This my go to place. The food and the ambience provides a certain comfort. The staff was also very courteous, especially the manager ensuring everything is to our liking. Ravioli Napoletana was so creamy that it melted in the mouth. Mushroom panini was soft and flavoursome. The chocolate mud cake was the highlight.

Very nice restaurant and cafe. Best Italian food you will get here. Today we had cannelloni and risotto both very new for us and very tasty. The staff was so helpful and nice they helped us throughout. The food was amazing. The ambience of the cafe is great. They have multiple arrangments for everyone's liking. A very good cafe at a very good location. Being in the outer city it was so crowded that explains it's worth.

You have to try their pasta range they are yum and delicious. In each bite you’ll feel the creaminess and amazing texture. Also their pasties are die for. They taste rich and delicious and worth the money. Their menu is very very big so there are so many options. Also if you are going to celebrate someone’s birthday please note cakes range starts from 1kg. Service is good. Just awesome. Best place to have anything italian. Very authentic Italian food. Vodka tossed Pasta is my personal favourite. Amazing Pizza and lasagne. Micktails can be improved but a 10/10. Present on 3rd floor. Waiters don't serve here on the plates, so you need to do that. Very clean and hygienic. Very expensive but worth the experience.

For vegetarians - You gotta try penne with vodka and spinach and creme ravioli. Big chill never disappoints with food quality and giving a star less because they didn't have coke. Apparently they have a tie up with Pepsi :/

I tried their 4 season pizza and I fell in love with it immediately. One of the best pizzas I have ever had 🤩🤩 👩‍🍳🧑‍🍳Service - prompt and quick. 🖼️ Ambience - was so lit 🔥. It has posters of all vintage Hollywood movies, wide space, green doors and dim yellow lights. All of it adds to the eating experience 😋 😎 Pro Tip - they don’t take online reservations, and are usually packed on weekends. So do expect a waiting time here, especially if you are in a large group.

An amazing family friendly place with a wide variety of menu to choose from. The ambience will surely give you a very warm and cheerful vibe. Food is extremely delicious.

It was a great dining experience, at least for the first time. There are few basic misses like cutlery and tissue stock up. Serving up water or asking at least what kind of water is required, bottled or normal, cold or room temperature. A bit of lag was noticeable. But that didn't take away from the overall food and dine in experience. Would surely be back again.

My first experience at this place along with my family was really good. Loved the ambiance, food and the hospitality. We ordered few things from the menu and all of them were really good especially the Burger. However, I was not that satisfied from the blueberry cheesecake and this could have been better. Other than that totally recommending this pace for a good time

Wonderful place, Nice menu options. The food was simply superb, the service was courteous. Had a very good satisfied meal. Almost all the items we tried were good. Good value for money. Ambience was great. Food quantity and quality was good accept for one Chicken dish which was hard to have, needs improvement. Cuisine and the food presentation was good along with smiling and courteous staffs. Overall a pleasant experience casual dine restaurant.

We went Ardee mall's big chill outlet.. As other outlet this was also very good.. Food, services, and ambience all were amazing.

Awesome taste of food and really good menu . You will love the ambience and food tastes great. Menu is really vaalst loads of choice. Price wise it's little higher like 650 -700 rs per dish . So it will cost 1700 -1800 Rs for a two.

Food quality is perfect. Service level is good. Place is neat and clean. We have been to The Big chill at many different locations and they never disappoint, it’s a safe bet.

We ordered a lot of things. But when ordering at premium prices you need everything justifying those prices. Both grilled chicken were too dry. Pizzas were good but I've had much much better at same prices elsewhere. Total disappointment. Just a hype. Maybe I chose a wrong day to go. But quality should not be compromised at any cost. 24th December.

I had heard great reviews about their cheesecake and obviously wanted to try it. The New York cheesecake, tastes like regular ones you get in medium bakeries. They provided blueberry sauce separately. The cake was too sweet and probably trying to balance the sweetness, a tinge of tangy flavour was added. Both overpowering each other, taking down the experience. Also for the portion and taste, it is very expensive. No online deliveries accepted, so no coupons or cashbacks

Have been a big chill fan for over a decade now but my recent visit wasn't good enough. Was not at all satisfied with the quantity and taste of our white sauce pasta. Even on complaining there was no replacement and any attention paid by the staff and service people. It was a sad state as this was least expected out of a restaurant as great as Big chill. Definitely not coming back ever to this place.

It is a very beautiful place. Good food. The retro ambience with movie posters and brick wall adds to the experience. Their menu is very impressive with so many options. Food and cocktails are amazing as well. Tiramisu was good. In the weekend, it's a bit crowded. Servers are also helpful in giving good suggestions.

Big chill is having big crowd of chatter friends who want to talk alot. No music or low volume music so that you can talk. But talk is too much🤦🏻‍♂️. Although food is good .

Great food, prompt service and lovely ambience. The big chill outlets everywhere are almost similar in terms of service. Had a great evening with friends. On weekends, there might be a bit of waiting but it's worth.
