Pain control clinic

👍 Dr. Arber has been nothing but compassionate to me. The feedback on here is awful. Dr. Arber takes his time with his patients. Yes you may wait but its due to him helping other patients that are possibly in extreme pain. I was able to get an appt due to extreme pain at the last minute. Once Dr.... People often mention Arber, doctor, wait, pain, treatment,

Dr. Arber has been nothing but compassionate to me. The feedback on here is awful. Dr. Arber takes his time with his patients. Yes you may wait but its due to him helping other patients that are possibly in extreme pain. I was able to get an appt due to extreme pain at the last minute. Once Dr. Arber talked with me he had his office get an injection approved with my insurance while I waited. I couldn't sit, stand, lay or sleep prior to this! For that I thank him! I'm sure someone had to wait due to my situation but he helped me due to my situation. Dr. Arber also helped my husband with injections prior to surgery. We both have zero complaints!

This office is beyond horrible! Stay away! My husband came in to see Dr Arber once, for a back pain. He was happy with the Dr, no issues there. However, this was in 2016. Literally 2 yrs later, in October 2018 we get a bill for over $600 for that visit. Their computer system wasnt set up correctly and apparently they never billed us, according to them! I cant go back to my insurance now, as we've switched the provider. Stay away, is all I can say!

I have been a patient since 2012, he is a great doctor. Yes you may wait in his office to see him, but if you do it is because he is giving the best care and attention to his patients. He thinks of all the treatments he can offer you and he helps you make an informative decision.

Today I had a visit with Dr Arber he was very nice he listen what I had to say. I think he's a great doctor to go to if you have pain and chronic illness. He noticed something that all my other doctors didn't notice. Very brite and caring doctor. The front desk where very nice couldn't be nicer.

22 November 18 (final update) The clinic front desk staff was helpful and always greeted me, scheduling was easy with them. My medication management was through the VA, only procedures and procedure treatment plans for chronic pain were done here. Dr. Arber performed several back injections and they were uneventful. I would have liked a more aggressive treatment protocol after the 3rd injection. A neurosurgeon consult from this office was mis-managed by the VA. So aside from that, it was very conservative treatment. I don't believe this doctor would have prescribed any medication for my chronic pain. I specifically remembering him stating at our first visit 'my condition does not call for medication,' even though I had been on two meds, one 6 years, the other 18 months, and they helped tremendously. Three stars is for doctor punctuality, medication opinion, and forward treatment measures. Each appointment, I arrived early, only to wait in the waiting room or exam room, up to an hour past my appointment. Once, the wait was so long, I got up and left the exam room. I think this is due to some patients receiving an actual unscheduled procedure, increasing their clinical visit to a procedure visit. If we didn't transfer, I would have continued to the next invasive treatment and see if any substantial relief occurred. 14 September 17: This will be a rolling updated review. As a VA sponsored patient, this was the closest, most convenient, and was suggested by HealthNet, the organization managing my referrals.

Waited forever standing in a tiny (and dirty) waiting area. Doctor was asleep on his feet but what (mostly) won this establishment one star was the rude front desk staff. Totally miserable experience was left feeling they only cared for getting paid and not properly caring for patients. I went on and had my major neck surgery and found a different place that cared about my health and not my money. Do yourself a favor and keep looking for a other clinic.

After 2 back surgeries in WI , I was finally referred to Dr Arber. He sent me for a MRI of my spine (5 other Drs didn't) and it showed damage to my vertebrae. I think he's finally the only one who took the time to research everything. I will now see a neurosurgeon and hopefully everything goes well.

I prefer this place to more fashionable and fancy offices: attention to patient needs, followups after procedure, professionalism and knowledge of doctor is more important to me than size of the waiting room and smiles of receptionists.

I've never had any problems, having to wait in line. There might be one or two people in front of me, but that moves pretty fast. Doctor Arbor, and his staff are very pleasant to work with.

Thanks to the treatment of this really outstanding (never faced this before!) doctor, I ended up in the ER. He should be disbarred!!!
