He gave us sick birds and when I tried to exchange them, he simply refused to exchange even after knowing that I have been his regular customer since last 5 years. I told him to exchange it at lower rate as well but he simply refused. This is total apathy towards customer and he has definitely lost a loyal customer. DISAPPOINTED IN TRUE TERMS...

Average quality. Scope of bargain from price point. Person who manages shop is very humble and knowledgeable but you need to tell him problem and ask for suggestions. Don't expect proactive interaction from him. Overall all good. Better inventory of fishes than nearby shops.

Bought 3 Aquariums worth Rs. 20K OR more, 1. Poor soul does not even know what Aquascaping is, still will try to convince you to buy fishes. 2. Sells old/used glass aquariums, on confronting says he will sell whatever he wants I should have checked earlier. 3. Sells accessories at twice of the price. E.g. stones, sand, dirt(@250 Rs/kg) @$$hole. 4. Does not care about customers just trying to make money. 5. Very rude after you buy something. 6. DoPhin Tanks cost only 5000 for a set of 5 tanks, he sells them at 2000-3000 per tank making 10 times profit out of these. What a jerk Visit LAA Aquarium, they have better prices and custom made cheap stands and caps

The guy looking after the shop has a little knowledge of pets. He only sells them. He is very humble with people and doing his job of selling products.

The shop is big but the budgies are not kept well. The cages were stinking (though the quantity of the birds were good). Budgie food (local) available at Rs. 120 for 1 kg and mixed at Rs. 150 for 1/2 pkt and Rs. 250 for 1 kg. The owner is also not very welcoming..
