I recently went to my nearest store in Gurnee. My son had heard about Bed Bath and Beyond having a huge sale, lots of items $1 or $5. Ours did not have this sale, they were closing. We looked and most things were either too expensive or too picked over. On the way out I saw a really cute dinner plate with a leaf on it. The box of dishes was going for $86, but was on sale for $48. I was so happy to replace my old set. The dishes are beautiful and so well made

At no fault of Bed, Bath, & Beyond, the parking here is an absolute nightmare. I haven't been in BB&B in years, but it looks as if they've had a complete facelift. As usual, the store is clean & well organized, & I was able to make my purchase quickly & easily.

I felt they were very rude regarding their return policy and they wouldn't compromise. They were willing to loose me as a customer FOR $10.00 who shopped their often ( WILL NO LONGER SHOP THERE). I had no receipt and asked for store store credit minus the 20% that everyone uses on the norm. However an item I purchased for $24 dollars and received 9 dollars cash never asking for CASH. AGAIN the cashier if she would had stopped trying to speak over me. She would have understood! Customer service have lost the art of listening !

This is one of my favorite stores. There is never a time I can go in there and leave with nothing. The quality of their products are top notch. The layout of the store makes it easy to find what you need, and a few surprises you can't live without.

This location in Gurnee Mall is closing. I was there to pick any bargains. Not much stuff left, 20% off on prices! I will miss this store. Didn't find a whole lot of stuff!

This is a great store. I love how large it is and that it's combined Bed, Bath & Beyond and Buy Buy Baby. Only disappointment was there were so few staff that I didn't see anyone for over 20 minutes.

Staff was wonderful, it is so very sad that they are going out of business. I loved shopping here.

So sad these stores are closing but very good deals at the moment.

Ordered a tv stand on sale and for a week straight, I got email updates saying that my order delivery is delayed. Today I received an email stating the item is out of stock… It was available all week long while I waited for the updated delivery notification & now it’s out of stock. 😡

Gurnee Mills location closing. Not much inventory, prices only 30-40% off. Staff is helpful and professional.

Bed bath and beyond is a shopping market containing a variety items like kitchen items utensils cutlery china items cookers refrigirators bath fittings screens towels bathsuits and many such items you can do shopping all under one roof and it is centrally located

This location is closing... so, everything is 40-75% off... their even selling the shelves and displays.

Nice selection of what I was shopping for and fair prices. My sales rep was wonderful. Most pleasant and helpful. This young lady is the reason I would return for shopping at Bed Bath and Beyond. Associate ba07444

Very pricey store. First they have the same items that are sold in other stores but their prices are higher on those items than the other stores sell them for. Second they do have an amazing selection bathroom accessories and bedding items, which you cant find in other stores, however those items are very pricey. I consider this to be a luxury store, I only visit once or twice a year when I'm redecorating. This is not a store I would shop in regularly because it does not make sense economically. Overall great selection, but just too expensive.

I went to Bed Bath and Beyond to look for a specific item and found so much more. There was a vast selection of items. I found some great gifts. The staff was very helpful and checkouts moved people through quickly. I will return soon.

They do not update their stock on line. Made a 40 mile trip to obtain an item that the website showed in stock but was nowhere to be found. I like to frequent brick and motar stores but things like this make me reconsider.
