The overall experience at landmark jeep has always been poor and below satisfactory. To start with, the entry road to the service station is full of potholes and very narrow, line up of jeeps/ other cars on both sides of the road makes it more difficult to reach the main entrance. The team need to gear up for better customer experience & service. It does not gives you a welcoming feeling or the staff makes efforts to provide one.

Place is good, but needs to display its location more prominently. If looking for a Fiat workshop, write Landmark Jeep and Fiat Workshop. Then you will be able to reach easily. Also, for Fiat repair etc, ask for Mr Negi.

One of the best place. people are very nice and polite , very helpful. especially GM Mr. Jasbeer Singh. he knows how to treat customers. more over they have good technical team who can resolve the issues in JC. i have many issues with New 2021 JC ( Noise issues inside the cockpit and from cosmetics) when ever i approach they take the issues on priority. i request entire service team to maintain the same quality of service approach to the customers. Appreciate once again for there excellent job in handling customers as well as technical issues in JC. Keep it up :)

Recently moved to Gurugram and did my service for Compass here for first time. They agreed for pick and drop. While the pick up was done, they said no driver available for drop. Had to leave back office work to take the vehicle. As for the service, had a good experience with the service team. Ravi, Sonu and Ujjwal did the needful. The service center could have been done up better - like the Jeep Service center I had been to in Bangalore, for customer to take back a better feel and impression.

Decent place with well mannered staff.However was made to wait for 25 minutes since the specific staff advisor meant for me had gone on a trial drive.Surely this could be handled in a better fashion.

We could have DIED because of them - I will start with this as the service at this service station is such third class that i could have given zero star to them or less. As our jeep compass limited plus was under extended warranty and we take care of our car dearly we went to get it serviced one month prior to the service station. Mr. Preet who helped us in getting our car serviced and Ujjawal who handovered our car to us after the service both talked so highly of the service and told us that using your extended warranty, we replaced everything inside and it is as good as new. The bill covered under extended warranty was aprox 80k and we paid 26k more for the service. We happily paid for the diesel used for the test drive involved in the handover. The last experience at service station with Mr. Vishal was horrible too as the car was handovered super dirty and there were problems with wheel alignment and touch pad, after the service. Because of which this time, my husband sat at service station for 4 hours just to check if things are better this time. But this car which was serviced and handovered on 22nd may 2022 nearly at 1noon almost SAT ON FIRE at 8:30 at night in the middle of the road in delhi. Thanks to people around who screamed at us and told us to get out of the car and helped us and our life got saved. It was near to death experience to me and my husband just because of incompetence of people at this service station who are only hungry about money but not at all worried about anything else and specially not service. Due to our medical conditions we can not travel to Chandigarh for the service that is why we went there twice but now we will find a way but never ever going to come back here. Yes WE COULD HAVE DIED.

It was not a good experience as I went to get my Jeep Compass sport serviced from Jaipur to Gurgaon to avail some free offers. Firstly the estimates were 30% higher that i was shocked. Than after service after reaching back I searched for anti theft locks but were missing. On calling back to workshop they failed to respond for 4 days & finally denied to find the belongings.

The worst service experience anyone can ever encounter. Nobody tries to understand issue, the part replaced by them are of very low quality. I have to replaced fuel pump and battery every year. Its been two years and battery and fuel pump got replaced twice. All the advisors behave like goons and put it on Jeep brand that they provides cheap quality and faulty parts so they can not do anything.

This workshop has been consistently failing to resolve mechanical issues faced in my jeep compas limited plus. At first buying a premium brand has not lived upto it's name, such that the car has been showing up some or the other issue. Secondly such issues are never resolved in first visit to the service centre. This time during the periodic service the car's fuel lid was reported to be dysfunctional, it doesn't open. The car was returned saying that the issue was resolved. The fuel was taken out of my car and returned in a reserve. I had taken the car and travelled about 30 kms and taken to a fuel station on a highway, the lid didn't open and I was stranded on the highway with just nowhere to go. Landmark jeep, you need to tighten your shoe lace if want to survive in the Indian market. It gets even worse because there are no after market service or spare available here in India.

poor workmanship.had given my jeep compass for service while doing wheel alignment and balancing they have scrapped the paint off my alloy it was not only one alloy but all the 4 alloys there is some paint chip which looks bad and i have to get it repaint again. dont get ur car service from this service centre

It's a excellent place . More because of the caring service and concern for the customers . Smiling Amit was just fantastic to meet . He came to drop me upto vehicle . My best wishes and keep it up , specially for old people like me . I am thrilled . God bless the team .

The Jeep Compass 2018 Infotainment system needs update from backend to fix VERTICAL LINES BUG on infotainment system screen but JEEP company seems little bothered to fix it and allowing their reputed brand to go down the drain.

Very professional and trustworthy service centre for 'Jeep & Fiat'. The staff are courteous and stick on timely delivery as committed. One of the very few service centre that I have been really impressed with - be it genuinity of spare parts, cost & delivery commitment.

It’s so difficult to contact service Department in Gurgaon no one pick the phone, then the mechanics just don’t ask… There should be competition to improve service etc…

Appointments given for a time when staff are not ready to receive vehicle. Phones not answered. Location is congested but the staff don't help at all in managing traffic at the gate. When u ask for assistance they look the other way. It no longer matters what with they do.

Since my Jeep underwent regular Maintenance Service in Jan 2022, i am facing problem in turns and Steering gets very hard. While on drive only, the buttons of ABS, Parking and Hill are blinking with sound. When AC is switched on, get a horrible odour and not able to keep the AC on for long.

They do whatever you would require from the service , like noise work , they always make sure whatever u tell them they are perfectly bang on it . The condition is you should tell them in advance then only they will satisfy you !

Quite possibly the best Jeep FCA service center in my opinion. I’ve availed services at the branches in Bombay & New Delhi but this one in Gurgaon definitely stands out. The forthcoming attitude of the service managers & attention to detail by the technical team stands right by what the Jeep brand aims to uphold. Hats off to the team; a special mention to Mr.Ujjwal, Mr.Ravi, Mr.Satyam & of course, the manager Mr.Jasbeer for leading by example.
