Took my wife here who wasn't feeling well. They put her in a room and left her there without checking on her. Then expected her to answer the phone when they called. They never told her she had to pick up a phone call when the phone rang. I asked to stay in the room to check on her and they didn't let me because of covid rules. Yeah but they let her stay in there alone sitting on a chair when she could've passed out and hit her head. When they asked a nurse to go check on her by my request, her response was "why?". Are you kidding me?. This place is useless. Worst service. Go to an actual emergency room. This place won't help you. The chubby lady with the dark hair was more interested where my wife works. Lady just do your job and don't ask unnecessary questions, you can wait for lunch time. Also, an older person went in to get tested for covid. The person struggled signing in in the touch screen and all the ladies were in the back having a conversation. The screen was never sanitized. Using the F word in front patients. That tells you a lot of this place.

This place is a scourge on Americans. That's right. Instrument of punishment, not health care. We went in December for a sprained wrist, I have gotten 6 bills from 6 different "providers" for a sprained wrist. No bills are itemized. Two different "facility" charges from two different companies. I was only in one urgent care. They will find the one company that is not in your network and exploit you. If you call, they will tell you it's the wrong billing, call the other, and on and on. One number is disconnected, another transfers you, another asks to leave a message and won't return the call. They refuse to produce records by the radiologist. It's actually illegal and I'm in the process of filing board complaints against the providers because I can't obtain the records to submit to my insurance. It's the only option left and sad. This place is backed by private equity and Wall St hedge fund money. It's meant to extort you. It's happening in urgent cares across the USA. They drove housing up now they are attacking your health. This "urgent care" will act like whatever condition you come in with, they would have no idea how to tell you what they are going to do before they do it. Fact is, every condition has happened before to someone else and they could easily disclose basic estimates and fess to you but refuse so they can cheat you. If they won't bill and won't give you the appropriate paperwork for you to bill it yourself then it's simply a criminal organization with no moral compass.

I see why the reviews are bad here. I called a few hours ago and asked about a medical card for my CDL license. Said open till 8. So I got off work and arrived at 6:45. Drove all the way here and then they said I need a appointment. I said I called earlier today, and said I need appointment now. So I guess they change the rules when they want to. Both of my Doctors are in this building, they are very professional. Tonight this group was not. I ask why need a appointment now, and a few hours ago you do. There excuse was extremely busy. One person was waiting. I know you can’t just walk in, but don’t say one thing and when arrive, everything changes. Waste of time and gas tonight. Thank you immediate care. Immediate care as long as you make a appointment.

Went in for x-rays of my foot after extreme pain after feeling a pop when walking on an incline. They told us it would be a wait because there was only one doctor. Signed in anyway, went one step at a time. Two hours total from check in to released. Everyone was very helpful & kind. Will visit again if needed.

Excessive wait time to see a doctor who clearly thinks he has better things to do. Acted like he couldn’t care less in the 2 seconds I saw him after waiting 2 hours. The nurses were great and genuinely seemed to care but the doctor made it so I will never go back. If you’re able, I’d recommend you or your loved ones go elsewhere for treatment.

Horrible center. Went here bc my regular north shore urgent care was full and my one year old needed an antibiotic for an ear infection. Usually I pay $25 through my insurance for urgent care. This place bills like I went to emergency room. My insurance company said they'd cover the cost if their billing dept could resubmit it showing it wasn't the hospital but they said they could not do it. A $25 normal visit for an antibiotic for a simple ear infection ended up costing me $250

I DONT EVER MAKE REVIEWS. So this one is coming from my heart, I Came in today for pre employment physical, I dealt with with employee’s named CHRISTINA & HEATHER , the way that they both came at me you would have thought they have known me. I was getting blamed for being late when I was told over the phone 9:30 (all calls are recorded) I spent my time in immediate care other then occupational, I told both ladies I could wait how ever long it would take. They both rejected that offer. Heather , is the one who did it for me, I deal with high levels of anxiety, I felt like I just wanted to burst out in tears after she spoken to me they way she did. I had told her I didn’t appreciate the way she came off , she said “ you should have never came 4 hours late” which was incorrect. Her face then turned red as if she known me personally, I wanted to speak my mind further but that wouldn’t have done any good, Christina wasn’t as disrespectful just very hostile so can you imagine how I felt after heather. HEATHER if you don’t like your job, DO NOT WORK THERE. Very disrespectful and my feelings were very hurt… I even expressed it to her how I felt and she still continued with disrespectful remarks. I was speechless. Very unprofessional.

I've visited this office twice, once for myself and once for my son. Each time we were able to be seen within 15 minutes of arriving. All of the employees and medical staff were outstanding, kind and professional.

I went to Urgent Care feeling very much in pain. I hurt soooo badly! At times the pain was unbearable! The wait in the waiting area was relatively brief! I was quickly checked in and was seen by the Dr in a reasonable amount of time. The Dr showed understanding! She sat down and listened to my concerns! I felt she showed a lot of compassion. Cared for! Instructions helped! Yes 5 stars 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟 🌟!!!!

