The
Track:
In
most
of
the
reviews
you

seen

this
is
the

Yes,
this
is
the
family.
I
have
joined
The
Track
gym
six
months
back
and
in
good
progress
of
getting
my
goals🎯
The
Track
is
loaded
with
all
the
required
cardio
machine's,
weight
training
equipments/machines,
dumbbells
(upto
40kg),
all
type
of
bars,
it
has
good
space
for
weight
training,
warm
up,
yoga
and
zumba.
Yes,
they
do
give
yoga
and
zumba
training.
About
the
Trainer
-
Mohit:
I'm
working
out
in
the
morning
and
mostly
interacted
with
Mohit.
Guy's...
he
is
the
best
trainer
I've
got
in
last
4
to
5
years
of
my
gyming
journey.
He
(Mohit)
has
got
the
great
knowledge
about
body
muscles
and
the
phyic
👉
I
was
suffering
from
should
injury
from
last
one
year,
have
gone
through
physio
theropy
but
it
wasn't
useful.
With
the
Mohit's
guidance
I'm
90%
cured
from
it,
want
to
know
how?

-

In
gym
she's
not
the
owner
of
the
Track,
she
is
the
trainer

she
is
the
workout
partner

she

motivator

you.
She
addresses
all

clients

family

about
the
diet
plan,
advices
for
the
diet/workout
and
she
takes
care
about
your
progress.
