The staff is very caring toward me and will listen and give advice on the steps I need to take and I appreciate that. Doctor Nani is awesome! I love how he takes THE TIME to listen to my issues. He doesn’t treat me like I’m a number but like a human beings. Doctor Nani is very professional, but he makes me feel very comfortable and shows he cares. The whole staff is very nice to me when I’m there.or talk to them on the phone. I have asthma and I can say that I’m very happy to be part of the PROVIDA family..

I have always received the utmost in care and professionalism when visiting Rosalva and staff. They are prompt, knowledgeable and really actually care how you are doing. I highly recommend her and staff. They are a “peace of mind” office that I can’t speak too highly of.

I was there yesterday and everything was ok the Doctor always busy but friendly the nurse was ok in the beginning but after the Doctor finished She changed to a very rude person She just throw me out of the room

I had an appointment with Dr. Salazar on 10/27 and it was the first time in 10 years that I see him. Dr. Salazar was my doctor when I was in high school. Whenever my mom took me and my brother to see him we would always leave his office with a smile on our faces and satisfied with the service he provided. But sadly, when I reached a certain age, I lost my health insurance and since then we stopped seeing Dr. Salazar. But now I got health insurance through my job and I decided to see him my job recommended that I should see someone within the company since co-pays could be lower, but I wanted to see him since he was the only doctor I knew growing up. When he finally saw me I was surprised that he still remembered me after so long! (I thought he'd forget since he sees a 100 patients a day lol) but no he remembers me. We were in there talking about my Career and what I wanted to do in the future. Just so he can calm me down because my blood pressure was super high that day ha ha. my visit was great. I did not felt rush. He ordered lab work that would be necessary for me. he listened to my concerns and he ask if I had any questions before he walked out. and as always, I left satisfied! It was so nice seeing him again! unfortunately, he told me that I needed to see his other providers for a follow up and physical exam and I understand he is a very busy doctor and he is not Saying that he does not want to see me anymore he would rather have someone else see me sooner than wait weeks or even a month to see him. And I’m totally cool with that. I had a very good experience as a new patient! The front desk girls were really kind. The office was very clean organize it was just perfect. I will always go to provida for my medical care!

My mom is 94 years old and all the staff treat her with lots of patience and kindness. They care how she is doing and at one time was feeling very sick and was recommended by her doctor Dr Megan Kahue that we take her to the ER because she was having A-Fib episode and I’m glad that it was recommended because it saved your life.

Me and my family have been patients at Provida for 9 years. The entire staff has always been friendly and helpful. I have specifically been seeing Ksenia Samvel P.A.C. for almost the entirety of the time that I have been a patient there. She always tells me my options and we work together to come up with a plan to manage my various health issues. My overall health has improved under her care. I sometimes have lapses, but it is because I don’t always stay on task. When I do have set backs, she knows me well enough to help me develop a plan to get back on track quickly.

Dr. Rosalva has been my PCP for years. She’s very thorough, takes her time answering questions, and I have never left her office unsatisfied. The staff are also very friendly, and make you feel comfortable. Whether it’s in person or through phone, I have always received the best care.

Most Comfertable Doctor's office I've been to. I would give 6 stars if I could. I feel heard with all my questions answered in a easy to understand manner. The level of quality is well above average. I will continue to visit this practice for many more years to come. If you can't make it in the office for whatever reason they are flexible with face telecommunication through Healow App where you can track all your medical info. Dr.Dominic Alesandrini is very understanding and feels like im talking to an old friend. Dr.Susie Gonzalez is super nice and always there to help! Thank You Provida Family medicine!

Dr. Nani ordered a CT scan based on my age and medical history even though I showed no symptoms. The scan revealed a spot on my lung and more importantly three areas of Cancer in my breast, missed by my yearly Mammogram. I am undergoing treatment now for stage one Cancer that could have progressed if not caught this early. Dr. Nani has added years to my life and saved me more drastic future surgeries. This is what primary care Physicians are for. Thank you Dr. Nani.

I regularly see Kesenia PA-C as my primary care physician but she Dominic PA-C got an acute and urgent televisit and I must say without a doubt that the medical providers are very caring, empathetic and professional. Dominic was fantastic in listening to my concerns and symptoms, he was attentive and was knowledgeable with my chart. Overall loved his service and since he wasn’t my PCP. And I absolutely love the care from my PCP Kesenia and the profesional and friendly staff they have as their support staff!