Wasn’t happy at all with my first visit won’t be going back, I was there for two hours for the discharge nurse come and read my discharge papers as if she was in some kind of a hurry to get me out of there. I still don’t know what I have is it the flu pneumonia or what all I can remember is to follow up with your primary physician in a couple of days she wasn’t concerned about me at all. Then I was prescribed a steroid which I have never taken before never was asked if I did. How can you trust the doctors if they want even explained the symptoms to the patient just take this medication and push you right out the door. Absolutely terrible no care whatsoever I will not recommend this facility to anyone. Let’s get it together people come here depending upon you to give them encouragement and definitely what is wrong with them. I didn’t receive nothing. I’m still debating on taking the medication because what am I’m taking it for because you forgot to share that with your patient.

Genuinely if I could 0 star I would. Awful service and horrible follow up. Please avoid at all costs and if you HAVE to do business with them, MAKE SURE ALL COSTS ARE CLEAR UP FRONT AND PAID FOR. Classless service and were not clear or up front about costs and billing at all.

Highly recommend. I have been to this clinic multiple times for a variety of issues. The staff, nurses and doctors were friendly, informative and had the right level of urgency. I have used the appointment option and never had to wait more than a few minutes. Reliable and trustworthy.

I’ve gone here several times, and they do the best they can with the resources they have. The staff is always very nice. I had to get an X-ray on the other side of the building and when the technician came to the room, she knew I had a cough and was wheezing, so she brought a wheelchair so I wouldn’t have to walk. Always out of there in 2 hours or less.

Dr. Choi was professional, friendly and compassionate. He took his time with me and I didn't feel rushed. The entire staff was professional & kind.

I rarely go to an urgent care facility; however, this location was truly remarkable. My nurse (Christina) was outstanding and the Dr. on call was more than attentive.

I went in tonight Tuesday at around 4:45, checked in on my mobile at for a wait time of about 52 mins. The gentleman told me that it was going to be about a 3 hour wait.. unfortunately my PCP has No appointments available for weeks so I had to stay. People continued to come in and leave because of long wait. One person questioned him and he said “that’s just how it is”. I waited about an hour and 10 mins from check in to discharge. I firmly believe this was his way of trying to turn people away. THIS IS HOW MANY PEOPLE WERE IN THE ROOM THAT CREATED A 3 hour wait.

Upon entering the facility and the main office, they were late opening up. Touch screen was not working g and had to get checked in the old school way. Receptionist (dark hair) was rude when checking me in. It was like she did not want to be there. I asked her questions and she was stand off-ish. When I did get to a room... I heard the staff just talking to each other. When they had quite a few people waiting to get seen. Once someone did come in, they did seem to care and asked questions to fully understand my symptoms. So that was a good thing. However, I will be going to a different place for all my future needs.

Great experience. I was seen quickly, and all the staff were professional, courteous, and thorough, and I felt listened to and well taken care of.

Took my 1 yr old & 5 yr old in for the same symptoms at the same time and they only tested & treated my 5 yr old & not my 1 yr old. Dismissing the fact that I told them that my 1 yr old is in pain. Highly disappointed & confused as to why they helped 1 of my kids & not the other. I've been there many times & never had an issue until now. It seemed pointless taking my 1 yr old in because essentially they did not help him, I was just told to give him liquids meanwhile my 5 yr old was prescribed antibiotics.

Great overall experience! I was seen quickly, treated very well and received quality care in a professional facility less than 5 minutes from my home.

This acute care facility is always clean and functions like a well oiled machine. The check in kiosk is easy to use. Check in a breeze and staff so attentive and kind. Every time I've visited I've felt safe and well cared for. Highly recommend.

Both my nurse and doctor were extremely helpful and caring. So much more personal than going to the ER. Will always remember going to Condell Intermediate Care from now on!

This Acute Care is so well run! My son was seen in a very timely manner, and every symptom was noted and looked into. They spotted his dehydration right away and treated him with great care and compassion. Very thorough. I recommend this acute care for anyone who needs great medical attention.

Place is a joke. They told my daughter she has been having a cough because she’s been drinking water in bed. Never tested her for anything didn’t eliminate any options and said go somewhere else for this issue.

terrible service. my issue is reviewing my paperwork they send you home with, they put down symptoms I didnt even have or even speak of. (my child & I have the same symptoms. her paperwork didnt even say the same as mine) the "doctor" was kind, but completely clueless. my child & I are still sick, the medication she "prescribed" was over the counter. I had made it clear those didnt work for us for 2 weeks we've had this illness & she still sent us home with the same stuff. very disappointed in this place. be careful coming here. they do not care for your concerns on your health. save yourself the hassle & just make the appointment for your regular doctor.

Had to spend a day and a night for a minor heart incident. Did not give 5 stars because of the long wait in emergency. But the best part of my stay was nurse Taylor. Helpful, friendly, caring, great personality. She was like a ray of sunshine during a difficult time. I couldn't have asked for a better nurse to care for me. Thank you Taylor for brightening up my day!

Very rude receptionist. I didn’t even walk thru the door as she was yelling that they are very busy and there is a long wait time. When I asked how long… the response was that they can’t say… and I better be going somewhere else… I came with a sick toddler. I little bit of compassion would be great.

😠 In what universe does it make ANY sense, to have pre-op- and likely mostly healthy- patients sit in a teeny tiny waiting room, surrounded by truly sick individuals and snotty kids, (who’s likely only form of healthcare is this place) for over an hour , to get a 10 second COVID test??!!? BTW, the si...
