The dentist was great. The receptionist was friendly. The assistant could have been a bit more engaging. I was sitting in the dentist chair just waiting without being told what she was doing. I guess there was a problem with the computer but was not told until I was moved to another room. However, she wasn't mean or anything the like. Update!!!!!! I guess because I made a comment about the assistant cause the deep cleaning I was scheduled to have to be submitted twice mysteriously Which cause my insurance to deny the request for treatment. The dentist office never called acknowledging the so called mistake even though my insurance company said they made the dentist aware of the "mistake". Smelling like a little discrimination to me. I even gave them 4 stars at first. Guess that wasn't enough.

UPDATE: been going here for 3 years and never had an issue, however, I guess there's been a change in management or something but they changed their hours. I booked my follow up 6 months ago during my last visit and I've had text msgs reminding me of my upcoming appt, yet they never bothered to actually contact me to tell me to change my appt cuz they aren't open in the morning on my appt day! When I called them while in front of their office I was told " oh I see your name on the calendar but I don't know why they never called you to change it" I think it's time to change my dentist They were great, the receptionist was nice, the dentist was great. She was willing to answer all my questions and was honest with her response. They also have a small room with kid toys and my son stayed there while I was being attended and I can hear the staff checking up on him from time to time so I appreciated it. I really enjoyed them and I'm glad I found this office

HORRIBLE SERVICE ! DO NOT GO TO THIS OFFICE. The doctor is rude, her office is outdated, everything is rushed. Has one dental assistant running around flipping rooms and answering phones. She asked if I was a dental assistant I told her I was. When she started my daughters polishing I could hear the prophy cup spinning fast and applying a lot of strength while polishing. Which was unnecessary. (Anyone in the dental field knows what I’m talking about). I told her she didn’t have to polish that hard. She then flipped out started raising her voice telling me that just because I was a dental assistant I didn’t have the right to tell her how to polish. That wasn’t the case I was there as a parent and she was hurting my child. I told her to stop what she is doing and I would never go back there. She got even more upset and continue to try and belittle me because I’m a dental assistant said “your just a dental assistant and I’m a doctor”.. that alone is very disrespectful and proves she runs a horrible practice and explains why her assistant was doing a two person job and not being able to prioritize their patients. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE NOT EVEN JUST FOR A CLEANING. Please do your research before walking into any medical facility.

I've been a couple times for services last year and I've been trying to get back in because my filling came out. I tried calling on Saturday and they put me on hold without saying anything. So I hung up and called back and then they answered and said please hold. They never came back to the line and I was just starting my shift so I hung up after 7 minutes. I tried calling back later that day with 30min before they closed and they kept sending me to voice-mail 3 times. I just tried to call this morning twice and they hung up on me twice. First time it rang about 5 times and second time I called it rang once before you could hear the line pick up and then it ended. This is very frustrating

I was scared to do my procedure but they made me so comfortable. Great staff. Wonderful Doctor. The Doctor was awesome.

Dr. Syed is an excellent dentist, she goes over all the xrays throughly and explains very well and is alwaya genuinely concerned about her patients health and well being. She takes a collaborative approach with her patients, building a partnership to ensure they take propet care of their teeth at home. The staff is very friendly and greet us with a smile every time. I highly recommend Apollo Dental Clinic.

Great office Great staff. Came in new to take care of some issues with my teeth. After evaluation. Dr made plan of action that was affordable in a reasonable time frame. My kids love it there too.

The dentist is so kind and tries to work with our five year old who refuses to open her mouth 👄!!! The staff is courteous and helpful as well as friendly and helpful!!! 10/12/2021. This year our six year old went with the dental assistant by herself and did everything the dentist asked her to do!!! Finally got all her teeth cleaned!!! Hurray 😊!!! All the dentist’s kindness paid off!!!

Had my teeth cleaned and x-rays done quickly. I am on medicaid so I use their services for that reason. Office could use a remodel but ok for my needs. This place is not very organized.

My family and I love Apollo dental, the dr. He is always kind and patient with my kids. They are super calm with her. My family feels very safe and well cared for by the staff at Apollo Dental, the Doctor is very patient and takes great care of my children, ensuring that they are calm and safe each visit. Thank you!
