thing is they understand each individual has different stamina and workouts are modified as per that. Pooja is highly motivating. All in all good place.

    Best choice i hv made training at The Track Gym. Gym z clean and soothing environment. Trainers r very talented, kind and understanding. Especially Mohit as trainer and with help of Pooja’s diet plan I lost more than 12kgs within 3 months. Looking forward to achieve more. Thanks

    Nice mix of functional fitness with traditional gym equipment. There is also plenty of space for yoga. They are providing free yoga classes too. Which really good, My trainer also gave me a personalized diet plan and water plan which is really helpful for my weight loss journey

    The Track Gym is the perfect place for fitness and wellness. Mr. Mohit is the perfect gym trainer with constant support and motivation till the last minute. Yoga teacher is also very helpful in teaching the best yoga asanas. Overall, the centre is professionally managed.

    Good gym with all the equipments needed. Being a beginner, I am getting great training from Manish as his effort for making me fit is awesome. He is punctual, humble and keeps me motivated. He always focuses on correct exercise, posture and weight which prevents me from any injury.

    Track gym is a wonderful place to be in !!! It’s like a community which bonds well over fitness and health. Pooja has done a fantastic job of creating and maintaining such positive vibes and there is a close connect with all starting right from her early morning motivational WhatsApp messages!!!     Hey everyone. Me and my husband both joined The Track Gym together in August23, and we can see phenomenal changes in our selves both in terms of physical and inner strength. The location of the gym ensures easy accessibility in around Golf Course road, all levels of machines, clean and hygienic and well trained staff. Thanks to Pooja and Mohit sir for the immense support and guidance on health benefits, being regular and yet enjoying the workouts. Apart from routine work out, they do have other activities like Zumba,Yoga etc which ensures a complete fitness experience

    I started three months ago. I had not been a regular gym user before this. I was unaware of what todo and how to do. Mohit created a consistent and effective daily routine for me and guided all the way to make me comfortable. Now I look forward to go to gym everyday. Mohit is an excellent trainer.     If you are living around golf course road and serious about your fitness you should consider this gym. Best machines, knowledgeable trainers and staff.     Track Gym is by far the best gym around. The staff is incredibly awesome and at the same time well qualified. Overall vibe is great and very upbeat. Mohit is a phenomenal trainer and gym owner Pooja ensures you are comfortable. They have helped me to reach great level of fitness. Such a family vibe as soon as you enter the gym. Highly recommended!!!

    I have been visiting The Track Gym for almost 2 months now and my experience has been fabulous. Hats off to owner Pooja and workout specialist Mohit. They make the entire ambiance not only energetic but comfortable. Their proper guidance on workout and diet is actually making difference in my health and energy level. Totally worth the time, money and effort.

    Track has everything one could want in a gym- clean space, equipment in good condition, trainers who are enthusiastic and engaging, high quality, and diverse group classes. Mohit & Manish, both coaches have got immense knowledge and are pro in designing effective workout routines. The team offers just the right amount of encouragement to keep you going. Signed up 3 months back, and I am finding working out here enjoyable and helpful in building my strength. Massive shout-out to Pooja for all the hard work she puts into our classes. Highly recommended!

    Hi, Would recommend The Track Gym. This place is my happy place and it has some energy which motivates us to go every day. Trainers at very cool and supportive and they make sure that you work out without feeling tired and unhappy. Its best for YOGA and fitness both . Please if you are planning to join GYM in sector 56 I would recommend The TRACK.

    Fitness is all about consistency, and for that you need a place that you would love to go time and again. Track is a great place to start or continue your fitness journey. Personally I loved the vibe, everyone minds their own, which is quite important if you’re focused on what you’re doing. The trainer Mohit is quite knowledgeable and is always welcoming. I’ve been going there for the last 5 months and I am quite happy with the place, I highly recommend it if you are looking for something in sector 56.

    If you live in and around Sec – 56 Gurgaon, definitely check out The Track Gym. It is very clean and well-kept and has all the equipment needed for a proper workout. The trainers (Mohit & Manish) are amazing, have a great level of energy and knowledge. They understand what you are striving for, and they will get you there and further while having fun. The Gym owner Pooja is also very nice. She has a very good rapport with all the clients and most importantly understands their needs. Her diet charts are simple and hassle-free. I highly recommend The Track Gym to people who want to start off with their fitness journey. This is the place to train well and get fit. My Happy Place :)

    I joined this gym in Aug 2019 after a friend recommended me the same. However I did enquire other gyms as well in the neighbourhood but found it to have a good vibe. I joined with a weight of 94.9 kgs having an intention to loose weight. I lost 7-8 kgs and I have had guidance from various trainers on the floor (Mohit bhai, Jevonne, Manish and Lokesh). Believe me, all have proper knowledge. On top of that, you get other fitness regimes like zumba, bhangra, yoga, tabata, etc every day. The gym has a lively atmosphere where trainers push you and help you for that extra rep. The owner of the gym, Pooja, is quite nice in behaviour and would never misguide. To add a more personal touch, major festivals are also celebrated with quite zeal just like in a family. This is one of the very few gyms which I have seen that don't make any false claims just to attract more clients. I am glad to have been a part of #TheTrackFamily.

    I have been going to The Track for the last 3 years now. I must appreciate the owner of the gym Ms Pooja, for making sure that the gym is absolutely safe for women.     The Track is the best gym with good quality equipment's and adequate space. Owner of the Gym Pooja Mam is always available for any kind of counselling and guidance. They have different kind of group classes available like Yoga, Zumba , Pilates, Tabata and other muscle management exercises Special Thanks To Mr. Kapil, the best trainer in The Track, #Mytrainer for all the support ..I am finally seeing results! I appreciate the amount of time he has spent with me during my workout so that i can do better day by day. He is very professional and has good knowledge of different kind of exercises.     I started with “Mohit” hardly two months back and gained more than 6KG and can honestly say it was the best decision I’ve ever made. I started with one muscle group a day in a week as I was a complete gym novice and have now moved on to two muscle group a day. Mohit is extremely supportive while pushing you to be your best. I really look forward to my time in the gym now and always leave having worked hard. I’d recommend Track Gym and Mohit to anyone looking for training.

    I tried anytime fitness and a couple of other famous ‘names’ but none could have the matched the atmosphere at Track. Mohit has great expertise as a physical fitness trainer and Pooja, who is the owner is there to guide you about the right diet plan. The crowd at the gym is also good and all in all it’s a place, where even the baddest of body sores can’t stop you from going.
