I started with two big considerations ability to maintain and design in the same order. This group is required to develop the capability to provide maintenance in a consistent fashion. However on one time set-up they did a fair job provide the constraints on the type of material etc. The other piece they need to get better is develop humility to accept the development area in a kinder n business like way. Hope to see them doing better!

Not a local pet store but they help with what they have. They usually do custom tanks for workplaces and homes. Good knowledge about fishes. I got a few fishes and they are healthiest ones in my tank. If I were to buy more fishes for my tank I know this is the place in Gurgaon.

Good place. They will setup your tank at your place. No need to worry about anything. Usually package includes full setup (tank, sand, stones, plants, filter, light, fishes, food and medicine).

Hi Its been almost 9 days u have not delivered the aquarium. We paid you 20k advance almost 16 days back and you committed to deliver within a week. We really cannot follow u daily for refund of advance. Request you to please do the needful and return our advance 20k

Honestly I am not really happy with the overall finish. I could see silicon stains and tiny particles of paper stuck where the adhesive has been applied. It really kills the vibe when you opted to pay a premium for the detailing. I also called for a a faulty pump the very next day but didn't receive any response so I had to fix it myself. I hope they get better.

Everything was seamless from choosing the design of the Aquarium to its installation. Extremely professional team and I would recommend you use their Annual contract, less headache. They themselves send boys for cleaning and maintenance.

I have been keeping fishes for quite a long time and was introduced to the Aquarist a few months back. And I am glad that I found a team which had solutions for me at an instant. Whether it was my tank’s makeover or the health of my fishes or a particular fish I wanted , the team was just a call away. Gaurav bhai shares the same enthusiasm of a hobbyist and he exactly understands what you need. Anand bhai makes sure that your maintenance is taken care. They never complain and always work with a smile on their faces. 🤗

The quality of work is good. Aesthetically pleasing. They visit regularly for visits for maintainance and guide regarding tips for keeping the fishes healthy. My only objection is non adherence to committed time. I can understand it can be due to decreased workforce because of COVID. But still discipline is very much desirable. Had they been particular about time could have given 5 stars.

Initially I was quite hesitant of whether the new set up will suit my corner. But Gaurav, Anand asked me to wait n watch patiently. N wow....today I felt that their aquarium setting has made the most gloomy corner look the most beautiful and lively place of the house. My first and best search for a fish tank was at Aquarist gallery Gurgaon , Gaurav (the owner) has vivid knowledge about fishes and can suggest you the fish that best fits your requirement. He has helped me with installing a fish tank to taking care of it . From time to time giving suggestions n tips on the same . The after sale services they provide as a team are splendid and worth it . I m gonna stick to aquarist gallery only . The on-call assistance Gaurav gives is so much of a relief . I’ve referred him to people around me .. seeing my fish tank a lot of my students have ordered theirs from aquarist gallery. They re reasonable , quality of fish is always nice :) they don’t compromise at all on quality . Thank you Gaurav , now I can’t think of not having a fish tank or aquarium ever.
