It is the place where u learn and understand how we use polluted water and clean it without any use of chemical in it is the nice place where u know the power of environment.. It consist a lake which consist water cleaned by natural process and the main thing is varities of plants..

It is a biodiversity park developed in line with Yamuna and Aravalli bio-diversity park. It is a recently developed biodiversity park in South delhi area near Sanjay van. It was part of lake restoration initiative by Delhi Govt and Dept. Of Environmental Studies, Delhi University. The dead and silted lake has been cleaned and now converted into functional biodiversity system. Must visit in Delhi for a nature walk, bird watch abd a trail.

Right next to Sanjay Van, this lovely water body has some beautiful forested area around it. Lots of interesting trees, and a variety of bird life is to be seen here - including aquatic birds, thanks to the presence of the water. There's no entry fee, and inside, the place is quiet and unspoiled.

Situated adjacent to Sanjay Van, this place is one of the biodiversity parks in Delhi. Water treatment using natural methods is a highlight of this place. Many different species of butterflies and birds can be seen here. Don't forget to observe dragonflies and damselflies too!!

India's first working constructed wetlands

Lake appears to be cleaner then it actually is as water constantly flows in and out. The stp built by DDA and CR Babu is not meeting standards according to NGT. Laxmi Narain from DDA engineering department faslely informed the NGT that it was being revived by babus ngo. It is actually being funded by DDA with no tendering process and Babu claims media needs to be cleaned every year which greatly increases maintenance charges. His claims vary, sometimes claiming they treat 500 kld to 1mld a day. Both are unlikely. A professor and an ecologist should not be hired to design stps or manage lakes and all his work in this field is poor and yet authorities and ngt call him an expert in spite of his track record of failure.

Neela Hauz(blue pond) is a natural water body in south ridge of Aravali range in south Delhi.now this area is redevelopment as a biodiversity park by local authority.

Neela Hauz is located under the bridge near ICSSR and Vasant Kunj. It was said to be a major water source for Rajput City of Qila Rai Pithora. It was recently restored by a high court order and supposed to be merged with nearby Sanjay Van Lake. It can be viewed from the over bridge.

U can find alot of variety of plants and tress over there and even many birds species too .And also there is water treatment plant too , and place visit to this place in the morning or at evening time during summers .

Neela hauz is one of the best wetland restoration in NCR... Very peaceful & lovely place to chill with you family..
