    Landmark Cyberpark Project is still incomplete after 12 years of launch. They are not refunding money either. It seems they have not received OC and other approvals and are still leasing offices through backdoor, illegally. Their retail floors are lying vacant. It seems they have launched some residentially projects also. interested parties beware and are advised to do due diligence. Once you pay the money, Landmark will treat you like nobody.

    They have not delivered flats in sector 103 for the last 10 years. They have taken 100% payment. There is no road to society. They have locked society and nobody is allowed to enter to check status.

    The only and the worst office space I have ever been to, they will promise you about everything in the office, neither their Wifi works properly, at times AC will not be functional. AND FORGET ABOUT THE REFUNDS!

    Like so many others - terrible experience Like so many others, we have been badly let down . There is no discussion, no response, and no negotiation on fees for offices we are not legally able to use. Despite numerous attempts to negotiate and even just speak to someone, we have been referred to an aggressive debt collection agencies with huge fees without anyone even bothering to respond to our communications.

    Awesome workspace. Wifi issues do happen atleast once a month. Staff is chilled out. Hygiene is 3/5. Desk and offices are really amazing

😠 I have booked a unit in Park 4 recently. Within 1 month, they showed their real teeth. There is no response from Signature global team. I am waiting for the allotment letter after paying 9%. Even on the booking amount, they charged interest.
