Amazing customer service and always loving the 30% & 40% off coupons. Large selection pf clearance items available in every department. Very clean store. Amazon returns center and Sephora center available at this location. Plenty of parking.

KOHL’S DISRESPECTS MILITARY AND VETERANS. Veteran’s Day scam! Decided to shop at Kohl’s this Veteran’s Day to take advantage of what appeared to be a generous 30% discount for Veterans. When I went to check out I discovered that literally everything was excluded from the discount. After doing some research, there was almost nothing in the store that qualified for the discount. ABSOLUTE SCAM and it’s a shame that Kohl’s doesn’t respect Veterans and Military. Needless to say, I didn’t buy anything and will never shop Kohl’s again. They lost my holiday spending.

I used to be a customer of Kohl's for many years. then I stopped,the quality of clothes changed.but now the quality is back, and I liked it so I went back.

It was great having Sephora inside as there was stuff I needed from there. My Son found exactly what he needed and so did my husband. One stop shopping.

They open at 10:00am and people begin lining up at the door on a typical Monday. I only needed to return an Amazon item (which is incredibly easy, thank you so much for offering this!) but they gave me a coupon and baited me into shopping. We are about halfway through May so I found several 70% off racks that were very organized considering the traffic the place must have. Some of this stuff is priced outrageously but I can't remove a star because the customer service was excellent! One lady helped me find a discontinued item and the cashier was patient and kind. If this helps, the Amazon return section is all the way to the right then follow the orange signs with arrows that direct you to the back right section of the store. Even with a line, it only took a few mins.

Kohl's is a good place to shop. Prices are reasonable for quality and name brand clothing and products. But some articles of clothing aren't sold there like I'll see at other competitor's stores.

I was very tired and hurting, having just left physical therapy. I was looking for a nightgown for a friend who was turning 91 today. I had circled the store and looked twice in the women's intimate section, but no nightgowns. I was almost to the door when Barb, a cashier, asked if I had been able to find what I was looking for. I told her my story and she was able to point out some large green Christmas bulbs almost to the ceiling about mid-way down the center aisle. Within minutes I had found the gowns and picked out a very cozy one. My sincere thanks to Barb.

Maria provided exceptional service during my recent visit on September 22. She quickly processed my return, and checked me out for my 5 additional items I purchased. She was friendly, efficient, and went above and beyond to ensure a smooth transaction. I highly commend her for her excellent customer service!

Even though Barb was busy training not just one new employee but two. She managed to render EXCELLENT genuine customer service. Something that is sorely missing in most retail establishments. Great job Barb!!!

Amazon returns used to be a front of store left of entrance. Now you are forced to used the farthest entrance and to back of store to complete returns. But they give you $5 in Kohl's Kash for the walk.

Easy able to find a couple of shirts that I wasn't able to find at other stores in the area. Even found a shirt I have been looking for the last few months, and at very decent prices. The store was clean and organized with a cheerful, engaging staff. Would recommend.

When there’s a deal it’s always a great deal to not miss. It’s nice and organized.

Pretty consistent. Some of the merchandise seems to hang around a long time. Brands change pretty quickly so if you have a go-to brand, it might not be there the next season. The staff is helpful. I love that I can drop off Amazon packages and get a coupon.

Never have a bad experience here. Staff is friendly and helpful. The location is always clean and typically well stocked. And I love that I can shop online, still receive all offers and discounts, and just swing in to pick up my order. They've never gotten an order wrong for me. Plus, I'm able to utilize curbside pickup so I don't even have to get out of my vehicle!

Quick & hassle free returns which is always a plus. While I was in line, I overhead an employee saying a Sephora store will be coming to select Kohl's stores soon, so I'm super pumped about that

Kohl's is my store everybody is so friendly I mean everybody is so friendly and the prices are on point you can get Ray-Bans for a good price trust me you need Ray-Bans this is the place

They need to open the other doors and need more than one cashiet on a Friday and no we don't want a credit card

One cashier counter while 7 people waiting in line for 20 mins..and this is normal. The fastest checkout is their Amazon returns counter. More people walk into Kohl's to return Amazon stuff than to shop at Kohl's. After years of failing in business, they still don't realize selling overpriced items with Kohl's cash garbage or coupon gimmicks don't work anymore. Just set a fair price and low middle class people will be happy to buy.
