(final
update)
The
clinic
front
desk
staff
was
helpful
and
always
greeted
me,
scheduling
was
easy
with
them.
My
medication
management
was
through
the
VA,
only
procedures
and
procedure
treatment
plans
for
chronic
pain
were
done
here.
Dr.
Arber
performed
several
back
injections
and
they
were
uneventful.
I
would
have
liked
a
more
aggressive
treatment
protocol
after
the
3rd
injection.
A
neurosurgeon
consult
from
this
office
was
mis-managed
by
the
VA.
So
aside
from
that,
it
was
very
conservative
treatment.
I
don't
believe
this
doctor
would
have
prescribed
any
medication
for
my
chronic
pain.
I
specifically
remembering
him
stating
at
our
first
visit
'my
condition
does
not
call
for
medication,'
even
though
I
had
been
on
two
meds,
one
6
years,
the
other
18
months,
and
they
helped
tremendously.
Three
stars
is
for
doctor
punctuality,
medication
opinion,
and
forward
treatment
measures.
Each
appointment,
I
arrived
early,
only
to
wait
in
the
waiting
room
or
exam
room,
up
to
an
hour
past
my
appointment.
Once,
the
wait
was
so
long,
I
got
up
and
left
the
exam
room.
I
think
this
is
due
to
some
patients
receiving
an
actual
unscheduled
procedure,
increasing
their
clinical
visit
to
a
procedure
visit.
If
we
didn't
transfer,
I
would
have
continued
to
the
next
invasive
treatment
and
see
if
any
substantial
relief
occurred.

This
will

a
rolling
updated
review.
As
a
VA
sponsored
patient,
this
was
the
closest,
most
convenient,
and
was
suggested
by
HealthNet,
the
organization
managing
my
referrals.
