    Very nice and clean place. The staff is very nice and doctors were very professional. The location is really good as well. My only gripe about this place is the parking lot. Nearly non-existent lines on the lot. Makes parking a free-for-all during peak times.

    Lab staff/Front desk staff is terrible and extremely unprofessional. Made me wait for 2 hours only to tell me they don't have the test tubes to do my test. A few days later, I went to a different location and found out that they had also cancelled my lab test even though I told them, very specifically, to keep my lab orders active. So now, my doctor now has to reorder them and I would have to make a 3rd trip to a hospital to get these done.

    Waited 45 mins to get a blood test, ok, not the end of the world, but for what I'm going through, it might be. During that time, I had my back license plate with the sticker, the entire bracket, and license cover stolen off my Jeep. I called to try to get someone to help me get footage or whether they had a camera on that spot, but nobody cared, nor would they help me. Inside job perhaps? They won't get far... the police will find them! What has this world come to?

    The staff is friendly and the location is clean but the wait times are very high, not sure if it is lack of staff or organization issues but if you go here be very patient. They do allow you to wait in your car but when it's so hot and humid and gas prices are over $4 per gallon that is not the best option to sit in your car and let your car run.

    I give the 5 to my PT Maria Consuelo B Luzano. She was very knowledgeable and really got me able to move again. I would have liked to continue treatment but there is very limited appointments. I was originally having to wait over 6 weeks but fortunately there was a cancelation and I got in sooner. I think that long of a wait is unacceptable for someone in pain or injured.

    This is my experience in the x-ray dept. on 9/14/23. A blonde young woman did my x-rays. She did not introduce herself. There was a series of 6 body parts to be done. She told me to put my clothes on the chair. When she came back in, she snatched them and put them on the counter. My bra had been folded in my top by me. I was extremely stressed when I couldn't find it. Apparently it started to fall out when she grabbed it, and the hooks snagged the top when she snatched it out, tearing the top.. I found the bra in my pants leg. I would have placed them on the counter myself if she had not told me to use the chair. I will not let her x-ray me again, and I will bring a bag to put my clothes in in the future.

    Doctor Murthy is superior and the lab is second to none. I am deathly afraid of needled but the technicians are truly professionals. I barely felt the prick. The only thing I dislike is shared bathrooms, that is so nasty. There is pee on the seats you have to wipe the seats. Men should have their own toilets. Cohabiting in this case isn’t a great idea.

    Always a great experience here. Very friendly staff. Efficient practices. Really like this place. Especially the location on the corner of Grand Ave and Rollins Rd. In Gurnee, IL.

    Really not the best. I feel like they may get kickbacks from companies when it comes to the endocrinologists. Ive had diabetes type 1 for 15 years and they still refuse to help me get better with going on the CGM or pumps.

    This web information is wrong and states some offices are open n showing hours for Sunday. Yet the telephone service says all offices are closed. This is ridiculous. I understand now why people are leaving the Northshore doctors and facilities. I also agree the Gurnee Lab is so under staffed be prepared to stay for hours waiting for blood work.

    Anna Riza was efficient and kind - two pleasant characteristics to experience when you're getting labs done! This was my first time getting bloodwork on my own and I wasn't sure what the procedure was. Anna Riza walked me through every step and made me feel taken care of. Hope I can work with her and the friendly staff again!

    Their immediate care usually won't take any more patients without a doctor's referral after 12 noon. Their blood lab goes to lunch mid afternoon for at least an hour. Always call first. Real emergencies, heart/stroke, broken bone, bleeding out should always go to a real hospital ER.

    Young lady at the lab desk was extremely rude when I told her I was there for lab test...she annoyingly looked up from her phone and stared at me without saying anything then told me where to go. She ten took like 15 minutes to call me in to draw my blood while she could have took me in right away. Horrible customer service!! Will never understand why people are so rude!

    Waiting for a long time and lab representative rude. I hope Northshore opens the other Gurnee location soon, staff there treat patience better

    The doctors were very nice and everything was prompt with my tests. However, the front desk lady, Emily was rude and short. My father was asked to show ID and proof of insurance. We have been in the NorthShore system for over 3 years. Another patient who happens to be white was asked to show nothing and she was nice to him. This is my first ok experience with NorthShore. I would still recommend.

    Went from empty waiting room for Lab services to full room Waited 20 minutes for names to be called and when they did call they called names out of order so people that checked in after my wife and I had their lab work done before us!! Go figure!

    Most of the urgent care medical staff are biased and degrading. Lab IS FILTHY & even worse staff are all rude, ignorant and don't know how it or don't care & biasef
