    Tony is always welcoming and kind to our whole family. We schedule visits together for convenience and he has patience with my children. The full staff makes it super easy and make sure we get the right vision supplies.

    Very responsive staff, very efficient procedure for screening (glaucoma check and retinal pictures) and organized check out and contact/glasses ordering. Dr Berkovich is thorough, very personable! Takes the time to review all you screening results and makes sure to get the strength of your eye wear prescription correct! Highly recommend this particular Pearl Vision franchise!

    It was very nice that they accepted my health insurance. I got the appointment very fast. I had to check my eyes and get prescription for my eyeglasses. The appointment started on time: there were no delays.The staff is very polite and helpful. Doctor's assistant asked whether I wanted drops into my eyes. I responded negatively and they made pictures of my eyes instead for additional cost.The doctor showed deep interest in the condition of my eyes. I was glad my eyes showed no signs of eye disease. It turned out that one of my eyes had improved. Thank you very much! Irena

    Dr was great. Very informative and concerned about my well being. The staff in front was the absolute best I've ever dealt with over the last 30 years of wearing glasses. Helped find a good style, went over pros and cons for different glasses and was very upfront and honest with add ons and pricing. I felt I got a great deal and there were no hidden charges. Will definitely be back for all my future ocular needs.

    Doctor Berkowitz (sp?) is the best. He is the only reason I come back even though I’ve moved out of the area, twice. I also love seeing the image of my eyeball where it looks like Mars.

    Dr. B was amazing with my daughter! He was very nice, explained things to us, and helpful when she couldn't get her lenses out. Sultan you have the patience of a saint and we appreciate you and the time you spent helping Aaliyah. The ladies upfront were amazing and understanding, kind and helpful. You four are exceptional!

    Dr. Eugene was great, friendly, and helpful. The woman who performed my imaging exam was also helpful. My experience was great until I sat down and prepared to pay. The sales associate who helped me I believe tried to up charge me for things I did not ask for. When I looked at the screen I saw the UV coating was a $0 copay and scratch resistance was $0 copay. The sales associate added 2 other coatings that totaled close to almost $200 and when I asked her for explanation on what they were for she replied “they are required for your astigmatism” The woman who performed the exam told me is was $39.99 for both machines as an introductory rate for imaging. I ended up paying $49.99

    I make about 5 phone calls to various eye doctors before I found this location that were very willing to give me a trail set of my contacts. I appreciated it tremendously and the whole staff were very friendly. Hadrian was extremely helpful.

    Great service! My whole family has been to this Pearle Vision and Dr. Bergovich is always thorough and thoughtful. The front office staff is always so friendly and they are great with my kiddo too. I would highly recommend this location.

    Sultan was EXCELLENT. Doctor Edward was EXCELLENT. Pretty expensive, but a nice place to do business. All employees were EXCELLENT.

    The lady who checks you in is HORRIBLE super mean and unpleasant, we won’t be back to purchase glasses. But the doctor was great!!! Too bad his staff is ruining it for him.

    First visit we were rudely gauged because we were 3 mins late and I asked to be given 10 mins for my other daughter to arrive. In the meantime for my oldest to be seen since I knew it was 1 Dr seeing both but was told they don’t have time to wait.So I rescheduled the daughter that I was told wouldn’t be seen because they have another patient coming in. Second visit for my appointment that was rescheduled, we arrived 5 mins early. 5:40. Our appointment being at 5:45 We weren’t taken in until after 6:10 -6:15 because the 5:30 appointment showed up later than 5:45. Instead of letting us go first and making the late patient wait or communicating with us what was going on they made us wait for them to take the late arrival making us late to our next place we had to get to for my daughter’s practice. Lady that checked us in, not sure her name. She wears glasses. Needs to really work on her customer service and communication skills. If she is going to be forgiving to some patients for being late then she should do it for others. Especially ones with young children. (The man that was late walk a grown up) this isn’t the first time I have experienced bad customer service with her since I have been coming her for years. The Dr. And Gisela who checked me out on both visit both very nice and answered all every question. Knocked off 2 stars because of the rude employee. If it was based just on my experiences with her it wouldn’t have any stars.

    Everyone knew their jobs and were very courteous and professinal. Since I am handicapped, I appreciated their patience and assistance. I also appreciated their help with the costs. And, the Dr. gave the best exams I have had and explained everything.

    I was call at around 12:18pm saying that I missed my 12:15 appointment. I scheduled it for 1pm. I also have a text confirmation that the appointment was for 1pm. When got there at around 12:40pm told to wait because there were a few people ahead of me and that was fine. Waited there about 20+ minutes took had pictures taken of my eyes. Then I went back to waiting another 20 minutes. After all of this waiting was was given $25 off of my glasses order. I didn't leave there until around 2:30pm Not a great experience in my opinion.
