I absolutely love and recommend !! From the awesome girls at the front desk to the amazing therapists , best PT experience I’ve ever had

This place is amazing! The staff works so well as a team, and you truly sense that they like working with each other, as well as with patients. This provides a comforting environment, especially when people are dealing with pain. Apart from the environment, the actual treatment is first rate. They are creative, and think outside the box to help patients find functional solutions and treatments. I recommend this office to everyone looking for a professional, caring and extremely competent team of individuals who work hard to ensure positive outcomes.

The staff at IBJI Physical and Occupation are top notch... they go above and beyond for the patients.. they ensure they our recovery is a success... I would recommend ANY IBJI facility to anyone who askes...

They take their time and check you throughly on where you have the most issues at. I thought I was going to leave with more pain . But I didn’t, I left feeling good .

Been going to this spot to treat my injury twice! I enjoy the energy of the staff; always upbeat, and welcoming. Caitlin has been outstanding in making my recovery less stressful and also fun. Therapy Consultation to create Plan of Treatment. Discussed My Medical History, Recent Procedure, and put together exercises & behaviors to improve Strength, Range of Motion to improve both Physical & Mental Condition while regaining Independence. This was not my first time at IBJI and as usual, I was quite Impressed , Encouraged, as a result of our session. Looking forward to the Road Back!

Honestly, I wish there were more stars. I had a great experience at the Gurnee location. Everyone was professional, up beat and considerate. That includes the therapists, their assistants and the front desk staff. I was made to feel like I was the most important person in the room!

Vanessa is an expectation physical therapist. Overall patient interaction was phenomenal. Vanessa took the time to listen to my concerns and provided feedback that helps me better manage my health conditions. I highly recommend Vanessa

I recently received occupational therapy from Sephra, Tracy and various support staff at ILBJ in Gurnee after having had “four corner fusion” of the right wrist. They were a pleasure to work with and very thorough in their endeavor to help me to get the best result possible. Today I started physical therapy for bursitis and the resulting pain in my right shoulder with Brendan. I can already tell that it will be another productive and pleasant experience.

Everyone I have encountered has been friendly, efficient and professional. Even the billing staff went above and beyond to help. Highly recommend!

Over the last few years I’ve had to have multiple Physical therapy’s. I won’t go anywhere else. It’s clean, friendly and every single person is wonderful! From the front desk to the end of each session everyone is very attentive. Shout out to Brandon, Kate, Tracy, Vanessa and my most recent PT bestie Caitlin. I was having physical therapy for shoulder pain. My two therapists worked in sync with each other and with their guidance I achieved significant improvement. As it turns out there is more going on in the shoulder joint and I might need other interventions but will probably require more physical therapy. I believe I am in good hands with the entire team at IBJI.

First off, this is not my first (nor likely to be my last) experience with IBJI OT. Every time I've had to attend OT here, it's been a wonderful experience. Everyone (from the office staff, to the assistants, to the therapists) is friendly, professional, and thorough. Any questions I have are always answered and I feel like everyone listens and tries to get to the heart of the pain. Thank you!

IBJI Physical Therapy has been a God sent for me. After a traumatic fall that caused injuries to both my legs and right knee , Brennen my therapist, was able to help me regain strength in my both legs and rehab my knee. Very attentive to my physical needs to get better. He has been instrumental in working closely with my my doctors to improve daily functionality.

The whole staff there is very knowledgeable and professional. The reception staff is very friendly and helpful in what ever you need. The Therapist and Techs are great, I never had a bad experience always helpful and getting me back in shape after surgery. Very friendly staff, fun to be around.

This staff is welcoming, helpful, caring, knowledgeable and friendly. The team works together to be efficient and effective. Everyone makes it a point to know my name. The exercises they gave me made my knee much stronger. Also, I noticed that many of the staff are bilingual in English & Spanish. I would highly recommend physical therapy at the Gurnee IBJI.

I am in my third group of therapy sessions at the Gurnee location. I have been there through every season of the year. The entire staff enjoys having highlighted days of wearing sport shirts or holiday themed clothes...even Halloween costumes. The entire staff, both front office and therapy staff get along so well and interact making both their job and my experience enjoyable rather than " a pain". I highly recommend this location for the most caring and knowledgable workouts.

Amazing facility with extremely nice staff. The care is unbelievably thorough and personalized, and the therapists are very encouraging and friendly. They make sure that you are doing well and have all the tools you may need to recover and check up on the progress very frequently. I have to say that IBJI is an amazing facility to have physical therapy done.

I've had 3 different physical therapies done at different facilities IBJ is the best ever first time I ever felt such progress! The staff is amazing! Mark and Amanda are totally awesome I give them a 10!

I don’t like pain and I don’t like to be embarrassed. I don’t need the “Rah-rah, no pain-no gain, feel the burn, show your body who’s boss” atmosphere I have experienced at other facilities. You get none of that at IBJI. In a society that too frequently looks upon injury or weakness as a personal defect, it is genuinely comforting to have CARING therapy. Don’t get me wrong … every session is an incrementally increasing challenge, but treatment is delivered with consideration and respect. At my age, most caregivers I encounter are not only younger than I am but probably younger than my children. Facing physical therapy to me can be more daunting than the knee replacement surgery that brought me there. I don’t know if IBJI actively trains their staff to be empathetic or is just selective in their hiring, but they have put together a wonderful team of good people … therapists, receptionists, schedulers. Please keep up to your standards … I may need you again someday. Thank you.

I have not had a better experience from a Physical Therapy group as I had at IBJI Gurnee. From day one to my last day the staff was courteous, professional, accommodating, and straight shooters. When I asked questions they answered with a thoughtful response. I would highly recommend this group.😊

The staff was very kind and made me fell very comfortable. The exercises seem like they are going to be helpful. I also liked all the different equipment. The therapist was very helpful in showing me how to properly use them. I would recommend IBJI.

I’ve been to other physical therapy location, this location is by far the best location ever they have lots of patience, very nice therapist, clean location, so Glad I was referred to this location even the receptionist are very nice 😊
