Its very bad experience. While enquiries they will tell you that they will refund the security money on the last day. But last day they will tell you that. Security money will be refunded after 45 days. And electric charges are very high 14 rupees unit+ 18% GST. Edit:- after lots of escalation and making comment and post on linkedIn , Facebook Got my refund after 65 days

DO NOT stay here as a PG. 1. The security will NEVER be refunded. No matter what they claim at time of booking. 2. NOT SAFE for girls. 3. Highly mismanaged. No accountable person to listen if something goes wrong with you. 3. They will force you to change room anytime - even at night, because a new customer liked your room. 4. NO FOOD, no crockery. You have to order from outside and eat 3 times a day. 5. They have BOUNCERS who will threaten you over phone for money. 6. The staff will use your room and electricity when you're at college and office. 6. They use an app to calculate electricity charges, which is a fraud. Cost will be ~60 rs / unit, and yes, the staff is involved so they wont listen. If you still want to go for it, the total cost will be ~ 30K / month (rent + security + electricity). Better you stay in an average hotel where you will get more peace and respect.

Think 10 times before choosing housr. Super expensive rooms, expensive electricity and no accountability on returning security when leaving. Trying to sell luxury but can’t even spell it.
