It was fast and painless. Got out early they were ahead of schedule. Got Dr call right away.

I had an MRI at IBJI Gurnee. It was quick and efficient. The tech was knowledgeable and pleasant and kept me informed during the entire exam. Results were available in one day. Excellent service.

I went for shoulder pain, extreme pain, IBJI is amazing, never had such an organized quick MRI, everyone is very polite and they really take care of you. I am now only going to ILBJ for all joint and pain needs.....😊

I brought my son here for a MRI tonight. We were 15 minutes early and the receptionist gave me awful attitude for being early. She is very bossy with all the patients in the waiting room. She hasn’t stopped sniffling and coughing for the entire hour I’ve been sitting here. She has told two different people “sit until I am ready for you” while she sits there on her personal cell phone, laughing and giggling. She is calling patients to remind them of appointments and shuddering through the entire conversation, calling people the wrong names, arguing with their appointment times then finding out she was looking at the wrong patient file for that phone call. All other staff seem to be super kind and accommodating!

I made an appointment with Dr. Nemikus. He's very thorough and has a great bed side manner. He knew exactly what to do after talking to me. I like that. They are very organized and have all the up to date machines in their office. Very impressed!

I went there with a painful knee, the doctor was knowledgeable and immediately identified a torn miniscus. The MRI was scheduled for the next day. Very prompt and knowledgeable, I felt I was in good hands!

I am claustrophobic and become anxious in tight places. The tech, Angelo, was very patient, understanding and kind. He checked on me a couple of times to make sure I was doing ok. Receptionist, too was kind and attentive.

The worst bedside manner ever. The technologist did not even lower the table for the MRI. It's a wonder I did not fall. No assistance, no direction, and no caring. I hope I never need another MRI and if I do I would surely not go here.

I’ve had several MRIs done with IBJI and everyone, from scheduling to scanning, are always very friendly and helpful. Scheduling is easy with later weekday appointments and Saturday mornings. I would recommend IBJI for an MRI anytime!

Efficient and courteous staff— Techs and doc were very patient-friendly and fully explained procedures. The doctor was really gentle with the injection and the entire procedure went smoothly with very little discomfort. I worried for nothing.

MRI: My very first MRI with ILBJ was a great experience. The MRI tech at this location (think her name was Geri) was very professional and made sure I was comfortable throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend this site and/tech for anyone looking to schedule an MRI.

I was lucky enough to be squeezed in. The technician was fantastic. He explained everything that needs to be done constantly asking if I was comfortable. When I was injected with the contrast he did such a great job I didn't even feel the needle. He was extremely professional

I was seen promptly and my problem was addressed. There was need for additional tests which were scheduled for the next day. I have always been impressed with the professionalism and compassion of everyone there. They not only handle the issue, but do it in a way that makes me know they see me as a person. They explain the things they find and the treatment, but are also concerned with my thoughts and feelings. I would recommend them worth our reservation.
