This is not a plaza. from the ground to the top floor it is full of dust. It seems that there has been cleaning work for the last 5 or 6 years. Every floor on dirty, and Piles of Rubbish are in every corner. People have become dirty by eating Gutkha and spitting. The lift is not working.
